I’m so impressed with Rush Plumbing! Tucker was prompt, professional, and able to replace a leaking faucet without removing the cabinet from the wall. That door is quite small and he really made it work! Cat inspected and approved. I highly recommend! Photo attached so you can see just how small that cabinet door is!

I have had several projects done by Rush, both at work and at home. They’ve completed jobs for me both large and small; from a full building repipe to a leaky water main, and replacing/fixing several sinks & toilets. These guys are the absolute best. At this point, I’m pretty sure I’ve worked with every plumber on their crew and they’re all extremely good. They’re professional, always leave the job site clean, communicate well (worth mentioning because a lot of companies don’t), and their prices are great. Rush is my #1 vendor for both professional and personal projects.

Rush Plumbing is THE BEST!! Robert has always done everything possible to help especially in crisis. His pricing is extremely fair but most important is his work ethic. Rush Plumbing will not lie or cheat to make a buck. Just this week Tucker was dispatched to repair plumbing for my upstairs toilet. He accessed the situation, explained what he had to do, was quick to make the repairs, called his boss to confirm his plan and left the area super clean.In talking with Tucker he expressed what a breath of fresh air it was to be working with Rush after working in the area for another popular plumbing outfit where he was encouraged to “create new issues at the home so he could charge more to unsuspecting home owners, etc”. That makes me sick! Shameful!!Again, Rush Plumbing is ethical, fair with superior talent on staff. It’s awesome to hear Robert is mentoring the next generation with his talent and ethics.

These guys rock! During the recent cold snap, our pipes froze and burst and we were without water for a week. Since this was happening all over the city, we were having a really difficult time finding any plumber who was able to make it out to us to help. But even during this super busy time, Robert was able to come out and take a look the day after we called. We appreciated how upfront he was about how extensive the plumbing issue was in our house and how big of a project it was going to be to fix. Robert and his crew (Dalton, Tucker, and one other I think that I dont quite remember the name, sorry!) spent multiple days completing our repipe with insulation/shower valve replacements/etc. They communicated with us closely each step of the way and worked long hours to get the (difficult) job done as quickly as they could. They also made sure to clean everything up well after they finished. The price was very fair for all the work done. They did a really amazing job and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process during that stressful time. Were happy to have some reliable, knowledgeable and friendly people to call in the future with any more plumbing issues!

After a few simple leaks were repaired at my place recently, I called Rush Plumbing Seattle to inspect my water main. They were able to replace my water main and I noticed a sizably smaller water bill this month! The work didn’t take long at all. The plumbers at Rush are really great, and I am glad I used them again.

A few years ago I inherited a house. The house was old, run down and needed a major overhaul. The water pipes were over 70 years old and were in pretty bad shape. So after a little research I hired Rush Plumbing for two reasons. 1) The price was for the work needed to be done was reasonable and 2) Robert Craul was willing to work with me through out the process. I moved the kitchen to a different part of the house and increased the size. I also enlarged the bathroom and put in a double vanity. That meant Robert had to do part the of plumbing and wait a year or two for me to complete the move of the kitchen before coming in and finishing of the plumbing in the kitchen. Then months later Robert came back again to complete the plumbing in the bathroom. During the entire process Robert was kind, respectful and understanding. We discussed cost as we went along and he was always reasonable. The quality of the work was excellent. I would recommend Rush Plumbing to anyone. A big thank you to Rush Plumbing and to Robert Craul.

Rush Plumbing replaced our hot water heater and did a great job at a competitive price. We had it replaced before the old one failed, so we were able to shop around and to schedule the service at a time that was convenient for us, and Rush Plumbing was very accommodating of our schedules. They were professional and courteous, both over the phone and on-site. And when the water heater had to be adjusted to fix a problem, they were out again quickly, and again very accommodating of our schedules. A good plumber that I would recommend.
