    On 10/14/2024 I had an outside faucet replaced. After using the faucet I found it to be one that I could not control the water flow and notified Dalmatian Plumbing. I was informed that I would have to pay to have the faucet replaced with another design. Dalmatian Plumbing came out on today 10/28/24 to reassess the problem. The faucet was changed to one that gave me more control of the water flow. The technicians that came out were very polite and skillful. Thank you Dalmatian.

    What was supposed to be a minor job quickly turned into a major one once the technician arrived. It might have been an upsale, but Im glad I went with it as it seems like my house plumbing system was done by amateurs trying to save money and time.The technician redid the piping from the main water main, drilled a hole to supply water to my outside faucet directly from the main water main and did it all in record time.Cant recommend recommend Dalmatian Plumbing enough.

    This service was amazing. Everything went according to plan. We made the appointment. The next day prior to the service we got a call. The plumber showed up on time. He gave me a complete estimate then executed the job quickly and the finished work looks very professional.

    I called dalmation plumbing today and was in a jam! They went above and beyond in showing up to fix my problem in 2 hours! The tech was very polite and went above and beyond in handling my plumbing problem. I have never had such great service since I have been in Georgia for the past 12 years!     General has to be the best Tech/ Plummer in your company. He was patient and thoughtful and kind.When my warranty company was acting outta pocket he smoothed things over and they apologized. My drain in NOT leaking anymore,even opening my walls was precise and not overbearing. Thank you Simon for sending such a fine gentleman.

    They were very professional and timely. The plumber found more leaks and was able to fix things then and there! They also didn’t charge a service call fee, which was awesome, since the repairs were quite pricey!

    Where do I start? I reached out to several other plumbing companies as well as Lowes. I received multiple quotes, and I found that Dalmations pricing was the best. I found that their plumber Fidel was very knowledgeable and after installation he showed me a few tricks or two when it comes to plumbing, measuring water pressure and the piping that was installed in my house. The installation process was smooth and within code. Ill definitely be reaching out to Dalmation in the future.

In a time where we have been dealing with many contractors and their lack of communication, high pricing, inaccurate estimates, etc. Dalmatian Plumbing was a breath of fresh air. From getting someone out to give a free estimate right away, to the fair pricing and then of course the plumber that completed the work. Everything was 10/10. We worked with, Jim Franitza, who was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in answering all of our questions and explaining all the work that was being done.     Addendum:The owner of the company reached out to talk through what happened. I appreciated the follow up and explanation. They were apologetic and admitted where there may have been some shortcomings and gaps in communication which contributed to the problem on their end. I was able to get a refund for the service due to what happened.Terrible experience with this company. Had a diagnostic camera inspection done to help figure out details needed for a cast iron sewer line to be replaced. The scope was done and I was told he was able to locate where the pipe was exiting the home which he marked at the front of the house. The next week an inspector came out and while checking the toilet it flooded because the wax ring was not replaced properly or at all after he removed the toilet to complete the scope.Weeks later get a call and voicemail saying they aren’t able to do the job because it was way too big of a job and would take several weeks and cost upwards of $50k. I was then directed to contact the utility company for them to complete the project.The next day I contacted a reputable plumbing company and had someone come out, complete the diagnostics without having to remove the toilets. I was given a full report and it was explained and I was able to review the pictures/video. We scheduled the planned replacement within 2 days and it was completed in 2-3 days by 2 men. Turns out the pipe leaves the house around the back so not even that information was accurate. Very disappointing, spent almost $500 for useless and inaccurate information.

    They came out the same day to repair a faulty hack job by a previous plumber. It was determined that the pvc pipe used during our bathroom renovation had a hole in it, which resulted in our ceiling leaking from our tub. Pipe was replaced with no issues. Will definitely call again!

    Dalmation Plumbing provided me with one of the best experiences I’ve had. I was in search of a plumber to reinstall a sink in my kitchen. I got a few quotes from different plumbers, but when I spoke with Tim at Dalmation he advised me to have a countertop company install the sink and only have Dalmation perform the disconnect and reconnect of the plumbing. That honesty went a long way with me so I took that advice. I spoke with Simon at Dalmation for scheduling and notification of arrival and then Jim ( a plumber who deserves an award). He was so pleasant, patient (while he waited on the countertop folks to finish), and knowledgeable. I found my go-to plumbing company from now on.     This plumbing company installed a new water heater in my home.. showed up on time to accommodate me and the time that I needed them to be there. Was honest, upfront, professional, kind and my plumbing is working better than ever... my bathtub had a leak which is what I called them for... I showed Fadil something else and he was able to find the root of the problem instead of a quick fix... my water heater was over 15 years old rusted leaking the pressure was so high that it was leaking outside of my home as well.... he fixed it all explained everything to me, showed me the problems... I am grateful to this company... they are incredibly reliable trustworthy and I highly recommend

    I attempted to replace my bathroom faucets myself. Things were going smoothly until I realized the previous plumber glued the ptrap together, including the nuts. So instead of cutting out the ptrap myself, I realized i needed professional help and called Dalmatian Plumbing. They came out the next day and helped finish the job. And I’m sooo glad they did. Turns out one of the sinks had a damaged water intake line and it snapped off. If I was alone trying to fix things, it would have been a total disaster.
