    Love Mark Cantrell Plumbing! They’ve installed my Sump Pump, my Hot Water Tank, my Water Filtration system. Anything by I need I call them. Jessica & Allison in the office are wonderful ( either one of those two always answers the phone). Brad has come out to unclog a floor grain, tub drain and fix the floater on my toilet.     Glad I found this company! They gave me a reasonable quote to repair a broken clean out and camera inspection of our sewer line. The crew arrived on site early and quickly did everything they said they would do.

    I bought an older home and it wasn’t long before I started having problems with back up from the sewer main. Mark Cantrell plumbing.diagnosed the issue and got to work quickly. They were on time, professional, and extremely competent. The work came in under the original estimate, and I couldn’t be more happy with them. I would recommend these guys to anyone who has an issue with their sewer line. They were honest and fair, and did not try to make the issue out to be worse than it was. They also gave me great advice for preventing this from happening in the future. If you need anything, call them!

    I wanted to give a shout out to this awesome company!! Let me start by saying I first called another plumbing company by the name of Bassett Services, they came out for $90 service call to tell me my leaking Moen faucet in the shower could be replaced for $1400 or try and repair for $900. And was told by the tech that if I had known they offer free estimates but because I didnt ask when I set up the appt. I get to pay $90!!But then I called Mark Cantrell Plumbing and a gentleman by the name of Ron Mickley came out to help me fix the leaking faucet. He was awesome, knowledgeable said he has worked with Moen for 30 plus years. He repaired my leaking faucet and its like new and all for only $380.Great company, great staff, and fair pricing!!!Dont call Bassett Services they are a rip off.

    I speak from experience when I say that these guys are the best!! I maintain 30 single family homes in the Columbus area and these guys are professional, well equipped, fast, and reasonable. They have the best equipment and can get the job done faster.

    We had an issue with our main line and called a couple plumbers to get estimates. Mark Cantrell Plumbing were quick to respond, very reasonable on price, and treated our issue with the amount of urgency that it needed. The workers who came to the house were professional and clean.     I needed a water hydrant fully replaced requiring the crew dig down three plus feet to where the hydrant attaches to the water line. Cantrell Plumbing was able to do this without having to cut into my concrete aisle.     Couldnt be happier with our first experience with Cantrell Plumbing. Our son in Gahanna strongly recommended this company from some work they did for him. We called them to repair a burst pipe in a very tricky location in our home. Bob was the plumber who reported - very prompt, extremely respectful of our home, knowledgeable, very fair in pricing, and conscientious in cleanup. We even had him replace a leaking shutoff valve that the services company in Pataskala had shoddily installed just 3 days prior.
