I have been with Peachtree for a long time and have never been disappointed in their excellent quality service and customer care. The tech Huy was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with how quickly ( a few hours) that they were able to help me. Even the ladies who helped me with the appointment were kind and considerate. My furnace was 26 years old and on its last leg. Congratulations for the care that they gave it to have lasted so long but of course on the coldest night it finally gave up the ghost. Huy was able to get it working but it was on life support. The gentleman Mike who was a sales representative made time to visit me the next day and explain all the options. Very professional, patient, and also very knowledgeable. He made the stressful situation and easy process. Everyone was a blessing in their care for me. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use their services.

Peachtree comes out to service our HVAC twice a year, they also came to our home in less than 24 hours when our hot water heater unexpectedly died and we just added on their annual home plumbing service to our plan.

HVAC shopping was not a pleasant experience until I had the good fortune to meet Micheil Cox (Residential Comfort Advisor). He came recommended by my neighbor. I called him on Friday, made the appointment for Monday, and the system was installed on Tuesday. It was such a real and transparent conversation around pricing structure, service and maintenance. I immediately felt trust with this individual and knew he would honor all services included in my package. I opted to go with the Advantage Program for which my family and friends have been amazed I had an opportunity to install two Lennox units withstanding a financial hardship. The installation crew was amazing (polite, informative, skilled and neat). The units were up and running in 4 hours. Micheil has stayed in touch throughout the duration of services and thanks to him and the services offered at Peachtree Heating & Air I know have a huge burden off my shoulders!

He’s always nice, asks about my family, and does his job well. I always feel comfortable with him being here and I’m confident that he doing a good job. Joe from Peachtree SERVICE Experts came to our house on a no heat call as it was 12 degrees. Our new Lennox system was up and running within an hour. The drain line from the system froze and shut down our system. A new line from the humidifier water pump froze out in the cold. Jason from their office also came at the same time. Joe was well trained and diagnosed the problem rigtht away. He shut off rhe humidifier andinstalled a new drain pump. He then restored our system and we are extremely pleased with his attitude and professional expertise. We will keep the humidifier off when the line is likely to freeze and he will rerun the drain line when he returns in March.L

Price was almost the same with or without their maintenance contract so I ended up getting the maintenance contract. Have use this Company for several years. I purchased a new HVAC system from them about 5 years ago, and they have continued to perform the ongoing maintenance. I have always found the Technicians to be knowledgeable and professional. Recently Preston visited to perform the maintenance on the heating system. He did a thorough job and pointed out some potential improvements. In addition he assisted with a thermostat issue - eventually suggesting a replacement. Again I appreciated his professionalism, his desire to see the job done right and his multiple follow ups to make sure things were working properly. I will certainly continue to do business with Peachtree Heating & Air and will definitely be asking for Preston going forward!

The company was originally hired for our HVAC system maintenance twice a year, and provided us with very competitive quotes and expert installation when it was time to replace our two systems. A large part of the reason we have stayed with them is their service technician Huy. We ask that he be assigned every time we make an appointment, and we marvel at how he knows our systems backwards and forwards. Every visit he provides tips on how to the most out of them, as well as guidance on changing filters and other accessories. Huy is golden and we trust him and Service Experts to the max!

My thermostat went blank, and my heating system subsequently stopped working. I knew that Peachtree Service Experts installed the system, so I called them out to repair it. I called around 1:20PM, and they said that a technician would arrive between 2-4PM. They were already here shortly after 2PM! They diagnosed the issue as a float switch cutting power to the board, so they showed me how to fix it if it happens again in the future. Im very pleased with the service. I recently moved into this house, so it was my first experience with this company. I previously used a competitor at my old location, so I was a bit worried that the quality of the service might not be as good, but it was actually better!

I’ve been using Peachtree Service for about 5 years now. I’ve gotten good service each time. But I preferred technician Huy Tinh. He provides great service each time. He’s knowledgeable and helpful each time to keep my units running throughout the seasons.

We have had the honor of having Huy Trinh as our technician since we moved in to our house in 2016. He is prompt, courteous and thorough.He explains what needs to be done, and guided us when we needed to install UV lights to protect us against mold and allergens. We won’t use anyone else.Updated 4/13/2023. Huy came to our house for regular maintenance. He is always thorough and we still have the utmost faith in having him take care of the house. He is the best and we would not have anyone else do maintenance.

Several Service Techs at Peachtree Service Experts, who have serviced my HVAC system over the past 12 years, have been very good. Jason (who works from the Kennesaw office) is excellent, professional, courteous, especially proactive and goes the extra mile for a customer. I also appreciated his thorough answers to my questions about my heating system.When Jason called me to alert me of his approximate arrival time, I mentioned that my outside water spigot was inoperative to clean my outdoor heat pump unit. So, I asked him if he had something else to spray down the unit. He didnt have anything and offered to go to Home Depot (next to the entrance of my townhome complex) and buy a garden sprayer. It worked!I work in HR management and I can always tell a great employee, when I see one. Jason certainly will do everything to satisfy a customer.I will request Jason for my next maintenance check-up and recommend him to Peachtree customers.

Preston Hutson came to look at my AC system and was extremely knowledgeable. It had been making a noise and I had Reliable heating and air come look at it twice and they said they couldn’t find a problem. Well Preston took the unit apart and discovered the owners manual was shoved into the motor area. The motor, ducts and coils were also very dirty and needed to be cleaned. He gave me several different options price-wise on what to do to clean. I appreciate his thoroughness and I learned more about HVAC systems talking to him in 5 min than I had ever known before. Highly recommend.

We have been using this company for 20 years. We got a new Lennox system 8 years ago. Although we have had repeated problems with this system over the years, Peachtree Service Experts have held true to their word and honored their commitment to the 10 year warranty and us not having to pay anything. I wanted to call out special good attention to Warren Hudson. We had an issue with our system not heating in January and then again in early May we again had an issue with our system not cooling. The tech came out to fill it up with refrigerant to get it cooling again. Then a few days later, without me asking or complaining, Warren gave me a call to inform me he was coming out to take an extra look himself to see what was going on since he could see we have been having lots of problems. Well, he did come and found the true problem and the coils having to be replaced. The parts had to be ordered from out of state and he called back just 2 days later and came back out to fix the system. This was on a hot Friday afternoon and Warren and also Jonathan both came out and spent over 3 hours fixing the problem and getting us back up and running again. They do EXCELLENT work and thank you very much for the great service!
