When I initially made the call for service, the young man who handled intake was very pleasant, respectful and helpful. Even though I called on a Saturday afternoon, Integrated was able to dispatch someone to my home. Douglas did a great job diagnosing and explaining the problem and was able to get things back in sufficient working order so that we were able to use our plumbing system pending the more extensive repair work that was needed. As promised, Integrated called Monday morning to schedule service. Douglas and DJ arrived as promised and they were excellent. Douglas made sure that I understood the repair process and both men were very respectful and worked diligently to make the repairs.

Douglas is my superhero, he fixed everything! He was at my house less than 90 minutes from when I called their service, it was a blessing. They were the last plumber I had to call for my housing issues this time, theyll be the first and only plumber I call next time. Douglas went out of his way to be a cool head while I panicked. Plumbing problems always seem to happen on a weekend! We found Integrated Plumbing Solutions through a general Google search and were not disappointed. The booking staff member was very pleasant and answered all our questions. The tech, Douglas, was able to arrive within a few hours to fix a problem long in the making. He fixed the immediate problem and said he would return early in the week with his boss regarding the bigger picture issue. They both provided an excellent solution to our issue, which was caused by previous plumbers not knowing what to do. This was the first time we used Integrated and should we need continued plumbing help, it will not be our last. They are good on follow-up, reasonably priced, and take pride in providing good service. Everyone weve dealt with at the company have been very nice to work with.

Integrated plumbing in Kennesaw, Ga. was recommended to me by a friend who used them and was very pleased with their work. I am too and was glad for the referral. I reached out to them for a septic line leak under a 61 year old house in Roswell with cast iron pipes in a crawl space and a stripped shower faucet. They were able to send someone out the day I called and he was able to complete both repairs. Unfortunately after the septic line replacement section he found another leak and that required another assessment for a complete replacement of all the rusting, leaking cast iron pipes in the crawl space which was completed in one day on a rainy, cold day. From start to finish I have been extremely satisfied with this company. They have been easy to schedule with, assess the issues and talk through them, punctual, courteous, professional and hardworking. I am grateful to the plumbers for fixing this issue with all new PVC pipes and would definitely recommend Integrated Plumbing to anyone.

Matt I. And Matt J. made the diagnostic call and recommended we add a pump to our hot water heaters installed by Integrated a few months. Bruce came out to do the installation. This team works closely together as Bruce knew exactly what Matt had recommended and how it should be installed. The service techs are friendly, knowledgeable and do excellent work. The team is supported by as office team that is again friendly and answers all you questions and promptly schedules and communicates with you. The team makes sure the work is done promptly, in a quality manner and you are satisfied with the work.

He quickly made one fix before the major storm came in but that was not the cause. We had to wait for the major storm to finish before he could complete the work. I appreciate the quick service when our water heater failed. We had someone on site within a couple of hours. They promptly diagnosed the issue, found 2 other issues during their whole system inspection and presented options and quotes immediately. Because they had all the required parts on the truck they were able to finish the removal of the old heater, installation of a new water heater, a new pressure valve on the water intake to the house and replace water supple fixtures for the washer within about six hours. There were only two issues, both peripheral to the actual repairs. 1-The technician left the entry to the crawl space open after replacing the pressure valve. I didnt discover this until the next day. Unfortunately, I am physically unable to enter the crawl space to check if anything entered overnight, so I closed it up and hope for the best. 2- The technician borrowed my street key to close and reopen the main water supply pipe to the house. The cover to the valve was left open and the street key was left in the yard. Other than those two issues, thank you for the prompt and courteous service.

Integrated Plumbing Solutions was able to solve my plumbing issues very quickly. They were able to send someone to my house the day I called them. The service technician arrived and was able to identify the problem and came up with plan to fix the issue. We scheduled the work to be completed the next day. The service technician called me the day was work was scheduled to be completed to verify I was going to be there, and then arrived early since I informed him I was already home and ready.One part that needed to be installed was not fitting properly. Instead of forcing it, he returned to the shop to get another one, which fit properly. He cleaned up after completing the work. I was very satisfied with the work completed and would highly recommend them for anyone needing plumbing work.

Jordy Fajardo was our technician from Integrated Plumbing Solutions. He arrived on time, he was very professional and he was also very knowledgeable. Before he began the repairs on our damaged gate valve, he explained to me how and why he would approach the repair. Our damaged gate valve was in a very small and difficult location outside of our complex gate entry. The job required a very skillful technician. So, we got lucky when Sandy at Integrated Plumbing Solutions assigned our job to Jordy. Jordys work was outstanding. Ive been a Property Manager and an REO Broker for over 27 years in metro Atlanta. Absolutely phenomenal experience with Integrated Plumbing Solutions and that is largely due to Thomas and Christian. I had them come out to clean out my septic tank and while that process was an absolute breeze not to mention cheaper than I could find anywhere else, I had them check out another pipe that was leaking. They really went the extra mile as this wasn’t apart of the original scope but it turns out we uncovered 2 leaks in my main water drain!! I would have had to pay another company 100’s of dollars just to come out and check and Thomas and Christian did it for free on the job. Needless to say I will be using IPS for all my future plumbing needs, without a doubt.

Great job by Doug and Integrated Plumbing Solutions from estimate to finishing the repair. I had a broken old water heater in a very difficult spot to remove. Doug removed it with minimal impact to the surrounding area and adjusted the plumbing lines to work with my new tankless electric water heater, which he also installed. A lot of plumbing companies wouldn’t take this job because of where the water heater was or presented plans that weren’t well thought out. IPS was the only company that came out and created a detailed plan and estimate that made sense. I’d hire again.

Absolutely no one wants to discover at 9pm that their septic tank is full, once that discovery has been made even fewer people want to wait to resolve the issue. Last week, at 9pm on a stormy Tuesday night we were in this position. I called a few different places trying to find someone that could help me but Integrated Plumbing was the only company that would offer me the after hours service I needed to pump my septic tank. I received a call from Matt who explain he was the manager of that crew and he reviewed the overall approach with me, and provided estimated cost (barring the unforeseeable) and gave me a window of arrival. We agreed to their proposal and within 90 minutes Matt himself and Thomas arrived, found my septic tank with only the vaguest of direction, and pumped it out in short order. Both Matt and Thomas were patient, informative and professional throughout the entire experience. They had a very fast pump and it didnt take long to empty the full thank, once empty they inspected it and let me know that my tank was in good shape and put a reminder in their system to notify me when the next service should occur. I cant speak highly enough of how these two professionals treated me as a customer, and then properly triaged and resolved my issue. He was able to access the pipe from the garage below, did not have to break through the tile floor or wall. It was all done and replaced within a couple of hours. Two techs arrived earlier than scheduled, located problems, made repairs and worked after darkness to complete the project. They were competent, friendly, and professional. Brought in a third tech to complete the job. Everyone knew their job and put up with the home owner (me) watching and asking questions.I would use them again for my septic system needs.

Ive used Integrated Plumbing Solutions earlier in the year and was really impressed with Corey and Thomas resolving my outdoor problem. Today, 7/28 Mike came to resolve a leak from the ceiling. Mike provided cost breakdown, was able to drill down the issue (which turn out not to be a plumbing issue) and also repaired a leaky toilet. So far, Ive been impressed with their costs, professionalism and honesty.

Hands down one of the BEST experiences we’ve had with Plumbers - from start to finish. We had an issue with roots growing in our sewage line. We’d started working with another company that gave us an estimate that included damaging our foundation and an outside retaining wall. Luckily, I contacted Zett from Quality Craftsmen to get a quote for foundation and retainer wall repairs and Zett recommended I contact Integrated Plumbing before signing a contract with the other plumbers. So far it has been awesome. Corey wasn’t scheduled to be at my home until 12 but he was able to come at 10:30. This was their first visit to look at my plumbing issues and provide estimates. He cared about my time and not only listened to me but heard what I was saying. The actual work will start next week and I’ll review it again then. Right now it seems that I have found a good plumbing company.
