I have a plumbing problem. Contacted a few plumbers around 6:30pm, CPR Rooter was the fastest one to return my call.I received 3 quotes, Shahin’s one was the best, reasonable and fair.Making the appointment by text was easy, and he came right on time.Shahin was informative, friendly and professional, kept the work area clean, and job well done.He just got himself a happy return customer.

Shahin was great, very professional and got the job done. Price was much better than other quotes. Had another plumber work on the job first was unable to clear the kitchen drain , recommended to cut and install new drain pipe. Cause was grease accumulation over 15yrs in the kitchen drain. Shahsin was able clear it with a water jet after snaking.

Shahin availability and price was great plus he did a wonderful job of explaining what he believed the simplest repair would be for my leaking toilet. He then pointed out other potential issues I might have with my water shut off valves and pipes given their age and product type and what kinds of solutions he would suggest should I ever decide to replace them. Overall great experience and I am now putting him as my 1st option for plumbing repairs.

I called needing to replace a toilet valve for a Mansfield toilet and CPR Rooter was able to come out within the hour and replace the valve with a newer, more updated version and saved me some money on the parts I had already purchased.The next day I had an emergency leak from my main shut-off valve and PVR valve and CPR Rooter was able to come out with newer, updated parts and repair it quickly and professionally.I will definitely be booking with CPR Rooter for any of my plumbing needs, especially because they were able to help me quickly, while doing a neat and excellent job!!

I had a problem with a leak, which I assumed was in the wall. I called CPR Rooter to come out and take a look. Shahin came out very expediently, he was very knowledgeable and professional. The problem was identified quickly and turned out to be a leaking shower faucet.Shahin explained how to fix the problem, saving me tons of money. He even followed up with a simple how to video. Problem solved!Outstanding service! I will definitely use their service again - should I need to!!

Fast, Honest and respectful. I have 2 rentals and my primary home. Im pretty handy myself but I also know when to contract out as well as sniff out bull shit quotes. This guy came in under bid and got the job done less than an hour. NOTE: job was replacing a fully broken hose bib that was spewing water like crazy. 5 stars Every day, hands down.
