    I had a plumbing emergency on a Friday night when my toilets started backing up, so I called American Rooter Services at 7:30 pm. I was pleasantly surprised when the dispatcher had a technician at my property within an hour! They quickly fixed the problem, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. I appreciate their prompt and professional service, and I’ll definitely be using them in the future if needed. Highly recommend!

    Mr. Gary was easy to work with on scheduling service. Henry was professional,and came out to my property within 45 minutes of me submitting my request. Also, the cost of the repair was reasonable. I do highly recommend this plumbing company.

    The dispatcher Michael was very helpful and understanding of my problem. He sent out a technician who was on my property in less than an hour who was able to quickly fix my problem. The price was very reasonable too. 10/10 Service, I will definitely turn back to them if i have any plumbing issues in the future.

    I had Alex come into do a repair for a sewer water pump that bursted the night before and let me tell you… he was amazing! Patient, informative he explained everything he was doing and what the issue was and even provided us with our next steps to expect even though it would be with a restoration company. He gave us reassurance and was kind and funny. Put a soft touch on such tragic occurrence considering we had damage to our carpets he made us see the brighter side of the issue.

    Our landlord hired American Rooter Services to fix a sudden leaky pipe that was causing our ceiling to cave in over us, and the employee who came out to help us, Alex, was a great help. Alex quickly replaced the pipe and took care of the problem smoothly and quickly. He was really nice about it all and helped us dump the buckets of water we’d accumulated trying to catch the drip. Great work and on a great timeline before the problem became much, much worse!

    Kristian did an excellent job. He’s thorough and very knowledgeable. He installed a new shower sprinkler and fixed the knob on the tub faucet. I had bought a new faucet for the tub but it wasn’t the right kind. So he had to use a different kind. He didn’t have to go to the hardware store like most repair men do. He was prepared with whatever was needed. He also did some extras like unclog the tub drain and put some sealant around the water spout.I’m really pleased with the work he did!!😊

    As a head of household single mom I felt so lucky discovering American Rooter Services. Kristian was so great, very thorough and explained everything so that I could understand the problem and what my options would be. He repaired two faucets (kitchen and bathroom), fixed a leaking shower and end up unclogging a drain that I thought needed a pipe replacement. His honesty and professionalism was worth every dime. Very thankful and highly recommend Kristian for all your plumbing needs!

    This is my third time using Kristian and his team from American Rooter and they are 3 for 3. Their plumbers are very well trained. They respond promptly to your needs, communication is very good and the price is competitive and fair. One time Kristian did the work, another time another associate did the work and this time Demetrious did the work. All three have been excellent. Demetrious was also very personable. When he left, my wife said, I really like him, he was so personable and he did such a great job of explaining everything. Once again, I recommend American Rooter, unequivocally without any reservations.

    I am highly satisfied with the work done by American Rooter Services! I called for an emergency during the weekend and they promptly sent a technician to our house. Kristian was very knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done quick and for a reasonable price.     Georgi did an excellent job in helping to diagnose issues with my toilets backing up He then investgated further to find additional leaks in 3 showers and toilets that needed repair. He was very thorough to ensure root cause was identified and able to replace the pressure relief valve and water expansion tank due to failure. He worked diligently over 3 day period and was very accommodating and fair in terms of pricing as well. I would highly recommend his services for future work.

    I’ve never been the happy type when it was time for some time of home maintenance until today. The guy who came out to unclog my drain gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received. From the minute he arrived on the scene, he was respectful, respectable, and well mannered. He even spared time after to give me his professional opinion on the plumbing industry and met my family pets. Overall AMAZING FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE!!! METODI YOUR THE BEST!!

    I called and was able to get a same day appointment for a flood under my kitchen sink. They text me to let me know they were on the way. With in 20 mins Ivan showed up. Ivan was very polite and professional! He inspected the situation and reported he needed to replace the faucet. He got the part and was finished in 20 minutes. Ivan was very friendly and knowledgeable. When you need it fixed ask for Ivan. Couldn’t be happier with the job he did.

    Kristian was our contact. He was very professional and clearly explained what would be done, how it would be done and the cost. They completely replaced all copper pipes and installed a water heater. Will definitely use this company again and highly recommend.

    I cannot say enough nice things about this company. The customer service was amazing. My commercial restrooms had a blockage and after using another company twice, I called American Rooter. They came out quickly and cleared my lines while discovering that it was a more serious problem and that they would need to dig up my floor and make repairs. Bobby and Pavel worked until the wee hours of the morning to make sure I could operate my business the next day. They were patient and explained the problem and the solution to me to make sure I was comfortable. Not to mention they are handsome and have great jokes. All of that was enough to give them a five star review, but seeing how they cleaned-up and the care they took with my facility makes me wish I could add a another star. Kristian, the owner is a class act and he was there to start the job and was on time. Call them you will be glad you did.

    American Rooter Services, Inc. was a Networx referral that I was blessed with finding on the Internet while searching for plumbers needed for my bathroom remodel which at first appeared to be complicated and a major stressor. From the very beginning, the company provided all the documents I needed to make a good contracting decision: plumbing license, certificate of insurance, tax ID, etc. Kristian was super professional and made sure my husband and I were happy with the work. He has honest eyes atop his COVID mask!!! The estimate was done on a point by point basis and separated the rough-in from the reset price. He was willing to work along with my tile contractor. Everything done appears to be up to code. In a time when we encounter shady contractors, I thoroughly recommend these guys!!! Thank you, God!

    I have had the pleasure of American Rooter Services conducting work at my residence several times. They installed my natural gas line, water pressure regulator, overflow tank on water heater, all my shower and bath valves, washer and dryer hook ups, all the toilets, and Im sure there are a couple other things too. Oh yeah, the ceiling falling down caused by one of those valves.... needless to say, Ive had the opportunity to get to know the type of person Tony is, hard working, honest, dependable, and truly reasonably priced! I was waiting until we where done with what I think is all the work needed before reviewing, but I just didnt want to forget.If you just dont know who to trust with you plumbing needs, I hope my words will convince you to give them a call.THANK YOU TONY!

    5 stars. This is the second time I requested Georgi from American Rooter Services Kennesaw. Previously, he repaired plumbing in 3 of my homes bathrooms. Georgi is a master plumber. He is prompt, professional, courteous, and conscientious about his work. He did a great job, gave me a fair quote, and communicated recommendations without trying to upsell me unnecessary things.
