Had a new furnace put in by them took one day and they did an excellent job. Very courteous and hard workers. Left the basement cleaner then it was when they got there I think.Great company. I am getting ready to replace my furnace in my other house and am using them as well.

Absolutely the BEST, hands down! Our home was built in 1948 so to say the plumbing is a tad tricky is an understatement. Every issue we have ever had was quickly remedied by Ian! We needed to have the coil replaced on our air conditioning unit. This has been an ongoing issue over a few years, with no resolution from Penstan Supply, the distributor, Rheem/Ruud, the manufacturer or other HVAC companies. Ryan came out the beginning of June, double checked the other repairs and diagnosed the system himself. It turned out that we needed a new coil -- he and Brad installed that coil in a matter of hours. They were pleasant and answered all of my questions, stopped to converse with our dog and cleaned up so that you would never know they had been in our home. The billing was fair, Lori in the office was a sweetheart and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing or HVAC contractor! This was the best experience weve had with a contractor in a long time!

Found my hot water tank had gone bad Sunday afternoon, called 10 places Monday morning and no one could come out except Hinkle. Ian and David got there, assessed the situation quickly and got my tank replaced that day and without any up-charge or unexpected fees. I am very happy with their professionalism and commitment to get the job done. Ill be calling them again for certain.

Honest & reliable company. We had to have our flue pipe replaced and could have been charged a lot more had their rep not told us we only needed a few pieces and the entire pipe didnt need replaced. We had a plumbing emergency and Rick from Hinkle Plumbing and Heating arrived about 20 minutes after I called. He was extremely knowledgeable and solved our problem in about 2 minutes! He even explained to us how to prevent the same thing from happening in the future. I would recommend these guys to anybody and will definitely call on them for any plumbing needs I have!
