Everyone came as scheduled and things moved along in a timely manner. Everything is now completely finished. We were pleased with everyone who worked here. My technician was very courteous and polite. While there were some aspects of my service that were not what I had expected, such as an incorrect piece of equipment being installed in the sink, the issues were rectified after I expressed my concerns. A manager was kind enough to call me the next day to discuss the service I received, and how it could have potentially been improved upon. It was evident that providing quality service was important to the team.

Dominic and his dig crew came out to fix my compromised sewer line. He informed me and kept me in the loop with what he was planning to do so I understood every step of the way. It was a 3 day job for them start to finish digging a 120 foot trench. His crew was very professional and did an amazing job. When the sewer line was installed, he put 2 clean outs on my property (1 at house and 1 at the end of my property by the main). When the inspector came out to do pressure test, it passed with flying colors. This was one of the best crews that worked cohesively and professionally together. I know I won’t have any issues, but if I had to recommend someone for the job it would be his crew hands down!

Crew was quick and arrived fast. Had a new sewer line installed in December that came loose. Hoping to see a video inside the repaired line to make sure the issue is resolved. I’ll also have to rebuy top soil, grass seed, and rework the tracks from the yard. Assuming I’ll see inside the line soon, I’m happy with the service.

Very pleasant and professional. It had rained for a couple of days, prior to the actual repair work , so the ground was soft. The excavator left some ruts in the lawn. Also, the trucks did the same. I understand, but I will have to use a roller to smooth it out. During the first visit, they removed the toilet but did not reinstall it properly and it was messy from the wax ring seal.The staff was great and, overall, I am pleased. An expensive job , with a few loose ends.December 12, 2024 my toilet was blocked again, and Joe, came within 1/2Hour of my call , today, and found that the repairs performed on November 27, 2023, had installed the New pipes to the septic tank were too long and the material that was from the toilet was stuck at the tank end of the new pipes, causing a blockage. Joe cut off the excess pipe and fixed the problem. He was very nice and took care of it in short order!! I am pleased!!

Communication was excellent with administrative staff. Worker that provided service was adequate. Service provided was adequate to less than adequate. Left interior clean out cap very dirty and scraped from tools. Camera inspection was average/adequate. Conflicting information provided as to what the problem was. First said main line was broke and the problem (I knew the problem was coming from toilet and different area). Requested him to do camera inspection on toilet line and then said the main problem was the toilet line. Stated that he would not try to clean or clog due to possibility of getting clean out tool stuck. Said only option is to replace all in floor lines. Personally, believe trying to upsell much more than expensive job. Jobs should be incremental if possible. IE: try cleaning line first then move to replace if needed. Unsure if they are going to provide quote to fix the problem.Price was very high for work done. Was here for about 30 - 40 minutes and did very minimally invasive camera inspection for $252.**Update**Management reached out to me expressing their apologies that I wasn’t completely satisfied and also genuinely heard my concerns. They didn’t seem dismissive or disingenuous. Their care for proper customer service was much appreciated.While they couldn’t help me solve this specific problem, they tried ensure that I received the most out of the request for service. Overall, my experience was much improved.

Justin was pleasant and kept me informed of what he was doing and even charged me less than what we agreed upon once he knew what the problem was with the drain in my basement and that what he was going to do wasn’t going to solve the issue since it requires more extensive work. Both Justin and Shannon thoroughly explained the next steps to fix the problem and I even got to see it for myself via a drain camera. So more work to come but overall good first impression!

Roto-Rooter makes it easy to get service through their website. Better than trying to describe problem to someone live or leafing through the yellow pages and not knowing what you might get. I lucked out and got same day service for a leaking drain. The technician examined and explained the situation, got a fair quote and problem was fixed in about an hour. Theyll be my first choice if i have any additional problems.

I used the Roto-Rooter website to set up an appointment for a serious toilet issue that required immediate attention. I completed the online form around 7:45pm and was contacted in less than 10 minutes by a live person to schedule a visit the next day. Brett was the technician who contacted me early the next morning. He was fantastic! I was not able to personally let him in and show him the issues, but Brett was comfortable with my friend letting him in. As I wouldn’t have been able to leave work to let him in, this eased my mind tremendously. Brett called me repeatedly throughout the morning in order to best understand what the issues were, to update me on his findings, to give me an estimate and recommendations, and to let me know when the work was finished. Although he was willing to take a credit card payment over the phone, I was able to meet him at the house during my lunch break. He again reviewed what the problems were, explain what work was done, and give me recommendations moving forward. Because there were more issues than just the toilet overflowing, Brett called in an additional technician (Keith) to look at the other issues. Both technicians were incredibly helpful and flexible. They gave me peace of mind throughout this discouraging problem. I was on the verge of panic before taking with Brett. His knowledge and patience was exactly what I needed today. Had a problem with a hot water heater and called for service Sunday morning around noon. Since it was not I real emergency I was satisfied with having someone come out on Monday to look at it. Friendly, polite, took time to answer any questions, and explained the problem to me. After a through inspection it turned out to only be a minor problem and he even offered some ideas on how to keep it from possibly happening again.The wait time I was not really happy with.The experience with Darrell went above and beyond what I was expecting and I definitely give him a 5 star review.Due to the wait time my overall experience comes in a bit lower.

The only negative is that the cost was way more than it should have been, but that isnt Hunters fault, that is RotoRooters fault. Overall though the service was excellent.
