We are so glad we went with Atlanta Tankless and Water Heater! Donald gave us the best estimate out of 5 estimates we received from different plumbing companies. He is so knowledgeable, and took time to explain the pros & cons between various options, and also did a fantastic job removing our old outdoor tankless gas water heater and installing a new high efficiency indoor tankless water heater (and advised us of the tax break). He also took care of a few other plumbing (faucet) issues and replaced an old sharkbite connector on the main . Do yourself a favor, call him!

He came over for the estimate and was able to give all of the information that I needed in order to make a decision. Within a week of our initial conversation, my new water heater was put in. Donald is awesome. He is a very knowledgeable plumber who came and fixed our leaking water heaters with a new Tankless system. Here are my before and after pictures. Hes willing to spend time with you to help you understand how the system works and how it will be set up in your home. He doesnt do a hard sell, or up sell, which is quite refreshing. He was reasonably priced with the 4-5 other estimates I got. Lets just say, my family is super happy with HOT water. We got the recirculating system which will help with efficiency, hopefully. He also installed a Moen Flo at the same time. Weve had other water leaks in the basement, so hopefully this will prevent future damage. Its apparently supposed to lower our insurance bill too. Once again, I had a great experience with having Donald from Atlanta Tankless and Water Heaters do work at our home. I would highly recommend him for work at your place, if needed.

As most people already mentioned, Donald did a fantastic job when he came to install the Flo smart valve shutoff unit at my house earlier. His work was professional, clean, and quick. Everything works flawlessly from the beginning. Most importantly, he charged the lowest fee compared to other plumber who are certified to perform this particular installation.During the installation process, Donald noticed that the water pressure was a bit too low, so he made sure that my water pressure was calibrated perfectly after the installation. The calibration actually took even longer than the installation itself, but my shower experience is much better now. Highly recommend.

I have a Rinnai RL75I natural gas tankless water heater. For yeàrs I had nothing but problems and alot of cold showers. I called Donald and he came out and did a full detailed diagnostic with Rinnai on the phone. After that the decision was made that the piping job done by the installer was incorrect. After it was corrected ALL of the issues disappeared. I can not say enough good things about this business. Polite,knowledgeable,professional,trustworthy,and quality. This company will be the first company I call for my plumbing needs and especially for my tankless water heater.

I received Donalds contact information from a co-worker that was pleased with his work. I gave him a call about a lingering plumbing issue and he was able to come out quickly to evaluate the problem. He arrived on time and was able to quickly find the issue and offer a couple repair options. Donald made the repair and charged a fair price for the work.A couple weeks later I noticed a leak in a different area of the house. Called Donald and he again was able to get us scheduled in quickly and more of the same from our previous service call. Donald arrived on time, respectful of the home, quick diagnosis of the issue, and a fair price for the work. Donald did not have the part on hand and it had to be ordered this trip however. Donald followed back up on the day he told me the part would arrive (he called me as he was leaving the parts counter) and came right over and made the repair.I appreciate his work and approach to the job at hand. I have recommended him to my neighbors and friends alike without any hesitation. I know he has performed repairs as well as upgrades for friends.These are my words about Donald. Donald has been fantastic. He was able to give me a rough quote on what replacing a water heater would cost when EVERY OTHER PLUMBER COULDN’T. Seriously everyone had excuses that came down to them wanting to schedule a paid service call for an estimate that would be credited to my bill. What good is that if your company doesn’t have a competitive price to start with. He gave me a number so I knew it was a good starting place and in my budget. His on site estimate wasn’t charged and after seeing the condition of my current tank he gave me a written quote as well for the original price. Very pleased with everything he has done so far. Once installed I’ll update again but so far this is the best service company I have ever worked with. He will be my official plumber and who I refer everyone to from now on.

My water heater is conveniently located in the attic, but Donald took the time to determine the quickest and easiest way to get the existing water heater out and new water heater up (with just him doing it). Highly recommended!! My wife and I recently purchased a house in Kennesaw. We had two older toilets that werent efficient and wanted to replace them. We contacted Atlanta Tankless and Water Heater and two other companies to get estimates. The estimate we received from Atlanta Tankless and Water Heater was the most reasonable one. Donald (one of the owners), who is a Master Plumber, arrived on time and was extremely polite and efficient. Even our dog thought he was great and followed him around the house as he worked. We are now the proud owners of two new toilets. We were so impressed with Donald that we had him discuss options for replacing our old water heater. Donald did quite a bit of plumbing work for me and did an outstanding job. We had a previous leak that caused a lot of damage and he put in a leak detection system to give me peace of mind. He also replaced a tub faucet that was very hard to get to. Another plumber wanted me to take out tile but Donald was able to go from underneath which saved me a lot of money. He also repaired some pipes that were pitting. Our new leak detection system showed that I needed a new pressure reducing valve. I notified Donald right away and he came out the next day. He is extremely responsive and is my go to plumber from here on out.

Donald will be remembered as a superhero at our house for years to come. As others have mentioned, he is incredibly professional, efficient, neat, a great communicator, and excellent all around. Besides all those traits, he literally went above and beyond for us with an awful situation where another plumbing company conned us on repiping-- I literally kicked that plumber out of my home mid-job after learning they forged their licenses and had no clue what they were doing (Lesson learned: Verify all licenses, just dont trust the documents shared by contractors). I called Donald to see if he could come turn our water back on and assess the situation. He came quickly the next day and we decided to rip out all of the piping and start over since the fraudulent company sloppily installed PEX-B (when I actually paid for PEX-A). While we were burned by the first plumbing company, Donald made a horrible situation into one of the most pleasant interactions weve ever had with a contractor. Thank you, Donald!!!! One of the best plumbers you will ever find!! Donald Rogerson is a very experienced Master Plumber who does his work with a high degree of integrity and honesty. He is also courteous, conscientious and personable! Donald helped us with our Jack and Jill bathroom renovation - he removed the older pipes so the new cabinets could easily be installed and then he installed the new pipes, fittings and faucets - all perfectly and quickly done!Donald is also a certified installer for the Moen Flo house water monitoring system. We saw this system demonstrated on This Old House and knew we wanted it to install it to give us peace of mind. Thats how we found Donald and he did a fabulous job installing the system and showing us how to use it - it is an amazing system that will detect any leak anywhere even behind walls - all using artificial intelligence. The app lets you follow your daily water usage which is a pretty cool feature by itself! Several friends have seen our Flo system and had Donald install it for them as well!

My home was built in 1993 and originally piped with polybutylene which only last 30 years and must now be replaced. Ive discovered most plumbers will not even touch the stuff. I needed three shutoff valves and two lines augmented with newer materials as I plan to replace the entire household piping this year. Mr. Rogerson was recommended and he took on the job without question. I dont think Ive ever had a more knowledgeable person come out to perform any type of work in my home before. As a senior I thought this type of professionalism was completely gone from life. Donald performed the job quickly and and explained everything he did in terms I could understand. The results are better than expected and I really could not be any happier. Finally, something worked out right.With everything this perfect, I was bracing myself for the invoice but let me assure you he is extremely reasonably priced and for me an outstanding bargain. You can bet the farm he is getting my whole house job.

We had a leaking water heater and I called our normal service who said I had to call back on Monday to set up an appointment. Long story short they never called me back and I went searching online. Atlanta Tankless had good reviews and they where independently owned. I sent a note and got an immediate response from Donald who agreed to come check it out the very next morning. He came on time and diagnosed the problem (tank rusted through needed to be replaced) and then proceeded to cap off the water pipe, drain the tank and cleaned up the water! All at no charge. Two days later he came back and installed a tankless heater (we decided to switch from tank to tankless) and hauled away both of our old tanks.Bottom line....independently owned, honest, trustworthy and does great work.

From my tenant: Well the guy was super nice and I thought he did a great job and reinstalled some copper tubing that was old so he did that as well as just putting the hot water heater in and we never realized it’s probably been bad this whole time we used to have to run the hot water in the kitchen for like a good five minutes before it got hot and now we actually have hot showers and baths for the kids So I would give them five stars

He took the time to explain which work was necessary from my home inspection and to be sure that I understood absolutely everything. I noticed our water heater was leaking and had significant corrosion. When I called Donald, I explained to him the issue and he was able to quote a new water heater over the phone. He was at our house the very next day, surveyed the old water heater and agreed that it needed to be replaced. He was finished in 2 hrs and hauled away the old clunker. I dont think I have ever had a better experience with a home repair service of any kind. Highly recommend.

Not only does Donald perform outstanding work, but he’s a really nice, personable and professional guy. He has installed a tankless water heater at my home and also fixed a dryer vent. He saved me hundreds of dollars and the headache of dealing with Xfinity and exterminators by doing thorough work and going above and beyond (he reinstalled a Xfinity box that was blocking the gate to my backyard and identified the location of a wasp nest in a crawl space, never asking for anything in return).We are so incredibly lucky to have found AtlantaTankless and Water Heater and Donald.
