Derek, owner of Advanced Rootor Service, was amazing. We had a severely clogged drain that finally reared its ugly head. Years of gunk, food and what not needed to be cleared. Fast, efficient, educational, and reasonable. Derek educates his clients so that they dont need him to come back. What more could you ask from a plumbing company? If I have any problems in the future, which I hope I do not and after the education I received, I will only use Derek and his company. Thank you.

Derek is the best plumber I have ever had! He bought my new kitchen faucet and I like it a lot better than my old one! It has more pressure than my old one! I am thankful that I found Derek and I will tell everyone I know that he is a great plumber!

We were referred to Derek to scope and confirm if our main sewer line is actually collapsed (it is). Derek tried his best to clear the line and was so empathetic when he couldnt and had to confirm it must be replaced. He cut us a deal, which is super appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

I am not one to write a review but Derek did a phenomenal job and had great customer service. He fit us into his schedule that day since we are about to close on our house. Not only did he fix the problem but he went above and beyond with his customer service which now a days is very hard to come by as you all know. I would HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone. Derek is a great person and plumber. Honest, etc. There was no way he was leaving the house until the problem was solved. He tried a few methods to unclog my Covid filled drains with (non-disposable) wipes. My kids bad. And it finally broke free. The price was fair for the amount of work that he did. Derek the owner answered my call. He promised to be at my house at a certain time. He showed up and did a great job! I delt with Mr Rooter and they tried to upsell me and didnt finish the job. I will call Derek everytime and will refer him to everyone who asks.
