    Woke up to find my water heater had broke during the night and lots of water on the floor of my basement. I called several companies, each wanting to send someone out to inspect and provide an estimate (which were ridiculously priced.) I called Hot Water Solutions late in the afternoon and spoke to Darrin. I told him what was happening. He did not need to come out and inspect (I sent him pics) and he gave me a quote (which was very reasonable) over the phone and said he could come out to replace the next day. He showed up on time and was superb in every way. He was extremely efficient and thorough. He explained everything I needed to know throughout the process. There were no hidden fees or charges added to my original estimate. He is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever had do work in my home. Trey also came out and he was just as professional. I highly recommend Darrin and the staff at Hot Water Solutions. I will be recommending them to family and friends who need a hot water heater or plumbing repair.

    I went through 6 quotes to replace my hot water heater. When I spoke to Darrin before they gave me a quote I knew I had found the perfect match. The process was so easy and I felt so comfortable...I knew I was getting a top notched company. With the other quotes I got I felt I was in the dark about extra costs. Trey was the tech to come on site on 1/26/24. During the entire install I knew I was on good hands. Trey did a phenomenal job and in a very timely manner.     This is our fourth time using Hot Water Solutions and again they came through. We had a leak from our meter to our house and hey came out the day we called them and determined the plan of action and took care of it in a timely manner. Great communication and reasonable pricing.     I can not say enough nice things about my experience with Hot Water Solutions. Honest, professional, friendly and same day service. The 1st place I called about replacing a leaky water heater told me they had to come to my home, for a fee, just to quote me a price. When I declined, suddenly they would have someone call me. And a wide ranging cost they gave. The second place wanted to charge a fee to come quote. I called these guys, they asked a few questions, gave me approximate cost, I sent a photo of my current water heater install and quoted me a specific price. The guys arrived (Justin and Trey), brought my install up to code, replaced some pipe and even secured some existing pipe. Did not nickel and dime us. Charged the price quoted.

    My experience. I woke up to a wet garage. My water heater had started leaking overnight. I searched for a local plumber and read through the reviews. I chose Hot Water Solutions and called; Trey picked up the phone, and after hearing my problems, he said he was available and arrived at the agreed-upon time. Upon arriving at my house, he reviewed the leaking water heater and provided some background on the nature of water heaters and expectations. I asked Trey if he could also replace my hose bibs, which were damaged during the winter. Everything being replaced was upgraded from what I had; the new water heater is a Rheem. A few hours later, I had a new water heater new hose bibs, and my water pressure was checked for proper operation. Trey walked me through the installation, put a sticker on the tank with the companys contact information, wrote the installation date on the tank and expansion tank, and then we talked through the warranties. Lastly, I paid using a credit card, which Trey could process on-site. Overall, it is a fair price for a quality service. I would hire Hot Water Solutions again.

    Woke up to leaking pipes connected to my water heater! Water all over the garage! What a crisis, I got on Google & started calling numbers in a panic. Pipe Master Tray representing Smyrna to the fullest showed up & got the bad pipe swapped out for less than $500. Job well done, no more leaking water in the garage. Pipe Master Tray even changed out my exterior hose spouts no extra charge, all for the culture! I’m a happy customer. If you need plumbing in Austell, Mableton & Smyrna call these guys, they handle business!

    Jan15th MLK DAY Hot Water Solutions scheduled a service visit for our home tankless outdoor water system. Dean/Hot Water Solutions professional came 15min early and diagnosted the cold water problem. Rinnai Tankless company support was not available. He was brilliant. He took the outdoor tankless apart retuned it and cleaned up without Rinnai and my family now has hot water again! The service fee was nothing compared to the level of professional, efficient and brilliant service. I will always call Dean/Hot Water Solutions. Trust that they are the best of tbe best in Cobb county.

    Have used for water tank installation and dishwasher installation. Dishwasher installation was not done by dishwasher installers because of challenges, with Hot Water Solutions ,no problem. for our next installation of any kind it will be hot water solutions.Leak at water meter. Didnt know if they did outdoor work or not, but called and had someone out that afternoon. Diagnosed it was a leak on the Cobb County Water side of the meter , and they dealt with contacting Cobb County Water Department since our dealing was less than satifactory. Someone from the Water Department should be out to fix the problem within 14 days.Water tank installation was on a Saturday, the day before Easter, and we were doubtful that we would get any help. We searched Home Advisor and Hot Water Solutions name came up. They came out that day and fixed the problem. Pleasant and professional. Yes, we will use them again.

    Darren at Hot Water Solutions has replaced two water heaters for me in the past month. The first time was due to the old hot water heater in a rental property gushing water late Friday evening. I was lucky enough to find his information when searching for an emergency plumber. He answered the phone initially after 5 pm on a Friday and was at the house by 9:30 am Saturday morning. He had replaced the whole system by noon. Our tenants were overjoyed to have hot water again so quickly, and we were very impressed by his communication, reasonable quotes during the emergency, and high quality of service.Based on this experience, we decided to have him replace the aging system in our personal residence two weeks later. Darren and his teams was again communicative, fair, and committed to making sure we were happy with his work before he left.Today I arrived home to a personalized post-card thanking us for being customers.     Great work every time! I had a major problem with a busted water pipe that flooded the lower floor. Hot Water Solutions came right away and installed a new shut off valve for the house, and reworked the area where the water came from. On another visit, they replaced a 20 year old toilet and reworked the water connection. Very trustworthy, reasonable and great service.

    Our basement flooded late afternoon today. It didnt take long for us to figure out it was our aged hot water unit. We began calling different service providers.     Hot Water Solutions in Kennesaw, GA is who we trust most to resolve nearly all of our plumbing concerns. Dont let their lack of capes fool you, because they really do go to heroic lengths to guarantee customer satisfaction.We called Hot Water Solutions Inc. to inspect all of our home plumbing in a condo thats new to us and give us an estimate to replace the 21 year old 40 gallon, traditional tank style, gas water heater. Darrin (a co-owner) answered the phone on a Thursday evening (1/13/22) and was very cheerful and informative in helping us consider all water heater replacement factors. An appointment was scheduled for 9:30 a.m. the next morning (1/14/22. I received the expected text to let me know more than 30 minutes in advance of the technicians arrival.Justin, the technician, was very polite, cheerful, thorough, knowledgable, and answered all of our questions and concerns. The following Monday (1/17/22) Justin installed our new water heater and did everything possible to make sure we were 100% satisfied. He even readjusted the metal pipes so all of them no longer touch any other metal pipes, the water heater tank and the furnace next to it, which was quite a feat in our very small utility closet.Our condo polybutelene plumbing is also old and no longer up to code. When we asked about replacing it with PEX plumbing they were honest enough to say they can do that service, but its probably most cost effective if a plumbing business specializing in that service be considered for the job since that would probably bring the labor cost down. They even offered recommendations for such a company.Its easy to understand 100% why they have such high reviews on Google and BBB with no complaints. Its a pleasure to support this small family owned business in Kennesaw, GA and to see how happy their employees are working with them.     Just got done having Darrin King and his team from Hot water solutions replace a 23yr old water heater. I called hot water solutions and am very please with the service, speed and quality of their work. When I called them the were very personable and professional. I sent a picture and video to them and they knew exactly what I needed. They came out the SAME day and replaced it! Not only that they took time to answer questions I had and showing me where my main shut off valve was(new home no idea where it was).The pricing was very very reasonable!     I could not recommend these guys more for a new water heater. This is a small family business of plumbers who now specialize in water heaters. Darrin quoted me a replacement heater over the phone and was ready to schedule me for same day service. He was very patient with my questions and walked me through an honest assessment of tank vs tankless heaters. He sourced a quality 50 gallon Rheem commercial unit for a competitive price (same price as the 40 gal). Justin was who came out to change the water heater and was prompt, professional and did top notch work. I was also having issues with my water pressure and Justin replaced my PRV valve and shutoff valve at the same time. I found them through their fantastic Google reviews and I am so glad that I did.

    Justin at Hot Water Solutions was a life saver! Our water heater stopped heating Sunday afternoon and after trying online suggestions we knew we needed a professional. Justin was able to come out on a Sunday to look at our water heater. He first tried some troubleshooting then replaced the entire pilot light assembly. We are SO grateful he replaced this in an attempt to save our water heater unlike some other companies we called who wouldnt even replace this assembly. Unfortunately, it was a water heater gone bad and needed to be replaced altogether. Justin stayed late to replace our water heater start to finish, he took the time to explain how the new one worked and how to light it, gave us some safety tips, and stuck around to make sure we had hot water before he left. I took a long time to make up my mind and because of the pandemic the new unit was a long time coming.     Our water heater was getting old and tired, so we called Hot Water Solutions for a tankless quote, just to explore the idea of moving to tankless. Wed been burned by so many contractors of late, I was, honestly, a little anxious about the whole thing. But they responded quickly, set up a time soon to come out, came out promptly and did an inspection and gave us a quote. A week later, they were out to install and had it all done in a day start to finish. There were no surprise charges. There were no gotchas.     Wow, the best service I have ever received. I had called out two other companies before them to check my hot water heater which wasnt heating the water. The other companies told me they couldnt fix the hot water heater, and I needed to replace my tankless heater for thousands of dollars. These guys came out. They were honest and professional. They told me my options and explained to me what was going on. They cleaned the hot water heater and fixed it for a small fraction of the cost to replace it.     I awoke to a broken water heater and a flooded basement. (Not something I handle every day.) After completing the initial cleanup, I began phase 2, getting a new water heater installed. I found Hot Water Solutions through Home Advisors and Im so glad I did. Darrin called me as soon as the job was posted he patiently walked me through the specifics of my problem then, gave me a solid quote over the phone! He arrived a few minutes before promised. (I appreciate that because I sort of live by the idea that if youre on time youre already late. :o)) Darrin worked quickly and efficiently. The installation was a little difficult due to the tight quarters. He patiently assessed the situation and carefully de-constructed the piping (gas and water), removed the existing, installed the new, and re-installed the piping. The work was done with quality and he even took time to teach me about water heaters so, hopefully, this wont happen again! Thanks Darrin!!

    A near disaster was avoided on Monday thanks to Justin and Hot Water Solutions. I was changing our furnace filter when I discovered the water heater was leaking. The catch pan was full and had begun to spill over. I called one plumbing service and was told Wednesday would be the earliest, another told me Tuesday. My wife was walking in the neighborhood and saw their truck and trailer at a neighbors house. She approached Justin and he indicated he’d stop by as soon as he finished the present job. We have a Rinnai tankless water heater that was installed by our builder (Lennar). When it set off a warning alarm and the curious error code 11 we went to our neighborhood Facebook group to get the 411. Several of our neighbors suggested calling Hot Water Solutions. They arrived when they said they would, charged what they said theyd charge, and gave us a full set of options and potential events with our type and model water heater.
