Called Apollo Saturday morning and they had a technician here that afternoon. Sarah and Chelsea had us scheduled quickly, provided great customer service and professionalism. I received a text notification and phone call that John D. (Technician) was on his way. The text also included a photo - a great add for security. John arrived and introduced himself, listened to the issue, and immediately began to troubleshoot. The issue was found and rectified. John provided a verbal estimate, but the issue did not require purchase of additional parts. He did provide a quote to complete a needed tune-up which was an easy decision. John provide great customer and technical service and left the work area clean. Great guys and a fellow Veteran! Thank you, Sarah, Chelsea, and John — job well done!

Jacob O did an excellent job on my furnace. He explained everything clearly and was super polite.Jacob sent Blaine out to look at my garbage disposal. Blaine was also super polite and explained my options for fixing it. Apollo employees are awesome at customer service. I really appreciate it.Shandan was just here and removed the garbage disposal and replaced the pipes under my kitchen sink. He did an excellent job. He was very polite and explained everything to me.All of the people Ive encountered from from Apollo, all have been so nice and courteous. Their customer service skills are awesome. I would not hesitate to call them for any repairs that I need done.

Blaine from the Apollo plumbing department came out to give me an estimate and did an amazing job! He was friendly, prompt and courteous, very thorough explaining everything in detail, and really set expectations. He was remarkably knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He even helped walk me through the financing process. I really felt that he cared about me as a human being and not just a sales pitch. Yesterday was one of my happiest days, ever! We had a full system install of heating & cooling, beautifully done by the Apollo guys. Richard and Todd were so great! Very professional, on time, and I was very impressed with their whole job. The day before, Steve came out for a free quote, and sold us on the deal with the financing options. I never wouldve thought we could afford this, but we can. Im absolutely thrilled we got it! The guys also cleaned up all the mess. Thanks, Apollo!?

Apollo sent Blaine to provide me with a plumbing inspection at no charge to me. You are fortunate to have such a positive and friendly person working for you. He was kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and very interesting to talk to. Our experience in Kent from the moment we called when our furnace stopped working until the new one got installed was excellent and it surpassed our expectation. It took less than 36 hours to diagnose the issue, select a replacement and have it installed. Lance, Jay and the two technicians that installed the service were very professional and did exactly what we expected them to do on time with great attention to detail, they also took the time to answer our questions and explain what we needed to know.The entire process and response time and the quality of the work was one of the best experiences we have had with any service provider in the last 40 years! We are glad to support Apollo and their standards.We switched from our other provider and we are glad we did. We would highly recommend them for your needs. Job well done by everyone at Apollo.

I had a routine service check completed by Man C. During that service check he discovered a gas leak by my hot water tank and promptly repaired that leak. Man C. also thoroughly cleaned out any dust from our furnace. Replaced filters. I appreciate his thoroughness to the job and going the extra mile in explaining what was going on, showing videos and pictures.

Jeff did a great job resolving my water line issue. He also installed a shutoff valve behind my refrigerator. All was done promptly and professionally. He was very pleasant and was not distracted by my large barking dogs. He stayed on task knowing that I had an appointment to attend in a few hours. Nice work Jeff!

We had a heavy leak at the main water line into our house. I called Apollo after hours and they got me an appointment first thing the next morning. Blain showed up at 8 am and was the nicest and friendliest technician I’ve ever had. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and gave us 3 different options at 3 price points. He worked efficiently and did really nice work. I wont hesitate to call Apollo again in the future and request Blaine by name. 10/10.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Apollo! From calling for a service call to finalizing for a new unit, I felt so comfortable with everything. As a first time homeowner, I was anxious about everything! Lance was my technician along with Aiden, and they were upfront and not pushy about anything. I had an inkling that I needed a new unit, and after being presented with options, a new unit was the best option. Lance called the office and I was able to get seen today for a quote on a new system. Lance and Aiden stayed until Travis arrived. Travis was upfront and reassuring throughout the entire process. He wanted to make sure that I was able to get a new unit that fit my house and my budget. Financing options were great too! Ill update on how the install process goes once its completed. Based off my interactions today, I look forward to being a loyal customer for years to come!*Update* Dave and Dave were the installers of my new A/C unit. Extremely friendly and efficient! Took just under 4 hours to remove and install. Showed me everything they did and explained why, and asked multiple time if I had any questions. We are new to this home and Dan took the time to teach me the filter replacement processes, etc to properly maintain the furnace and AC between visits. Apollo is a very professional and organized company. Their service technicians have been here twice now (spring for AC and today for heat). Both men were on time and very respectful of my home wearing boots covers, explaining all aspects of the systems and what they are servicing, etc.. They text reminders for the appointment as well as a call when the technician is on his way. This is the way EVERY service company should operate. I know there are many choices among HVAC companies....you wont be disappointed if you choose Apollo!

Just had an HVAC install done by Apollo, both heating and cooling because unfortunately our old heater had some issues that they found upon inspection. They made the whole process very easy and the techs Dave and Dave were awesome and knowledgeable about everything. They made sure they explained and went over everything and made sure everything was set up before they left. They also made sure everything was cleaned up. I also had them install a water heater not too long ago and that process was just as smooth. They also always answer their phone which I have found not to be the case with other companies. Jacob did a great job on my furnace. He was very nice, polite, friendly, and happy to be here to help. His only minus is that he did not who Gaston is from Beauty and the Beast. Seriously, he must be the only person in America who has never seen the movie! Despite that shortcoming, he did an amazing job, even had to drive in horrible conditions to get the part my furnace needed before the supplier closed. I was thrilled to have heat again on what seemed to be the coldest day in history!

John D came by to figure out why my furnace blower wasnt working, & while my unit couldnt be saved, he did an excellent job explaining + showing the hazards there were with our rusted out 1981 gas furnace, and while he genuinely felt bad giving what he called bad news, the truth is a furnace that old, parts just dont exist anymore. So we will have to replace with a new safe unit to keep us warm this winter, and I feel like John went through every nook and cranny and help us feel right about our decision.

We got a lot for $49! Clayton came out for a special $49 fall tune-up. We were impressed that he took so many measurements with good and proper equipment to verify our furnaces operation, and made a few adjustments as needed to keep it in proper specs. And -- he found that our humidifier, sold by a different company nine years ago -- was not ever connected properly! We were quite pleased with Claytons great knowledge of furnaces, and the efficient way he made all the tests!

The tech, Seth, did a thorough job of evaluating our AC system. We had called Apollo for a maintenance tune-up, and it was done well and at a great price. Highest Honors!!Thank Goodnes for Apollo...My 80 yr old Mother lives alone and was being taken advantage of by a company for years. John D. came out and was very professional and courteous as well as thorough. He found actual illegal connects to her current furnace setup which was putting CO2 back into the house!! John went out of his way to try to silicone the gaps just to stop the fumes and this was only his initial assessment trip...not a service call. He quoted fixing things for her but since it was a 16yr system and costly, I advised her to just get a new AC/Furnace thru Apollo for peace of mind. These guys are definitely caring about the quality of their work!! I highly recommend.

Shandan was great. He was very respectful and was great with our dogs. We had a main water leak. We also had a sewage pipe crack in the house. This meant gases were leaking up into our house. Shandan found this while doing an inspection. He explained everything he was going to doing, then took us down to show us what he had done. I would recommend Shandan to everyone. He is very polite and personable.

I had Apollo give me a quote on a new central air carrier unit and the price was fair compared to the quote I received earlier that day. I agree to purchase their carrier system on Thursday at 5:00 PM and he the salemas Steve said they would be out tomorrow to do the install. Sure enough Friday the next morning the technicians Rob, Dave and Jimmy showed up at 9:00 AM after confirming with me they would be coming out. They performed the installation and were done in 5 hours all went perfectly very pleased with the quality of the product and the service received!

I was not satisfied with the price and professionalism of the first company I call so I gave Apollo a call and immediately I could see the difference in the professionalism and knowledge level of their technician so I priced the repair and the prices were reasonable and some discounts and free maintenance was added so I had them install both of my AC units and the one furnace. Their service, responsiveness, follow up, and professionalism are all outstanding. I definitely recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

James Garlock did a fantastic job! We called for an immediate problem with a leaking pipe, but since we are new owners of this house, we had quite a long list of plumbing problems to solve. James was able to solve all of them right away, and in the span of less than 24 hours, he rebuilt our shower, rebuilt two bathroom sinks, rebuilt the kitchen sink, and fixed some dangerous galvanized pipe that was causing a number of problems. We are extremely happy with both his service and his expert work, For example, we had problems with a smelly sink, and he knew that the problem could be solved by reworking the trap and adding a vent to the drain. Problem solved the right way, the first time, and in less than 24 hours. James Garlock deserves the highest recommendation possible.

Steve was very knowledgeable. The product they sell unfortunately isnt my best match - considering initial investment, cost to repair and overall value. The catalogue is rather simple. Not many options to choose from. I dont plan on living in this house forever and dont want to spent too much for the next buyer that may or may not appreciate the slightly nicer stuff that cost a premium to own and to repair. Currently waiting on the 3rd quote to decide.

Great group of guys from the very beginning. Ralph honestly explained what we needed and what we would get. Joseph (pictured), Tyler and Austin were on time the next day. They wore booties on their shoes and put down clean drop clothes on my floors. Very polite and knowledgeable! I could hear the guys laughing while they worked crawling around in tight spaces with many cobwebs. Happy employees makes for satisfied customers. We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Apollo and will be recommending to everyone in the area. We had a minor issue that ended up being a major leak in our main line. Apollo was able to get a technician, James, out here within 15 minutes of calling despite it being a Friday afternoon. James was friendly and honest with us about our options and communicated with us throughout the entire process. When we went to pay, there was a card reader error but James quickly connected us with Tammy who was also extremely friendly and was able to process our payment quickly. He truly went above and beyond in every aspect of the service.Not only did he provide a thorough explanation of the process, but he also used photos to illustrate each step, making it easy to understand. Additionally, he identified an issue I wasnt even aware of and took the time to address it, ensuring everything was in perfect working order.What impressed me the most was his proactive approach to safety. We’ve been using Apollo for years and will continue to. Service is always excellent. Today we had a humidifier added to our HVAC system. Lance was the technician and he was fantastic. He was very friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He arrived with a great attitude and seemed to genuinely like enjoy job. He took the time to show me each detail of the system and how to navigate through the new features on my thermostat. I’m pretty sure he left the space he worked in cleaner than he found it, too. Overall, excellent experience and great technician. Lance deserves a big raise! Keep up the great work!
