Keith (the repairman) serviced my Ac/Heater fan, I couldn’t have asked for a more polite and professional tech. He came in, quickly assessed my problem explained it, and listed my options. The first day he was there he took apart everything that needed disassembled, making it a well used hour, and the day my part came in he returned, he was able to reassemble my unit very fast because it was all neatly set up from the first day, wires prepped, screws neatly organized and ready to go. He also educated me on how to upkeep more efficiently. I also felt very comfortable because at NO time was he milking time, he showed me the part prices, and repaired my unit very quickly, and very securely, not so fast that it wasn’t thoroughly done. I’ll call B Hale anytime, it’s nice to see a company that gets it done right and isn’t trying to BS you out of money. 👍 💯 %

Brian Hale and his team worked with me to help identify the cause of a sewer gas smell that was ultimately due to stagnant water beneath the foundation, which they suspected and advised me. Everyone I worked with was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Brian Hale in particular, was very patient, humble, respectful, and knowledgeable in answering my many questions as I was desperate to try and find the source of the problem. They always returned my calls promptly and arrived on time. Their pricing was also very reasonable and fair. I called them again this morning because I had a water pipe burst and although they were technically closed because it was a Saturday, I still received a call back from Brian within 5 minutes to make sure I had found someone to help. I highly recommend and would hire again!

B Hale installed a new shower faucet, 2 sink faucets and replaced the metals drain under our sink with pvc in our home today. He worked quickly to get the job done. Advised me on everything along the way. He did a great job!

I had a very slow leak in my main water line just as it comes into my basement. I called B Hale and they said they would come to my house and give me an estimate for a repair. When the plumber showed up (exactly when he was scheduled to), he said he should be able to simply tighten up the valve and that should fix the problem. It ended up not being quite so simple and after about 45 minutes and two other people getting involved they fixed the problem and when everything was all said and done they didnt even give me a bill. There are dozens of plumbers in my area, but after my experience today I would never even consider calling anyone other than B. Hale.
