Will from Laurel Plumbing, HVAC ls great at his job and you can be sure of fair labor costs. You dont have to worry about being ripped off and being charged $75 to look and say your house is old and should be boarded up and and then doesnt have a $$5 for change trying to make $5 plus the $75.Customer Beware of this plumber with the fancy trucks.

Very pleased with the service I got from Laurel! I got a notice from JWA that I had a leak in my main water line and had 5 days to fix it or risk getting my water cut off. JoAnn at Laurel returned my call promptly, provided a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done, and their estimate was almost $5000 (yes, you read that right) less than the one I got from a big name competitor! They completed the work quickly and professionally and stayed within the original estimate even though they hit a couple of snags during the water line replacement. I will definitely use Laurel next time I have any plumbing problems.

The best HVAC service anywhere. Hot water heater, or one of those pipes **shrugs** (thats why I called the pros!), was leaking everywhere. Laurel sent a wonderful and friendly tech named Bob out to our home and he not only fixed the problem, he switched out the filters. The best.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Laurel! Ken and Kevin came out, assessed the situation and IMMEDIATELY knew what was wrong and went into action. I had no idea my sisters water leak was as extensive as it was until they showed me all the places it was leaking and seeping into the house. They took care of the problem temporarily and are coming back as soon as the rain stops to complete the rest of the job. I am SOOOO happy my sister chose them!

Finally found a plumber that I can trust. We are on the same page about using copper, and brass for intake. He didn’t play around & recognized a washer on the main line affecting pressure, needed replaced immediately. He also helped get our furnace serviced that nobody wanted to touch. (We just bought the home & it was left go, we won’t be letting it ever get that dirty again.) He wasn’t concerned about getting his hands dirty, and then at the end —— the $ was fair. He is coming back with parts to fix the problems that he identified ASAP, and he also quoted a fair price for that too.Came back again to help with the pressure in my water & decompression tanks. Figured it out and fixed it. These guys know what they are doing. 🙏 very polite & good at communicating.Came back for a 3rd time, fixed & found a gas leak. They had a very good part for it, happy that they had a good part on hand. High quality.Back again, bath tub drain was falling apart & rotted out , pulled out the guts & replaced the stopper, looks like we have a new tub ! Also replaced the thermostat.Hoping our old antique home we bought settles, we picked it bc it doesn’t have central air. It has been a lot of work & thankful for this firm.

After our basement flooding, we called the company that originally did all of our sewage work and were extremely disappointed in their lack of explanation of what we needed, why, and how long it was taking just for an estimate. So, we called Laurel Plumbing. The woman I spoke to, (I think her name may have been Jackie), could not have been any nicer. She sent someone out immediately. The man was super friendly and explained what we needed and why. The estimate he provided was extremely reasonable as well. We called to schedule the service and they got us on the schedule in a very reasonable time. The workers showed up first thing in the morning to do the work. They were efficient, friendly, and they cleaned up after themselves. Since the installation of our sump pump, we have had one night of significant rain and so far so good. I would recommend Laurel Plumbing to anyone. Thank you!

I had two pipes burst due to freezing. Im sure they were busy because a lot of homes were similarly affected but they showed up when they said they would and quickly performed the repairs. One of the pipes was for hot water heat, so they ensured that air was bled from the system and that all the radiators were working before they left.

At the last minute we added on two things. Replace a showerhead and install another radiator. All in all they installed three radiators and the showerhead. They were a little late but they had to wait for things to come in. And they came back to finish the job the same day. And they waited around to make sure one of the radiators was not leaking. We use them for all our Plumbing needs for both houses and will continue to use them.

Serviceman called me back within a half hour and showed up within the hour. This is 3:30 pm on a Friday. Cant say enough how good and professional the man was. Gratefully thankful and highly recommend their services.

Laurel not only answered the phone the first time I called but they came out quickly and spent several hours putting a temporary fix on the faulty sump pump backup. Ken and Kevin were professional, knowledgeable and very capable! They told me things as they went along and made arrangements to return for permanent remediation. They even contacted the insurance company, which were of no help at all, and helped me make honest and informed decisions. JoAnn in the office kept in touch with me through the whole process.
