My wife came across Pike plumbing and saw that they had 4.9 stars with over 300 reviews so we figured we were safe going with them as anybody..we are so glad that God led us to use Pike Plumbing... Max the plumbing technician sent out to handle our job was an absolute joy to have in our home..he was both extremely knowledgeable, articulate, and conversational...and we felt very safe and assured knowing that the job was going to get done properly and it did..Max really went the extra mile to do what was necessary to clean out the pipe and put a camera down it to see what we had going on so we would know if we had to tear up across the main room of our basement to get to some good pipe to work with.The way he rerouted everything into the existing Plumbing was a pleasure to watch and we are very grateful..we also were able to meet Anthony who I believe is one of the co-owners of the business when he came out to assess things and see what it was that Max wanted to do was also a very pleasant and enjoyable person to be around very knowledgeable as well obviously..when you dont know about something like auto mechanics or Plumbing or things of that nature Electronics etc... its good to know that you can trust people like the folks at Pike Plumbing to know what theyre doing and to do it right and for a fair price..forgive me I dont remember both ladies names who my wife dealt with on the phone mostly and I did briefly one evening talking with Rachel...but both women were so professional and bent over backwards to take care of us and communicate well with us through the entire process..all I can say is you cant go wrong with choosing Pike Plumbing for your plumbing needs... their knowledgeable and their professional.. thank you Pike Plumbing you made this whole experience much more pleasant than it could have been.. Our water heater was having a minor hiccup, hot water still worked but it was taking forever. I called Pike because of their good reviews after finding them on the list for services for this water heater. Anytime you are dealing with a new household services company it can be nerve wracking, so I was concerned like usual.Pike plumbing was perfect. Great communication with estimation and scheduling. The plumber Anthony was a truly nice human. He explained everything, working carefully and figuring out the issue even though it was a little more gnarly than originally suspected. Respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. We couldn’t ask for more. Even better the water heater works again.

Pike crew did an excellent job, part of the problem I had was caused by a mistake I made replacing a fill valve that cross threaded a connecting tube. Corey and Devan arrived promptly today and texted updates. They removed their shoes wo being asked. We got them scheduled through Sears home warranty service. They had good reviews. All went smoothly and quickly. They were very personable and professional. No mess left. Our task was a garbage disposal that was old and leaking and they replaced it w/o spending a lot of time on it. Corey left the paperwork and reminded us about the disposal tool and reset button which was a thorough wrap up to the service call. I would definitely call on them again. I found Pike Plumbing & Sewer through a home warranty company, which was the only good thing they ever did! All jokes aside, Maxx did a wonderful job explaining everything and even answering the million extra questions I had. He was courteous, professional, honest, and clearly skilled in his work. After the home warranty place decided to drag things out, I contacted Pike directly and found out quickly that customer service was 100x better with Kelsey. Maxx helped me solve a two years water puzzle. The hot water in my new bathroom has never been hot after the bathroom renovation. Maxx has systematically and scientifically tested each possible cold-hot water temp crossover, hypothesized, and diagnosed like what Einstein would do. Eventually, he has found that it was the cheap-hand bidet control valve where the cold water pressure won over the warm water pipe making the hot water temperature drops. We had a water leak at our water shutoff inside our wall in our laundry room. Corey came out and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. There was already water damage, so he referred us to another (excellent) water damage restoration company. We scheduled for Corey to come back out to install a new water shutoff since ours was aging and out of code, and he had all work done quickly and efficiently. The arrival window was fair and accurate. Corey worked cleanly and the shutoff and associated plumbing was expertly completed. The site was kept clean and our house wasnt filthy when the work was done, which we appreciated. Corey is friendly and good at his job. The office staff were very helpful, courteous and easy to work with. They always called ahead to confirm times and gave us warning before he arrived. The entire operation was smooth and efficient. Needed to get my shower valve replaced.Earlier this week Anthony had come out for an estimate and I worked with their scheduler later that day to work with a time frame that worked with my HOA. Anthony reached out the night before to confirm the work that was going to happen.Anthonys install of the shower valve was on-time, quick & informative. Incredible service. We have had a sewer vent pipe issue causing an awful smell in our house. Another plumbing company didnt properly diagnose this issue. I called Pike, and wow, they got a plumber out the same day who assured me it was fixable and had the smell gone withing 2 hours. He identified the defective fitting that was allowing sewer gas to escape and showed me how it was defective. He then changed the type of connection to one that was more appropriate.Honest, fair price, efficient work, professional communication. I highly recommend !

We wanted a natural gas outlet near the front of our garage so that we can run a generator off NG instead of having to get get gasoline when the power goes out. There was an existing gas line running along the ceiling of the garage, towards the back wall.Corey M. responded promptly to my request for a quote and came out the next day to give an estimate. While he was here he also shared his expertise about the size of intake pipe we had and how much it could supply. The price was about what I expected so we went for it.They had availability that weekend, but we pushed it back a week to fit our schedule, booking a Sunday morning gig.At like 5pm on the Friday before, I requested to reschedule if possible, and Corey was very accommodating, giving the option for either the Saturday afternoon (the day before our initial booking) or the following Tuesday morning.We chose the Tuesday. They arrived within the scheduled window, and finished the job within 2.5 hours.They split the existing line and ran the new line along the corner of the ceiling to the front of the garage and down the wall. About 35 feet of pipe, with 3 elbows and a shutoff valve. They also installed the quick-disconnect from the supply hose we got for the generator so I wouldnt have to do that myself.The work looks great, exactly as described. We were very impressed with the Pike Plumbing and Sewer Company. For the initial consultation, Corey was very, upfront with what had happened to the water heater and what he would need to do to fix it within code compliance. He was honest about the cost, the equipment, and answered all of our questions. We have had companies come out that didnt know what they were doing, ie...trying to replace our electric water heater with a gas heater, and lying about the cost. We have nothing but good things to say about Pike. In fact I messaged all of my neighbors to check their heaters and furnished them with Pikes phone number.

Anthony is awesome. We just bought a new home. We had 3-4 estimates. Anthony was the middle price. We called the cheapest one first. He already had missed our original (not Anthony) appointment for an estimate but we were trying to save money. This guy then took forever to send us our estimate and we we finally told him he was hired he didn’t get back to us to schedule. It was at this point we called Anthony back and we’re so glad we did. This is obviously a case of you get what you pay for.Anthony was very quick to reply, on time, worked the whole time, and did a great job. Our job was not easy. Installed a copper shower valve, increased the height of the shower, moved the drain from center to right, changed 1.5 inch drain to 2 inch all the way downstairs to the main, and resolved a knocking pipe.Anthony also helped me carry in a 200+ pound cast iron shower pan. We will definitely use him in the future.Update: I had Anthony help me with another project. I had to move the toilet flange down to flush with the floor. The drain is directly above the copper hot and cold pipes. It was a very tight squeeze. Anthony made it look great.
