I stumbled across Calverley’s in a search for someone to help me get my furnace back in working order. Joe and Kevin came very quickly, were very open and honest and also very helpful. They made this stressful situation much easier and their knowledge in the trade was super helpful as well! It’s two kind, real-deal brothers doing the whole thing: the inspections/estimates, the materials ordering, and the installation work. They got out ductless AC/heating system installed in three days, and I told them a big “thank you” for helping to make our house a home! I would absolutely call on them again for additional work/their expertise ☺️

We had our hot water tanks burner recently go out, with parts and labor it was explained to us the better solution may be to get a new tank, we are happy we did as when the tank drained you could tell it was about to go.Addionally companies we worked with in the past gave us a one week to three week window to come out and fix the issue while Calverleys came out the next day. My brother recently got quoted at Lowes for a new tank and install and it was nearly doubled of what we paid. This is your go to for HVAC needs with quality, honest work!

Joe is an exceptional worker, professional and dedicated. He committed to our contract so much that he went out of his way to fix a shipping issue that wasnt his to fix and would have delayed us weeks and stayed late on the last day to make sure the install was finished, tested, and leak free. He even walked me through integral parts of the new system so i understood what he did and why and how it will keep my unit functioning and safe. He is now my go-to heating and cooling specialist.

Incredible service, very happy with our decision to hire these guys! They worked on our house for a week-long project (even invested a few weekend hours to ensure the job was done as soon as possible, without sacrificing quality). They were very respectful of our space and our family-even made friends with our 2 year old son :) Fair and competitive pricing, and a very fast response time with all communication. Turnaround time for an estimate was fantastic, and even before we decided to hire them, they invested a good amount of time in understanding our needs and the unique layout of our home. Joe, Kevin, and the rest of the team are hands-down wonderful!We first met Joe when we unfortunately had a major leak in our attic air handler system on the very day of moving into our new home in Johnstown. We had absolutely no idea who to call, but thankfully our realtor mentioned Joe Calverley. Even though it was Memorial Day weekend, he was able to work us into his busy schedule to come out and fix the issue.Three years later, and Joe, Kevin, and the rest of team have completely overhauled the entire heating/air systems for our home, and have done several additional jobs as well (including plumbing and electrical work). The entire team have always been very professional and respectful, and I have no issues with them working in our home if were not here (they even play with the cats on occasion)! Joe has always given me multiple options for any suggested repairs, explaining the pro and cons of each, and has more importantly put up with my random texts for help when the old outdoor condenser would freeze up because Id forgotten to change the air filters.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Joe and his company to anyone requiring assistance with their HVAC/Heating/Cooling needs.

I recently had problems with my furnace and they were able to come the next day to look at it. The technician kept me up to date on when he would be arriving. Once he,arrived, he was knowledgeable and knew what the problem was. It turned out my furnace had some build up, once cleaned the furnace has not made the noises I was hearing since. I would call them again for any future maintenance or problems.

I would give Joe 10 stars if possible. I had a Lennox heat pump system which was installed approx. 9 years ago and i have had noting but problems with it since. I had 3 different Lennox certified installers try to figure out what was wrong with this system and couldnt do it. I called Joe and he found the problem the first time here. He gave me options for the repairs and I choose to install and completely new system due to the fact the duct work was undersized from the original Lennox certified installer. I installed a Bosch V 2.0 heat pump and have never been happier. Joe is the only company that I will use from now on. Thanks Joe Great Job.

I called Calverley on a Monday night when my mom didn’t have heat working at her house. They sent someone out within about 20 minutes and were quick to fix up the furnace and get heat back on. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. My mom told me to save their number, because the technician was very friendly and helpful. The next time we have an issue I know who to call.

They replaced our furnace his prices were great, he is very knowledgable, his work is amazing this is the first time I havent had to use a space heater in my upstairs bedrooms in 9 years. He explained everything thoroughly and isnt one of those pushy salesman who force you into buying something expensive to line his pockets. I recomend them over any other local hvac business he knows what hes doing and theres no unnecessary labor charges and wrong diagnoses. We will never go back to using any of those other local hvac companies!

Joe and Kevin were excellent very professional highly recommend these guys, are a life saver and in my case really were as I used yeagers previously and they never informed me how bad my furnace really was but I had an idea cause the carbon monoxide detector would go off occasionally but Joe and Kevin immediately told me my life could be in danger from using that furnace so they installed a new one and now everything is running efficiently and I feel a lot better if you are looking for any heating or furnace work look no where else these guys are the best very clean work as well plus as a bonus nice guys to talk to can’t recommend enough Thank you Joe and Kevin from the bottom of my heart service like you provide is a dying breed in today’s world if I could give more than 5 stars I would

By the time I called Calverleys for help, we had already gone over 24 hours without heat. Another company had failed to show up the day before to fix our boiler and I was feeling upset about the whole situation (and very cold!) Well, Calverleys saved the day! Very professional. Certainly knows his job. Very in tune with our needs and the needs of the house. Added duct work to make the heat system work much more efficiently and will safe us lots of money. He found our back up propane system was not running properly and fixed that as well, at no additional charge. Can not say enough how grateful we were to come across him.
