    Chris came out and gave a thorough inspection of my unit and furnace and gave me a quote , no sales pressure just giving genuine knowledge of his diagnostic. I contacted him a week or two later and had my unit and furnace installed the next day ! I definitely recommend Reliable for top of the line service , products , and peace of mind that its a job done the right way .

    In the process of my hall bathroom restoration after a leak below the slab, both Chris and Tony did an incredible job and went well above and beyond my expectations!     Anytime I have had service from Reliable it has always been on time and professional. This last time was for a plumbing issue. Our service tech for the day was Zeke. He was the most kind and professional tech I have ever had service my house. He answered all questions I had and you could tell he really took pride in his work. I would love to be able to request him if ever needed again.

    Excellent service today by Justin. He was able to quickly repair our broken hose bib and replace with one that is freeze resistant. He only had to cut minimally into the drywall, which was a huge favor to me. And then there was a problem with my master shower and he recommended an easy fix and he was finished within just a couple of hours and now I can have nice hot showers again and everything was taken care of in a timely fashion, and he was very friendly and easy to work with.

    Reliable gave us a competitive quote on our furnace and a/c system. The sales tech did a great job helping us choose an appropriate and efficient system for our home.Installation was quick and all of the work was performed in a matter of hours.     My furnace went out this morning around 4am. Reliable was available to assess the issue immediately later in the morning around 8:30am due to ther 24hr service desk. Jesus the technician was able to diagnosis the issue immediately and provided a detailed explanation of how to resolve it both short term and long-term. It couldnt have happen at the worst time with the current temperature. However, I have peace of mind knowing all isnt lost, and that I will have much needed heat within the next day or two.

    Miles Patten was the leader of our crew who replaced our furnace. Our furnace was 14 years old. It was having some issues and it was replaced with a new Trane unit that has performed fine. The crew was clean and neat efficient, quiet and very respectful and we enjoyed And appreciate their work. Our overall experience with reliable has been positive and I would recommend them without hesitation. .

    Cameron and his team were amazing. Installs in the attic and basement, finished everything and after cleanup would never have known they were there. Everything was exactly like we were expecting and Cameron did great explaining how everything worked. Would definitely use Reliable and Cameron again in the futureā€¦ hopefully not too soon though!

    Weve had them out several times to handle issues. Theyre always on time, get the problem solved, and if there are any lingering issues, they handle it. We had them out recently to replace our air conditioner, and they did a fantastic job. The sales person was honest and straightforward about our different options and what he thought was the best fit for us (I did my research beforehand to be sure, and yeah, nothing shady at all). The techs were professional and knocked it out quick, and they came back to fix a minor code issue that came up at inspection for free. Great company.

He was very patient in explainng how a house is heated with heat pumps , which my house does and also how my thermostat should be set to adequately heat both my upstairs and downstairs. Extremely happy with the service he provided.

    Made a last minute consultation for 8pm one night for two new AC systems for my home. My man Rich showed up promptly and explained everything about the job clearly and was very transparent. He showed great customer service to my family and I. We could have had our new systems installed as soon as the next day, however due to our consultation/estimate running so late in the evening, Rich was sure to let me know early the following morning that all of the time slots for the day were filled which was no issue at all. The installation techs were able to get our new systems installed in about 4hrs! Id recommend Reliable to just about everyone.

    Excellent experience. Our Tech Elex was skilled, professional, explained everything in detail and was very patient with us. He did a great analysis job and pointed out that the reason our chandelier stopped working was somehow internal to the unit itself. He even took the chandelier out to our car and put it in the back so we can take it to get it repaired. It was too heavy for us to carry! We look forward to having Elex come back to rehang our fixture!

    12.4.24 -- Im a Realtor and I use Reliable Plumbing to follow up on Home Inspections and as we speak Elliot is scrolling under this massive Duplex (Kirkwood area) which only have 2 feet of clearance to take pictures of a cast iron pipe with a hole in it. Its currently 39 degrees and I cant believe after showing him what needs to be done and how theres basically no clearance for a human...he didnt hesitate. He hopped down there and is getting it done as I typed this review. He called before he came to the property, is pleasant (even in this weather), & more importantly I feel hes living up to your company name RELIABLE!! Thanks!

    This is my second time writing a review for reliable and it is for the same service tech! I had a different tech came up to my house for repairs. He told me that my unit does not have any labor warranty and I immediately texted Wayne Daniels to confirm.Even though he is not assigned to my case, Wayne still took the time to help me check my warranty and true to that, I do have labor warranty on my system since it was purchased in 2017.Reliable changed their warranty policies beginning 2018 and only the OGs at reliable were familiar with it. I am so glad Wayne is one of the OGs that had been with Reliable since 2017 (probably before) and that probably also goes to show that Reliable treats their employees with great respect and value as well.Wayne went out of his way to call up the manager on my case to inform him of this and the manager gave me a call to rectify my situation. I appreciate everything reliable has done for me and I will definitely be a customer for reliable for a very long time.Thank you!

    Jason was very engaging with me when he visited my home to solve the problem of why my 2nd floor thermostat suddenly stopped working. He listened patiently to the situation as I described the steps I had already taken. He had the experience and wisdom to examine the hvac system for himself. He discovered a small leak in a drain line from my humidifier that had filled the pan under the furnace enough to activate the safety switch and shut the furnace (and therefore the thermostat) down.Jason repaired the leak promptly and secured the water line into the drain pipe, making it unlikely for this chain of events to recur. After collecting the accumulated water from the pan with his ShopVac, he cleaned up the area carefully and confirmed the thermostat was running normally again. Job completed successfully.Great job by a true professional! I recommend Jason enthusiastically!

    Reliable was a lifesaver in August when our faulty Lennox HVAC quit working yet another time. We wanted to have the entire unit replaced with a different manufacturer and we hoped to use the opportunity to access and address some ductwork issues. We also had 2 other companies try to sell us zoning instead of addressing our ductwork challenges. Jason Bouchard came out to complete our estimate.     Called about a filter replacement on a leased unit. Dai was my service tech and he was the best we had in over a decade of doing business with Reliable. He listened to my concerns of amount of dust in air filter and humidity issues. He diagnosed and had a solution very quickly. Dai knows the systems offered by Reliable and his knowledge and skill most definitely shows it. Try to request Dai if you live in Woodstock Ga.

    Amazing service from initial call to installation.I called reliable, not knowing that my water heater was completely dead. They came out the same day and were able to install a brand new water heater with affordable pricing. Any other company I wouldā€™ve had to wait several days before I got an installation and I was able to book service and have an install on the same day which is unheard of! This company is completely phenomenal. They are professional and I would recommend them to anyone. They are amazing! Shout out to Joseph for professionalism and quick service!

    Brent Weiss was our consultant and did an excellent job laying out all the options and plans that fit our budget. There was 0 pressure to sign anything on our initial consult and he answered every question I had regarding the proces and equipment we were interested in. 100% recommend. Our install team were also excellent. Matt was our installer and had the extreme difficulty of doing alot of the work in a heavy rain. He and his apprentice made extra care to protect our home while they had to come in and out of the home. They did great work and would 100% recommend them as well.

    From the initial quote and sales process, which our Rep was friendly, professional, knowledgable and honest about our options and worked hard to get us a good deal, to the guaranteed next day installation that was completed without issues, the process was smooth from start to finish and the cost very reasonable. This is the second air conditioner we purchased from Reliable and at this point I will always use them and/or refer them.
