    We had Sundial Plumbing come and do a sewer scope on a house we were thinking about buying. While they were doing the inspection we mentioned that the garbage disposal wasn’t working, so he took a look at that too. Turns out it was just clogged and stuck, as the old owners didn’t take good care of it. The technician cleared out the debris and got it working in no time! He really made the extra effort. Such a relief to not have to pay for a new disposal! Very professional and expert service. Will be using and recommending them from now on!

    I used Sundial to repair a leak under my driveway. Morgan was honest, helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Once the leak was located and the repair scheduled, the work was completed and cleaned up in a morning, and the price was in line with what I expected from my research. John inspected my old water heater and provided me with options so I could make an informed decision on whether to repair or replace.     Our hot water heater sprung a leak while we were away on vacation. Sundial said they would get someone out the next afternoon and they did.     I don’t normally post reviews but I thought it important to share what a great experience it was dealing with Sundial Plumbing of Kennesaw and in particular master plumber, Jon Camp. After having 2 plumbers in, neither of whom fixed the broken pipe in the wall behind my toilet, I was given the name Sundial Plumbing by a member of our HOA board. From start to finish, it was obvious that Sundial’s customer service and knowledge of the problem was far superior to those I dealt with prior to Sundial. Jon arrived on time and had the problem fixed within 2 hours. A super nice guy whose humor, calming demeanor and expert knowledge saved the day. I definitely will call them first in the event I need a plumber another day! Highly recommended!!

    We lost our water heater many years ago on Christmas Day…Sundial responded immediately to our request for help, installed a new heater for a reasonable charge. Obviously, when we had issues with our system in our newer home, we called Sundial who reacted quickly. They came on time and repaired the two valves and installed a new heater (old Heater showed signs of near-term failure. We highly recommend Sundial Plumbing!

    Our plumber Alan was extremely knowledgeable on installing a tankless water heater. He explained in detail on how to program the unit and conduct preventative maintenance. We had Alan install a Moen Flo leak detection system for peace of mind that we are protected from water leaks. We can’t recommend him highly enough for your plumbing needs.

    My 12 yr old furnace started leaking one evening. I did all I cd do to stop the leaking. Called Sundial, but they were closed, but I left word to call me first thing. I did talk with someone the next day , and they were able to set up a time to come that day. They even came earlier, looked at the problem and replaced the tank plus other things that necessary. The job lasted 2 hours. They were very pleasant to work with and cleaned up my garage nicely. Problem solved.

    I needed the main water line polybutylene replaced with PVC. Sundial Plumbing did an excellent job. Trench and installed a new PVC water service line from the meter to the house. The work was estimated reasonable and timely, with high-quality materials and workmanship. The plumbers were very knowledgeable and professional. I will use them again in the future.     I have used Sundial Plumbing for a number of years for different plumbing needs. I am always impressed with their ability to accurately identify the problem and quickly make the repairs. All of the technicians are great to work with. They explain the work to be done and keep you informed as they reach completion. I’ve worked with Marvin, Chris and most recently, Adam and Cameron. They are all outstanding and Sundail is lucky to have them.

    We had an emergency within our HOA community and called after hours. The response was excellent (within 15 minutes of the original trouble call). The onsite plumber explained how the broken water main would be fixed; explained the materials being used; and cleanup nicely after the emergency repairs were completed. We would recommend Sundial Plumbing for commercial or residential projects and service. Excellent follow-up both from customer service and the emergency response line.

    The service person was good at his job, evaluating the situation first (clogged kitchen drain pipe) and tried a fix that was simple and resolved the situation. I knew that our P Traps were clean, as I had checked them prior to calling the plumber. The Sundial Plumber listen to what I had done, then tried his less invasive and less expensive fix on the drain pipe, which worked very well. I was pleased with the plumbers ingenuity and his asking questions, then listening to my responses. I would highly recommend Sundial Plumbing.

    Sundial is a reputable business with great people and stellar customer service. We had an issue with our kitchen sink a while back and Chris W. came to our rescue. A few months later we had another kitchen sink problem so we had to call again. Chris made another visit and really took time to thoroughly examine our kitchen plumbing to find the root of the problem. He explained how we could avoid the same issue going forward and made sure we were fully clear and operational before he left. A true professional and a truly nice guy, he even remembered that my wife had been ill on his first visit and asked after her health when he came back several months later! That truly impressed me.     I have used Sundial Plumbing on several occasions and I have not been disappointed yet. My water heater was going bad and I called to make an appointment thinking I would get a technician out to the house a couple of days out.     We moved recently and as usual, issues start to occur after the move in. Our Master toilet was filling about every 15 minutes, indicating a leak. Sundial gave a prompt appointment and Mark was excellent in letting us know what the issue was and he was able to fix it same day. He educated us on other items we had questions about.     Sundial installed our first tankless water heater in 2013. Yesterday Gary W came to inspect a leak with our water heater. After inspection Gary W determined that the heat exchanger was bad and the unit needed to be replaced. What a shock. Gary W assured us the original unit was still covered under warrantyAnd our only cost would be for installation and the new unit would come with a full warranty. Wow what a relief but how long would the install take. I had clothes in my washing machine I had paused waiting on hot water. Gary W went back to the company and secured the new unit and quickly had it running in about an hour. Gary W was very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Gary W turned a difficult situation into a success story. We now have a new unit with full warranty and no mess. Thank you Gary W. For a great experience.

    I am a community association manager and have recommended SunDial to several of my associations. They are knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and helpful. My HOA Boards are appreciative of the techs work, but are also impressed by the final product. They leave the area clean and as close to normal as possible. The price that they charge is reasonable and they stick to it. Their CS manager, Britney, goes out of her way to help. I will use them at my home if I need plumbing work done!

    I found Sundial Plumbings contact information in the 2014 Cherokee Home Reports book that was given to me when I closed on my home back in 2014. I was very pleased with the customer service provided to me. We had a leak in the 2nd floor bathroom and needed someone to come out and diagnose the issue and present us with an affordable solution. The representative that initially took the call informed me that she will have someone come out on the date I needed to look at the issue. She told me that dispatch will contact me the morning of the technician coming out and about an hour before he arrives that I would receive a photo of my technician. I find this very comforting as I am sometimes home with my toddler and don’t like to open the door for strangers. She also informed me that if I choose not to have any work done that I would just need to pay the $39 diagnosis fee. Darrin the technician arrived on time with his assistant and they were very nice gentlemen. They put on cloth boot covers and proceeded upstairs to work. The let me know that in order to find out where the leak was coming from they would need to cut open the drywall. This is pretty typical. They informed me the cost of the labor for cutting into the drywall before starting. I agreed to the work so they proceeded. The found the issue and informed me of the entire cost for the job and let me know they will need to go get parts. Overall they spent 3 or 4 hours with us and Im very happy with the speediness and thoroughness. They kept the work area clean and even gave us a referral card for a mold diagnosis and remediation company. Also, after the work was completed they emailed me my paid invoice along with photos of the work done before and after. If youre looking for a reliable plumbing contract company, I highly suggest Sundial Plumbing. This is my first time using their company and Im happy I did.

    I have had a great experience with Sundial Plumbing! They were quick and did not give up until they figured out what the issue was.     Chris was the picture of grace under pressure when he came out to replace a leaking gas line in our attic. Ours is an older home, which always comes with unexpected issues, but Chris was able to overcome those and went above and beyond to make sure the gas line was safe and also corrected some issues with our water heater that had not been installed correctly by another plumber. I highly recommend Sundial and Chris and will always use them in the future.

    Our entire experience with SunDial Plumbing was great! Brittany, at the office, answered all of my questions over the phone and got me set-up w/an appointment that day. Our technician, Randall, showed up early and then patiently waited for our lunch rush to die down so we could start the appointment. Not only was he very thorough in his inspection and knowledgeable in his craft, but he also took the time to explain everything to me, so that I knew how to proceed moving forward and felt comfortable making that decision.     I had a new sink and faucet installed by a big box store. I was not very happy with the plumber who installed that new sink and faucet.     Updated review August 2021We have used Sundial in the past and had a great experience 3 years ago. Today we had a leak in our finished basememt that caused a large portion of our ceiling to collapse and we knew exactly who to call. Our knight in shining copper (pipe lol) this time was Charles K and he got right to work. Hubby was very impressed because Charles explained everything and put our minds as ease. We still have to have the ceiling repaired, but we can rest easy knowing the repair was done right. Sundial is reasonable with rates, has very friendly and professional employees and is a quality company with over 75 YEARS experience.Sundial SHINES!!

    Recently bought our first house which needed a good bit of updating due to some less than perfect work done by the contractor years ago. Contacted Sundial Plumbing for a price quote for the installation of a new hot water heater. A Sundial employee came out, assessed what we needed, and provided us with a comparable price quote to others we received but took it a step further by actually inspecting the area to make sure everything was up to code. Our house inspection had revealed that we needed new copper piping leading to the hot water heater in order to be up to code and Sundial was the only plumbing company that also noticed this (without any prompting from us). We chose to go with Sundial because we knew they would do a good job, we wanted to do things right the first time, and the price was right. We plan on recommending them to all our friends!

    Wow!! Such professionalism. Darrin and Justin (with Sundial Plumbing) located the source of our water leak in the basement so quickly, and accurately diagnosed the root cause.     We contacted Sundial Plumbing to replace a 40 line of polybutylene water pipe in our home that was not currently linking but could be a future problem. They came out the next morning to give us a quote and within 24 hours of our initial (non emergency) call we had a new copper line. Both the quote and the work was done by Tyrone, who was honest, professional and did a great job at explaining the steps required to replace the pipe and doing the actual work. However, I did feel the charges were high considering it was mainly labor. He completed repair of two plungers in sinks (no supplies needed), unclogged a shower (no supplies), and replaced a commode flapper. All was done in about an hour and I was charged around $480. This may be the going rate.....

    Great company with professional and quality oriented employees. I would highly recommend them! My association had a small underground leak that escalated into multiple leaks including a 2” main. The two plumbers who showed up, quickly realized the job was much larger then originally thought. They called the main office and a manager came right down, assessed the issue and called in two more crews. We had to isolate water to over 450 homes and businesses. They worked nonstop for 12 hours until the leak was isolated and water could be restored without stopping to discuss the work scope expansion and cost. They were very reasonable on pricing considering the difficult situation we were in. Again, very professional, high quality and highly recommend!

    Recently our water heater went out and we let our landlord know. He called and let us know that the plumber was coming. When Chris got to our house, he was very professional. Not only did he keep me posted with what he was doing, but also diagnosed the problem. My landlord called me and told me that he was coming back in the afternoon. In about 15 mins from that phone call Chris comes to the door to tell me that he was coming to install the water heater.     Ive used Sundial Plumbing twice. The first was a small job to replace the pressure regulator in my house. This week I had them back to replace the main waste line going from my house to the street. I was lucky enough to have Chris here both times, the latest time I also had Nick here.     Brittney is so helpful, communicates consistently with updates, and has just been very helpful in a difficult leak situation.     We met Tyrone this week when he came out to diagnose why we had water leaking out from one of our kitchen walls onto the counter top. We knew we had a leak but couldnt see where it was coming from. Tyrone came out and initially thought wed need to rip out a kitchen cabinet and take off our backsplash to find the leak (which is what we had thought would have to happen as well). After thinking about it, Tyrone used creative problem solving and thought he might be able to HEAR where the leak was coming from. He was able to pinpoint where the leak was likely coming from based on the sound. Even then he wasnt positive, but he used his years of experience to make an accurate guess that it was a pipe behind the wall above the cabinet. He cut a square out of the wall and sure enough, there was the leak! Then, because our house is old and all the pipes are squished together, he had to work very carefully so that he didnt damage the other pipes. It took 2 1/2 hours and he had to kneel on the counter top to reach it, AND keep his head bent so that it didnt hit the ceiling. Needless to say, Im sure it was very uncomfortable, tedious and cramped. He was thorough and accurate and friendly. Even though it was late (around 8pm) and Im sure he was hungry and ready to get home to his family after a long day, he was still cheerful. Even took time to advise us about another place in the house my husband thought had a leak (but isnt! - thanks to Tyrone telling us!). Even though Sundial is kinda pricey (not Tyrones fault!), Tyrone saved us a LOT of money and time off of work by keeping us from having to rip out the kitchen cabinet and surrounding tiles.We were very grateful Tyrone came out and helped us! Thank you so much Tyrone!

    Jon Camp was amazing! He was on time and helped diagnose our neighborhood clubhouse leak quickly! He also replaced our kitchen faucet. It was a smooth and efficient process. He was also very helpful in noticing our water heater pilot light was out and our water heater was 12 years old. Gave us a quote on the spot. Will definitely call Sundial plumbing again for my own home and our neighborhood clubhouse
