    Drain Pro was recommended to me from another company and I am glad I called them. I have a unique situation with my septic situation and Harman was very easy to work with and very easy to get in touch with.     I got four quotes for hydro jetting a clogged drain pipe. Drain Pro gave me the best price, even less than the other guys promotional pricing. On the scheduled day, they showed up early. They were professional and thorough. They even tightened a loose pipe fitting unrelated to the work they were getting paid for.As for the clog, they pulled out a 4-5 foot long tangle of roots and uncovered a drain outlet in front of my home that had been overgrown with grass since before we moved in. No wonder the water was backing up!

Recommended me a new heavy duty septic cover since mine was cracked and told me where to buy for good price. Price was great as well as I called a few companies at that time.     I had Drain Pro Plumbing come over my house for hydro jetting my sewer line. I had called them on Friday, and they scheduled the call at the earliest on Saturday. I was so thankful as they had everything worked out at that fast pace. They scheduled me early, worked efficiently and did a great job in the sewer cleaning. Also their price was great, they give me a good deal. I also had another free estimate from them for re connections in my bathroom, after my counter tops were reconnected.     We had a leaking drain and a leaking faucet to match, and also a loose p-trap at a separate sink. When I called, they said theyd have a tech out within the hour, which worked out great for me, even though our situation was not an emergency. I admit that I have not had adequate time to assess the quality of the work, since I am writing the review shortly after the work was performed. But since the work, there are no more leaks. Michael, the tech, was very respectful and very knowledgeable. He also asked my opinion before officially working or changing anything. I did feel in the dark about the final bill, (after tightening pipes and reinstalling a utility sink faucet, and adding a pipe to prevent another pipe from falling off), but I was happy with the reasonable pricing compared to a different estimate from another company. The price difference was quite extreme, and I was happy about it. The work was much more minor than other folks had estimated over the phone and through pictures, which was a relief. They also accepted the Angies List coupon deal; to which I always appreciate a good coupon and those who honor them...as I am very likely to return with my business.

    We went with Drain Pro to replace our 50 year-old supply line that had failed. It was a big task, since the distance from the meter at the street to the house is over 300 feet, through terraced landscaping and multiple fences. Drain Pro did an excellent job. They ran in to several challenges, but worked with us to find suitable solutions. Even better, they cleaned up beautifully, filling in the long trench in such a way that it will be easy to relandscape. The crew was prompt and very polite and professional.     Raymond and his crew did an excellent job repiping our home all the way to the street! This involved pipes to 1 and 3/4 baths, a kitchen, two outdoor faucets, and a hot water heater. We felt take care of every step of the way and everyone was very knowledgeable, respectful, communicative, and friendly. Our house is older and they made all the super tight spaces and the surprising things done in previous jobs by other people look easy to handle and fix. They kept to their estimated timeline and budget! They also minimized the number of drywall holes that needed to be made to gain access to the fixtures and hook-ups. The upstairs bathroom shower tile was kept in tact by finding ways to get through to the lines from the other side of the wall through a tiny hole made in the back of the towel closet. Same for the upstairs bathroom sink and toilet. Raymond and crew found a way to do one bathroom at a time while keeping the water on at night so we were able to stay in our home while they worked throughout the day. This was much appreciated! Their attention to details and communication were top notch. Everything from putting the grass back on top of the trench that was dug from the street to our house to adding a cap on one of our outdoor faucets. Bringing us up to code in all areas including drilling through our concrete foundation further down than before and adding a new hot water pressure release valve. No more orange water! Actual hot water pressure in each sink and shower! Whole new main stack! No leaks! No more slow drains! Incredibly impressed! Highly recommended!

    Called Drain Pro on Wednesday to work on piping and p-trap problems coming from the basement. Michael the plumber and Bob the apprentice were out the next day.     We had a not too serious leak, but it was such that it required our water to be turned off. We called in the morning and they were able to get Raman out to our house within the hour. The repair was simple, but he walked me through why my fix hadnt worked and how to address it if it ever happened again.

    We have a 106 year old home that empties all its waste water through one Ptrap that was crushed and lying 6.5 feet below the yard surface. The outflow to the main street sewer was 85 feet long, full of roots and cracked pipe, with three other pipes draining into it. The job was extremely difficult; glacial till and boulders had to be removed to find the broken trap, and the pipe under the crawl space was also broken, perhaps from earth movement. Tree roots had to be destroyed. They brought all their expertise and had a crew that was good natured, hard working, informative, and very astute. The final job, including trenchless restructuring of the outflow from ptrap to street, was done to perfection. No complaints.

    I am extremely pleased with my decision to hire DrainPro. My house is over 130 years old. We had a root intrusion in the sewer pipe which we needed hydrojetting for. With such an old house, accessing it was not going to be easy. But my tech, Papa, got creative and figured it out! Another company quoted me $9k to do the same thing DrainPro did for under $1k. AND Papa even installed a new fill valve for my toilet at no charge - just the goodness of his heart. I would recommend DrainPro to anyone!

    Haram called before he came out to give us notice was on his way. He told us what he was here to, so we knew the work we wanted done would be done. He got right to work. There was a small mechanical issue which delayed him for a while, but then he got right back to work. He spent alot of time and energy finding all the septic covers, but once they were found he took care of pumping the tanks and checking the filter and electric pump operation. Since or system is old, it doesnt meet current standards and risers and lids had be installed, which took a second visit. That took more time and digging. Septic work isnt inexpensive, but we are comfortable we got a fair deal for the good work that Harman did for us. I recommend him highly. And he is a very nice and respectful young man, prompt and diligent. We intend to use him again Im the future

    Drain Pro was our 2nd bid. The firstbid was Harts Plumbing for $7000 to replace a water heater!!! We said no so they dropped it to$6000. We think Harts Plumbing tried to gouge us because we are senior citizens. Drain Pro arrived the day after we called. The two guys were professional and friendly. We paid 1/3 what the other company quoted. We will always use Drain Pro for future plumbing needs!!

    Ramon, Mike, Bob, and Pierce were all great! Broke up concrete, ran plumbing on the walls and got everything figured out in about a week. At the end, we had a few issues which I let Ramon know about, and he was fair on what he took care of. I actually had a friend refer me to another plumber, but they couldnt beat Drainpro on price. In fact, they recommended Drain pro, and said Ramon was a good guy.

    Usually when I write a review it’s never good but in this case I need to recognize good service. Other companies need to take notes from Drain Pro on customer service. These guys are great. They stand behind their jobs and will correct any mistakes on their behalf. We had a small oversight on a plumbing issue at first but these guys came back immediately and took care of my husband Johnnie. I’m not a big fan of plumbers due to rip offs or half done jobs but Drain Pro in Kent WA changed my view.It’s nice to have a company who are committed to good work.

    Fast Service Fair PriceRaman serviced our sewer line on June 11 when it was clogged. I called on Saturday and Raman answered while on holiday in Canada. He fixed our problem first thing Monday morning for a great price.Raman and Benny were lifesavers. Our waste water sewer line was completely backed up to the house. Raman spent hours locating the issue and trying to resolve it as my wife is disabled and going out to use the restroom was not possible for her. Benny worked into the night to resolve the issue. We are so thankful that we chose Drain Pro. They were friendly, polite, hardworking, and charged a fair price to complete the work. We will be using Drain Pro Plumbing from now on.

    A recent bathroom remodel resulted in a microfiber towel lodged in my cleanout, causing a backup. After failed attempts to handle it on my own, I gave Drain Pro Plumbing a call. My experience with them was excellent - they are professionals who are very communicative with what is happening and the associated costs.
