Ram is an absolutely wonderful human being inside and out. Easily a man you can trust and adore. He will take the time to listen to your needs, and provide you exactly what you want without trying to squeeze in more or overcharge you. In fact, he undersells himself and tries to save you as much money as possible. His Admin is a wonderful woman’ as well and his electricians who work for him are great too. I have no complaints and feel absolutely and completely and safe in his hands. He has the old school traditional mentality of doing honorable reliable business while providing great customer service, and I literally would trust this man with my life. 10/10 would recommend to everyone and I’d put my money on it. I will be calling him for all of my electrical needs for the rest of my time on this earth.

Highly recommend Quality, I had some issues with the lights in my garage. Matt and Hysen was extremely helpful, professional and resolved the issue in an efficient and expedient manner including having to go get additional supplies to complete my request.

Had a great experience with Ram from Quality Electrical. He was running a little behind our scheduled time but he called to let us know the updated arrival time (which wasn’t that much later than the original time -certainly well within what’s usual for this type of service). He understood what we wanted, did a thorough job and explained the answers to all our questions. Very happy to recommend and will use again in the future if the need arises.

Do yourself a favor and stop Googling around.As a handyman, Ive had to rely on electricians if it was something that I didnt feel comfortable doing.I am working in Riverside now and I reached out to Quality Electrical Services for help. A gentleman named Ram came out and.not only was he prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable but he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Youre not going to find anyone better! I guarantee it!

We had one wall in our home that no longer had power - neither the outlets nor switches. After trying the usual things to fix it, I contacted quality electrical services. Since it was later in the day, they took my contact information and said they could come out the next day. They called promptly in the morning, confirmed the time to come, and kept checking in to let me know when they were on the way. Very professional and a great price, and my power is working again. I highly recommend!

Quality Electric has been providing electrical service for my mobile home community since March 2022. This company is top flight and now a permanent addition to our contractor vendor list. Ram and Temika are just the nicest people to do business with and trust me Ive seen some rough ones. Very fair and competive pricing. Their electricians and helpers are kind and respectful to my residents (huge) and leave the jobsite complete and clean. No worries about licensing, comp insurance, permits and inspections. Jamil did an AWESOME job. I was upset when he first came due to the Home warranty company I have taking a month to get someone out to my house. But Jamil definitely came in fixed everything and made me extremely happy as a client. I will definitely use this company again just outside of the warranty company. I wish I could do 10 stars ❤️

AMAZING service!! I will never call another electrical company again! These guys not only came out in less than 24 hours but did so with such a positive attitude- excellent customer service!! They repaired my issue and made sure I understood what was going on and how much it was going to cost. Sometimes being a female I get weary of contractors but not this time ! Outstanding service. Left and came back with the part same day....highly recommended. Luis has fix the motor light and jacuzzi in less than a hour knew the problem and show you every step of the way. You never feel like your getting rob.
