    Excellent service! Nick was knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, expressed various options including cost saving to fit my budget. He came out the day after Christmas which was much appreciated plus took his time never rushing. Workmanship is top tier as he worked through the night and came back the next day to make sure everything was perfect which is a testament to his focus to detail and dedication to his work. I would recommend Paramount Plumbing as professional and knowledgeable plumbers like Nick are whom they hire to represent their company. I will definitely utilize their services again.     I’ve used Paramount multiple times and always have a great experience. I had a leak under the kitchen sink and was able to get a plumber out same day within a couple hours to address the issue. My garbage disposal needed replacing. Fermin was wonderful. Very professional and was able to install a new disposal immediately and fixed the leak. Thanks Fermin and Paramount!

    Definitely recommend. Paramount Plumbing was great through the whole process from me calling after hours last night to the issue being resolved early this afternoon! The specialist, Fermin, was awesome! He fixed the hole in our hot water line quickly and it looks good too. He was very friendly and helped answer all my questions throughout the process.

    Nick Vega was the plumber sent on an emergency call on a Sunday when I arrived home to find the Primary bathroom ceiling leaking through the exhaust fan, light fixtures, Sheetrock coming down, a toilet tank seal broken from the apartment upstairs, water running down the walls.Nick was friendly, professional, clearly experienced, Nick made an overwhelming situation manageable, found the problem immediately and and contained the situation, had it resolved in an hr.I’ve dealt with other plumbers from Paramount, but not all are respectful, friendly, and caring of your property and home, however, I can honestly tell you Emergency or not Nick Vega is the plumber to call.Ray DiazE.     Top-notch service. I recently had Paramount install a water heater and fix a plumbing issue in my bathroom. Both times, Paramount was available to come out to my condo quickly, offered terrific service, and competitive quotes. For my bathroom plumbing issue, Nick was awesome with his detailed investigation and explanation of the problem, his friendly personality and his quick, yet thorough resolution to the problem. Im not a plumbing expert and I appreciated the time Nick took to answer all my questions. As for my water heater installation, I went with Paramount after quotes from 5 other competitors. Keegan and Paramount offered me the best quote and also was able to install in a high rise condo when most of their competitors would not. Keegan did a terrific job with the install. Scheduling is easy with Paramount. Theyre friendly and offer updates of when their experts are in the area and what the expected wait time might be. Paramount has my business for all future plumbing needs.

    With a difficult water heater, Paramount Plumbings Phil was excellent and responsive in helping install a new water heater as well as identifying that it wasnt working because I needed a new electrical connection.     Im late on posting this but late last year I had an issue sewage backing up in my down stairs bathroom. Had three other so call plumbers come out and tell me that the sewer line would have to be replaced. Two of the people never step foot on the property. Mat showed up spent a couple of hours inspecting and diagnosing the concern. He sent a camra down the drain and e-mailed the video to me. Needless to say but only needed the sewer line under the house to be out. Much respect for honesty and integrity. Will definitely call them with all my plumbing needs in the future.

    Paramount Plumbing checks all the boxes! Professional, on time, knowledgeable, polite and friendly to boot! Nick (the technician) arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, explained the issue and the solution, and did an excellent job. He cleaned up and left my place spotless! Anytime there’s a plumbing issue, it can be daunting. Look no further than Paramount Plumbing because you can rely on them. And I’ll say it again, Nick is an excellent representative of the company and obviously knows his trade very well. If I could give ten stars I would! Update: another leak sprung up and Kegan came to the rescue. He was able to adjust his schedule to come during regular business hours, handling a leak that had just started. Kegan was on time, professional and went above and beyond the call. I’m very impressed with all the representatives at this company! Second Update: the pipes are replaced! Yay! Nick and Agustin did an absolutely phenomenal job. They made a very difficult situation completely pleasant with their professionalism, excellent communication skills, willingness to complete the job from the initial inspection to sweeping the floor and not to leave out their friendliness.     I have used Paramount Plumbing for the last couple of years for my plumbing needs and they have never disappointed me. They are quick with getting appointments usually next day. On 9/21/21, they sent out Nick Vega to take care of my issue with my toilet. He asked very professional. Looked at what my problem was and let me know and gave me my options. I told him to go ahead and take care of it cause then I would just have call them back to come an install if I got my own stuff plus it was just cheaper to have him do it anyway and he was there already. He took care of the issue in my half bathroom and I am happy with the work that was done. I trust Paramount Plumbing and there plumbers to take care of my plumbing issues.     After talking with their helpful and courteous service manager, he sent Nick Vega who turned out to be an all star of a plumber to assess the toilet that would not flush. Nick came fully prepared with a multitude of tools and equipment. He even shot video so he could compare the before and after of the flushing.     It’s time to replace the water heater and my experience was excellent from the beginning (contacting them to schedule a free on-site estimate) to completion (water heater installed, with detailed receipt).Amy and Serina were responsive and courteous when scheduling a time for the estimate, and this was a great first sign. I’ve had poor experience with another company where communication was unprofessional and chaotic.Amy called on the day of the estimate during the exact hour that they said they would, and Nick Vega and his colleague arrived on time. Another good sign! They checked the existing water heater and connections; they were both polite and clearly showed familiarity with the setup and what would need done. After the estimate, they sent me a detailed quote, specifically listing what were included (e.g., drain pan, thermal expansion pan, warranties).I moved forward with the installation. Again, Amy called at a time they promised and Nick arrived on time. Nick was a friendly and quick with the installation. Payment was easy (done on the spot). And then I receive an electronic copy.I’m glad I found Paramount! Overall, it’s a pleasant, pain-less experience! Highly recommended.

    I dont write reviews much but I had to leave a review about my service. I had a technician named Nick Vega and I would say he was above and Beyond with his service. He was very prompt with his timing and he completed the service perfectly. He made sure to call me a week later to check on me to see if the problem got resolved or not. I would strongly recommend Nick Vega if you are looking for plumbing needs. I used Nick to replace my Garbage Disposal as well. He knows what he is doing and strongly recommend him.

    Ive used Paramount Plumbing twice recently and both times they were on time, professional and honest. Nick was came out to service a clogged drain and he determined that I could service it myself with a liquid drain treatment vs. Paramounts services (a higher cost option for me). He could have simply done the higher cost approach to make more revenue, but he didnt. I appreciate this honesty. Ive used Paramount for a long time and will continue to do so.

    Nick was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed the multiple problems with one of my toilets, and evaluated the other (fortunately it didn’t need services).     I had a leak in my bathtub faucet and called Paramount Plumbing to discuss options. Nick Vega came out to check and give a quote for two options: replacing the fixture or attempting a repair. He was very honest with me about the uncertain nature of the repair considering the age of the fixture and lack of information about specific model numbers etc. Even so I went for the repair option hoping for the best and Nick did a great job. He tried calling around a few places for replacement parts after disassembling and visually inspecting the stems but in the end we didnt need them! He replaced a few worn gaskets and reassembled and the leak was gone.I appreciate Nick for being super patient with my many questions as I watched him work and for teaching me a few things too! When he left he said hed try to follow up on the replacement parts just in case, I havent received a call back yet but it was a long shot anyway. Id be happy to call Paramount again next time I need a plumber.

Both technicians were on time, very professional, and knowledgeable about the work that they were doing. They took the time to educate us on the use of the new faucet and answered multiple questions related to both the garbage disposal replacement and the faucet replacement. While we hope that we don’t need to have a plumber out anytime soon, the next time we do, we will definitely call Paramount Plumbing!     I got acquainted with Phil who was hired by my Condominium Association to address a leak in my apartment. It was immediately noticeable that Phil was a top notch professional. Phil took the time to explain to me the nature of the leak and the fix involved. When the restoration companys fans unexpectedly extinguished my pilot light on my gas water heater, fill did not hesitate to come back to my place on his way home and light it up for me. I had Nick and his apprentice, Agustine, come out to check on a leak - they came on time, did an investigation to see what was wrong, and promptly fixed my issue. The work was fast and they kept my bathroom area very clean! As soon as they were done, Nick showed me what he fixed, what to look out for in the future if anything should arise, and patiently answered my questions. 100% happy with the quality of work that they did!05.23.2023Ive used this company for about 4 times so far (Im updating a dated condo) and each time I had friendly and professional service. Sosa came out to reroute kitchen pipes and to fix a corroded bathroom pipe, and I could not be more happier with his service. He went above and beyond to fix everything in a timely manner. In the end, we chose to go with one that we purchased ourselves. Once the faucet arrived, we requested that Nick returned to install the faucet that we purchased. Throughout the process. The receptionist called and set expectations on Nick’s arrival to complete the repair and he arrived on time.Overall, Nick did a phenomenal job during the repair of our kitchen faucet.     We had a Friday morning plumbing emergency. By the afternoon Nick V. was able to look at the pipes between our apartment unit and the unit having problems.
