We had an unexpected leak close to our main water meter but on our side of our property. We immediately started calling companies and Superior Plumbing was one that was able to fit us into their schedule within a couple of hours.Jake from Superior, not State Farm, showed up and immediately made me feel that he was going to be able to resolve this matter. He literally digged and digged till he was able to find the source of the leak.He was very patient in showing me the issue and why it happened and showed me how he was going to resolve it. Jake was very professional, patient, and knew his product lines.I would highly recommend Superior for any of your plumbing needs but especially when emergencies happen, you can count on them to be there right away. Had an excellent experience with Superior. More specifically, my experience with Master Plumber Jon Camp was the best! Jon quickly assessed the situation and assured me that there was a simple solution. I was prepared for a large expense and was pleasantly surprised to learn that a full replacement of my system would not be necessary. Jon could have taken advantage of my willingness to replace it but, instead provided me with an honest appraisal of what was needed and recommended we do that instead. We truly appreciated that. I am not only impressed by the integrity of Jon but, also the company that was smart enough to hire him as their representative. Will certainly use them again when the time comes knowing I will be treated fairly and honestly. Jon saved my family thousands of dollars!

Jake was the technician that removed my old (2014) 40 gallon water heater and installed a new 50 gallon water heater. He installed all new conduit/pipes and fittings (water and gas lines) as needed.Jake was prompt (same day service), professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.I thank Superior Plumbing (and Jake specifically) for their prompt, same day service to replace my old , defective water heater.

Jon C. was great! He was able to quickly determine the root cause of the issue I initially called for. He made quick repairs and was then able to look at an additional nagging problem, that turned out would have been a huge issue if it wasnt handled very soon. He made those repairs quickly as well. All in all, under 3 hours! The price was on target with other similar repairs and companies Ive used in the past. Jon had a great attitude, he was super friendly with me, my kid and pet! I will definitely use Superior Plumbing if I have any other plumbing issues in the future.

We have had issues with our newly replaced water heater (from another company) for a bit now so I decided to contact Superior to see if they could help fix a new leak and address pressure problems. Service was fast and thorough. I’ll be honest, the pricing was more than I would have expected, maybe double, but they were fast and efficient. Right at $700 for a tubing leak fix and new expansion tank.

Tl;dr: do not hire for an emergency issue.Great service initially, easy to schedule and work with. Rashawn and Megan were great as well as a supervisor that was consulted during the appointment. Did everything they could to problem solve. Confirmed that house systems were working properly and identified a few concerns to keep an eye on. My issue was a sump pump that was constantly flushing every 7 min but they could not see why it was working overtime due to the previous installer/owner burying the pumps. But they confirmed it was functioning as it should and no leaks that they could see. Would call them again for other plumbing issues.UPDATE: we were at a loss for what to do since Superior couldn’t offer any solutions or recommendations. The sump pump was now flushing gallons of clear water every 3-5 min. We ended up calling ESOG which referred us to a leak detection company that came out and found the leak within 30 min. We’re really frustrated that now our issue has been going on for six days (leaking 200+ gallons a day from what we’ve observed) and they didn’t offer nor recommend leak detection. Now that the hurricane is on its way here, we are only going to get saturated with more water over the next 48 hours before they can dig.UPDATE 2: Superior came out to dig and expose the broken pipe. They initially said they could repair it and then when I asked about a repipe for the galvanized pipe, they took that back after consulting with a supervisor. They also said that the wrong pipe was the main (it was a spigot). Their crew would have taken another 10 days at the earliest to get out to our house for the repipe and they offered no solutions in the meantime to stop the 480+ gallons a day (at minimum… because it got worse when he exposed the leak) and zero water pressure to the house after they exposed it. They took 72 hours to even follow up. By then, we had gotten another company (Roto-Rooter) to come out and fix the issue correctly on a weekend evening (though some time was lost due to the Superior plumber identifying the wrong pipe).Superior was nice but we needed someone who could actually offer solutions.Photos included don’t show the video captured of water spewing from the main line.

Contacted Superior Plumbing, who has performed plumbing work at my home in the past, regarding an issue we were experiencing with a toilet. Superior Plumbing scheduled Parker to come out to my home the following morning to assess the situation. Parker was prompt, personable and professional. Parker diagnosed the problem, explained to us what the issue was, and made the necessary repairs in a very timely manner. The cost was reasonable and the work was exceptional. My experiences with Superior Plumbing have been of great value to me and my family. If you experience a plumbing issue in your home I would suggest you give Superior Plumbing strong consideration before you make your final decision. They’re a good value when you need it done right the first time.

Jon Camp has helped my family and I twice now within the last month. First, he installed two pea traps for my washer line and sump pump. About a week later, we got a new washer and our hoses started leaking. Job came out promptly and fixed it on the spot in no time. He’s a ln awesome Master Plumber that gets the job done in a timely and proficient manner.

I called Superior Plumbing due to a lowering water pressure situation on a daily basis. Austin was dispatched to our home, quickly and efficiently assessed the situation, and determined the defective part was our water pressure regulator. He discussed what needed to be done, pricing, and how long the job would take. I asked Austin to continue. He replaced the PR and corrected our low water pressure woes. Our issue was resolved within 1.5 hours. Austin is professional, friendly, and knows plumbing systems. If you have a plumbing issue I highly recommend you call Superior and request Austin.

We had a great experience with Cody at Superior. Returning from a trip, we found a water bill ten times our usual bill, and were anxious to get the issue diagnosed and resolved ASAP. Other plumbers we called told me to start with a leak detection company (with a minimum charge over $400) or couldn’t schedule us for 2 days. Calling Superior, they promised me a plumber early the next morning, but even better, called us back an hour later that someone could be over in a few minutes. Cody arrived and was pleasant, courteous, efficient and helpful. He explained possibilities, effectively found the problem and handled it promptly and at a reasonable price. (It also helped that it was one of the simplest of the potential problems). Big thumbs up!

Superior Plumbing did a huge re-plumbing project for me today. They replaced all copper pipes with updated plastic. They were very friendly and professional. The only thing I would recommend is that they should have prepared me for the demolition. I would have covered my hardwood floors to protect them from all the traffic and sheet rock dust that covered everything.

I have a suspected water leak and received a prompt response to my call. Jose was nearby and came out to inspect what was going on and provide an estimate of the necessary repairs. I’m pleased with their service so far. Will update once repairs are completed. (09/06)UPDATE: I scheduled the earliest appointment available (09/20) but I had to be out of town. I was able to get my sister to be available in case there were issues. Superior team member John Cunningham arrived on time, took photos of the area needing repair, performed the required repairs with minimum disturbance of my yard, and sent final photos of the finished work. My sister was impressed with the speed and quality of work done. I’m very pleased I was able to have the leak repaired and not have to wait another week until I could be at home which will hopefully save some money on my next water bill.

God bless Superior Plumbing. My garbage disposal stopped working late on Saturday and they were able to get someone out early afternoon on Monday. I received a call letting me know Austin was on the way and he showed up, as promised, 15 minutes later. He checked the disposal for a jam first, hoping to save me money. However it was burned out and luckily he had a new one in his truck to replace it. Austin went above and beyond to keep his workspace neat and cleaned up everything before leaving. He even had me observe his check for leaks at the end. Finally, he gave me tips on disposal maintenance to help avoid problems in the future. Thank you, Austin and Superior Plumbing!

I had the most amazing experience with Superior Plumbing (specifically Ronnie Warsop).I had several leaks underneath my kitchen sink and Ronnie was able to not only explain the cause of the leaks but also made sure I was not spending unnecessary money. I’m gearing up for a kitchen remodel and he assured me the problem would be fixed during the remodel. He also removed the standing water underneath the sink as well as the dish washer. Lastly, I had a leak in my bathroom and he explained the process to fix it thoroughly and made sure I understood all variables involved. He figured out what was happening and gave us a cost effective solution that did not require replacing the water heater itself. 1/8/24I have a broken water line. Great time of year for this fix!! It has to be replaced since its a galvanized pipe. The repair sounds messy but at least it can be fixed. Nick checked the area and went right to work to find out if it could be repaired. The replacement is scheduled for next Monday. As professional and knowledgeable this team was, I feel confident the excavation group will be just as good. Well find out!1/15/24Dallas and his crew were great!! They arrived around 8am and left at 2pm. Dallas explained the steps they were going to take to get the line fixed. To me it was more complicated than first thought but they went to work and had it completed with the whole area cleaned in no time. Update 2024:I had a Thanksgiving clog in my kitchen pipes (don’t stuff 6 oranges all at once down the disposal after you make orange juice without cutting them up into smaller pieces) which I tried to clear myself over four days to no avail. Jason H came out first and did his mighty best but had to summons Jon C who came out the next day with the heavy duty equipment. Problem solved! Both Jason and Jon were a delight. If you must have a plumbing issue, do call Superior. Their name says it all. Oh, I almost forgot: I LOVE being able to track how far they are from arriving! Beast feature ever so you know to the minute what their arrival time will be.Dec 2020 & Jan 2021:Unfortunately, weve needed their services on plumbing and gas recently and I highly recommend them. Charlie was on time and reviewed his work order with us before starting the job. He was thorough and answered our many questions. Since we were converting from a gas to electric water heater, we needed to know what to do in case of an emergency with our water heater. Prior to this appointment, Charlie identified to major issues that needed to be corrected at the time we installed a new hot water heater. Specifically the expansion tank was installed improperly by the previous plumbing company and the pressure setting was very high. Both of these issues were addressed during Charlie‘s visit today along with a new hot water heater. We have a lot of confidence in Charlie’s knowledge as well as in the quality control oversight that Superior Plumbing provides residence. We used Superior Plumbing in our prior two houses because of the quality of work that is done and their attention to detail, especially when we have questions.

Josh did a great job. He arrived when expected. He found the outside leak with digging just one small hole. He fixed the pipes in a short time.Josh also fixed an outdoor faucet for us.Josh is very professional and a pleasant person.We would highly recommend Superior Plumbing to everyone. Best part was the old leaking heater had been purchased from Superior 9 years ago with a 10 year warranty and Superior replaced it under warranty! That’s quality customer service!

This is the best company with which to do business. I spoke with Laurie in the Call Center. She was friendly, listened to my problem, and quickly scheduled a visit from Charlie. Charlie is an excellent technician. He is very professional, explains how he is fixing the problem, and fixes it! They have so many supplies on their trucks--you dont have to wait for parts to be ordered. I have used Superior Plumbing for years. I wont call anyone else for my plumbing needs.

Rafael was great! Super knowledgeable and excellent communication. Explained how he was going to approach our plumbing problems. In the end he was able to fix our minor issues but gave very sound maintenance and preventative advice! Thank you, Rafael! Needed to replace my hot water heater before it started leaking. I checked with my Trust Dale booklet and it suggested Superior Plumbing. Nick Freeman came by gave me a good estimate. Came by today for the install and got it done in about three hours. Both Nick and Jason were very helpful in answering my questions while the work was in progress. The Hot Water Heater was located in a closet on my balcony. No problem for these two, plus they installed a drip pan and its up and running. Thank you so much Nick and Jason

I had a water leak in a pressure regulator and needed service quickly. I had a technician at my door within 30 minutes even though my call was placed late in the day (4 PM). Guillermo was timely, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He changed the valve out and cleaned up the work area. I am thankful to Guillermo and Superior for the quality repair and timely response.
