At 2pm on a Friday, the main sewer line in my house was plugged and we all know what happens next. My local West Seattle plumber could not make it till Monday!! I knew of Roto-Rooter having a business near to me, so I tried them. Most importantly, they were at my house within the hour promised. I called at 230PM and they were here by 330PM. Gio and Dmitry arrived in a fully equipped truck which had a rooter, water-jet machine, and camera-snake equipment. For the first time I was able to see the problem on a real time video (roots). There was also a problem with the sewer line and they could not get the water jet through a bend in the pipe which will probably have to be dug up and fixed in the future ($$$). The rooter cutter snake was able to make it through the blockage and the line was cleared. Gio is an expert and went out of his way to fix the problem. They also quote a price before the work begins so you dont have to accept if you dont want the work done. My other plumber bills hourly. I would not hesitate to call them again!

Just wanted to give a big thumbs up to Aneijah Betts who did an excellent job on Water Restoration in my basement.It was a mess.She’s a very good worker and thorough on everything she does.What a work ethic.Roto Rooter is lucky to have her.I would recommend Roto Rooter if you want a professional job done on any water problem.

All the people I had contact with were friendly and courteous. The company got a crew out to work on this multi faceted restoration project as quickly as possible, since the sewer system was partially disabled. Once there, they worked efficiently, got the job accomplished as quickly as possible, and via their in-line camera, I was able to inspect the before and after condition of the pipe interior to see they’d accomplished everything contracted. Excellent job!

Was originally quoted $1700 by another company, instead Roto Rooter came and finished the job within 30 mins and charged me 3x less for a better solution to my problem. Our sewer main became blocked at about 10PM last night. I called Roto Rooter, who sent Giovanni out at 7:30 the next morning. It took about 30 minutes to clear the clog which was about 50 feet from the stand pipe. He was polite, efficient, and left no mess. Very good communication by text as well. I would call Roto Rooter again if I have any other issues.

Thank you to Roto-Rooter’s crew for ‘saving the day’! My house was built in 1967 and I recently had a major sewer issue. I am especially thankful Sam Leonte, Service Technician 1014, was assigned to my kitchen sink repipe with drywall opening and cleanout access point install along with garbage disposal and faucet replacement. I would highly recommend Sam Leonte to others and his specialty is inside the house. He is tenacious, organized, and has excellent problem-solving skills.I feel Sam values integrity, fairness, and moral excellence. He has brilliant communication skills and put me at ease while the nerdy side of me wanted to learn and know what I am spending my money on. I could see Sam moving up to Lead or training co-workers with Roto-Rooter if he so desires.I thanked Sam for his work. After another company said their equipment couldnt make the curve to hydrojet where the blockage was and then said that any fix would potentially flood our finished basement with sewage...we called Roto again at 2 p.m. By 5:30 the problem was fixed, plus additional diagnostic work to figure out possible solutions to this recurring issue (historic home, old side sewer line and some odd repair patchwork causing backups). I have to say that the team of Barack and Marcel were both knowledgeable and explained things, and really conscientious and so respectful of our family and property. They were efficient knew how stressful this situation can be, (nothing like looking at recently landscaped front yard and envision tearing it all back out). I like supporting small businesses, but there is something to be said for a team that has the latest and greatest gear and the know-how to use it!
