Pike Plumbing was recommended to me from Franklin Septic. While having my septic tank pumped Mr. Franklin noticed two problems with obstructed pipes. One from the house and one out to my pump tank. I called Pike right then and they had Guillermo there 24 hours later. He did an excellent job of clearing both pipes with his camera line and got us good flow to the tanks. He also made recommendations to prevent future problems.This company provides exceptional customer service with timely response time and reasonable pricing. I am going to ask them to quote me on some other plumbing projects that I need done.

The guys were on time. Very professional and courteous. I had called for 2 issues. I thought my water pressure valve needed replacing but after taking a look they advised it was fine. They could have replaced it, charged me and I wouldn’t have known the difference. I love when people are honest.

Guillermo Salazar arrived and immediately saw what the problem was and started to work removing the 46 year-old sink and drop in the new stainless steel sink, mounting the new two handle faucet & sprayer. He replaced the pipes to the water and reworked how the water connected to the refrigerator for ice & water. He also fixed the drain pipes.He worked fast and got all this work done within a few hours. We’d recommend this company for any type of plumbing need. See attached photos.

I am very dissatisfied with the price and no response!4-30 2024, I am very happy to report After speaking with the owner of Pike Plumbing, there was a billing mistake for the job that was done at my home. I was relieved after being a customer for 26 years. Their work has always been at a fair price and impeccable service. My communication to them was never received due to an incorrect texting number, so the non communication was not their fault. We had a major leakage from the base of one of our 50 gallon hot water tanks. We initially discovered it about 4:00 PM. We contacted Pikes and within 1.5 hours they had a technician onsite with the tanks to replace both of our 10 year old tanks and we had hot water by 11:00 PM. They also installed water trays under the tanks to prevent the massive amount of water from flooding the basement like it did this time. Great job Pikes! Id strongly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

These guys are top notch! We had a leak at our water main and the owner was out within 20 minutes to get the water shut off (you need a special tool to shut off the main supply) and then his team was back within 2 hours to remedy the issue and they were very affordable. I can not say enough positive things about this family owned company. Their first work for me was a water heater replacement where I wanted to swap it out due to age. Not an emergency, so I had time to call around, look at reviews, etc. I wanted a company that was fairly priced, was small enough to have a personal touch, large enough to have a good sized employee base and to have things like 7 x 24 service capability in case I needed it in the future. Its hard to find companies that are right sized, family owned, and actually seem to care. Pike Plumbing has been all that and more. The owner (Zac) has handled several calls from me since then, where he diagnosed problems on the phone and ended up solving my problem by telling me on the phone what to try and without him making a penny. This past week I had a real problem,so I called them and Zac and team once again did not disappoint. Of course, Zac answered the phone, was patient, asked questions, diagnosis, and eventually dispatch. Quick response, the lead guy who came over was also a Pike, nice to be reminded it truly is a family business...did more on-site diagnosis, kept me informed, did the work quickly, promptly, offered advice for the future and cleaned up after themselves. Just exactly like you want a problem handled. Its nice to know there are still a few companies that do good work, are not mega-corporations, answer their own phones, and actually seem to truly care that you are satisfied.

We noticed a leak from our water heater over the weekend and I called Pike Plumbing first thing Monday morning. I was not able to leave a message but within a couple of minutes I received a call from Kenny to inquire about my outreach. I explained the situation, texted him a few pictures (as requested). Kenny said Devin would be at my house after his first job had wrapped up. Devin arrived to my house a few hours later with a replacement water heater on the truck. Devin was patient and worked with me over texts during the initial inspection of what was happening, as I was working from home and unable to initially receive him due to a meeting. Once I was able to chat with him, everything was fixed, installed and in working condition within a few hours. I will call Pike Plumbing back for any future needs we have. They are very responsive and are not going to oversell you on what you need. Great family owned company with reliable and trustworthy people!

Ive had occasion to use different plumbers over the years, for various issues. But now that Ive had the good fortune to find Pike Plumbing, I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs. Over the past 3 years, Ive had three different instances requiring a plumber. Two major issues and one minor. In each case Pike responded on the same day. Sending a minimum of two professionals in each case, and resolving the problems within hours. Charges for the work are always more than reasonable and fair. The craftsmanship and quality of the work is vastly superior. By far, the most professional group of tradesmen Ive ever dealt with. I cant say enough good things about them!

Pike Plumbing is the BEST! Honest, straight forward, thorough and excellent at their craft. We experienced the unfortunate bursting of one of our pipes after only being in our home for a few months. Kenny and Sherri were great with finding the exact cause of the issue (was not weather related) & the team of professionals (Glenn, Llyod, Zachary, Chris and Josh) that came to fix the overall piping of our home were quick, knowledgeable and tried their best to cut small holes into the walls to remove all of the bad piping. Kelly Garrett and his partner tried their best to find the source of the water leak coming from the shower area. I have another issue it appears with leaking coming from the shower pan and more intense work involving tile removal..On second try by Zach and Dave they were able to fix the leak once that a exact location was made by Leak Hunters.It was an all day job and they were very considerate of our home and took the necessary precautions to protect it while doing the repairs. After a water line started leaking in front yard, I called around and found Pike. Most others wanted to dig a trench from the street to the house though my grass. This was going to be a mess in my Zeon Zoysia slow growing grass. Would have probably took two years to grow in.Pike used a tunneling device through the yard and pulled the pipe through it. They only had to dig three holes: One at street, one at house and one in middle. They put dirt on tarps and put the grass sod that they removed back. Can hardly tell I had the water pipe replaced. Price was just a little more than other guys that were going to dig a long trench in front yard.Team was great to work with.Highly recommend Pike for any of your plumbing needs. Especially if you need a new Water Line at your house.Update: 3/2/24. Turned on my sprinklers today and the zone that is near the water line didnt work. Water was coming out of ground near where waterline was replaced. Pike sent crew out (Hayden/ Rodrigo). When they originally bored underground to run water pipe, they hit the water pipe for the zone. They repaired it and now Im back in business no charge.What I really like about Pike is they take the time to carefully remove sod and dirt, put on tarp, and then put back when done. You cant even tell they dug in the yard. That is the type of attention to detail I appreciate.

Full re-pipe. They did a great job but what I liked most were the people doing the job. They were great. What struck me was how long everyone working on my house had been with Pike. That says a lot about the owner and company. Re-piping is major construction but the did a great job of cleaning up and keeping drywall dust to a minimum. There’s going to be dust when you cut drywall but they did everything they could to minimize it. Also to minimize cutting ceilings and walls. Thanks Guys!
