Cameron stover did an amazing job. He came to replace a shut off valve for my water heater. He also though found that the pressure coming into the house was way too high. Due to a faulty pressure regulator. Which could cost me more money down the road. He replaced the shut off valve and a new pressure regulator due to it not working at all, in the same day, and only took 2 1/2 hours. He was very clean and explained everything to me as it was happening. I recommend Cameron to anyone that has plumbing issues. I will definitely be contacting him for any issues in the future if any arise.

The guys from 1 Tom Plumber are awesome! We had some plumbing issues on a Sunday and Justin and Zach were able to come out within 2 hours of calling. They were able to assess our situation quickly and developed an affordable plan to fix our unique situation. They moved mountains to get us on the schedule within 2 days, which made our situation a little easier.Justin and Tommy returned on Tuesday and went above and beyond to fix our plumbing problem on the same day. Old water heater was leaking, sadly could not be salvaged. Tech Cameron came out and took a look, gave us our options, we chose to stay with 1-Tom, and off he went to get a new water heater. He got it installed in about 2 hours, cleaned up afterwards, and advised us of some potential issues with our old house plumbing down there. This was my first choice when fishing around for plumbing folks, and Id be happy to call 1-Tom for any future needs.

Sean, where do I begin. He was on call. Showed up cause I didnt have water at my house since 8:30am due to the tub leaking badly. So I finally made the call after trying to fix it all day myself. Got Sean, he was in and out in a hour. Very clean and professional about everything. Will be back tomorrow to install some new things to my tub for it to stop leaking all together. Highly recommend!

Had a backed up drain in my basement on a Friday afternoon. After three phone calls I finally had someone answer the phone.. long story short.. Sean and Tom showed up within an hour. Wasn’t an easy fix, wasn’t pretty.. they stuck it out and nailed it. Courteous, professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. None of us wanted to spend the afternoon dealing with this but they took care of it. These two guys are professionals hands down.
