    Travis was outstanding, very friendly and had great customer service. This company was not overpriced and very friendly and very accommodating, I felt very at ease.     Best company I’ve ever dealt with. I cancelled two others appts because they came out and did a free estimate same day at 6pm and then installed the very next morning! Travis was extremely helpful and guided me to a decision with his knowledge of inside and outside boxes. The price was really attractive and the work was completed very quickly.     Travis and Chris came out and installed new wiring for an electric stove. They were very polite and knowledgeable. Work was done extremely, you can’t even tell we had new wire ran. Josh gave me my estimate and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Needless to say I am very happy with my service and will be calling back to have my whole breaker box changed

    We needed to hook up an interlock for our generator and adjust the electrical panel accordingly. We got estimates from 5 different electricians. 3 of those estimates were very close in $ amount.We went with Bolt because the estimator - Josh - was very professional. He took time to review the existing panel, using his IPAD to take pics and confirm with the team that the existing panel was adequate. He also pointed out some other things for us to consider if we were going to move ahead.Bolt Electric also had quick availability - so we scheduled the appointment for 4 days later.The electrician - Travis - arrived on time, was polite, communicative and friendly. While he was working on the panel, he found another issue and asked us if we wanted to resolve it - which we agreed.All the work was done in about 60-75 minutes. Travis then showed us how to actually use the generator - which we ran for about 10 minutes to supply power to sections of the house. It worked as it was supposed to.So if the power does go out during a storm, were set with this generator and interlock.Thank you for good service, on-time arrival, good work, no Credit Card fee - and an overall good experience.

    I scheduled a time for an electrician to come out to check on an issue we were having from a remodel project done in 2016. Receptacles were not hot (no power, I checked with my voltage detector) in the living room. We also had flickering lights in the master bedroom and closet.Josh sent a text saying he was 20 minutes away the day of the appointment. Within 10 minutes he discovered the problem in a bedroom adjoining the living room wall. The remodel contractor had connected to a receptacle in the wall to create a new receptacle for the TV in the living room with unseen wiring.It showed signs of scorching and the wire insulation was melted away completely. Thank God we didnt lose our home to a fire!Josh and Chris came 2 days later and replaced every receptacle and switch, inside and outside.Thanks guys for a job well done! Now we sleep in peace without worrying about electricity problems!

    They were responsive I do believe the cost was reasonable and the gentleman that performed the job got it done in a timely manner and I believe he did a great job.The first company that I got an estimate from wanted to do a total overhaul of my meter box.     Lucas did a great job at our property. I had two other electricians out, and they either never got back to me or suggested less than ideal solutions. This was a time-sensitive job and I finally found Bolt the day before I needed the work done. Lucas was out at the property within 2 hours, listened to what I was trying to do, and suggested a solution that was better than mine. His crew was there the NEXT DAY to complete the work! They did a great job and he even stopped by later that day to supervise and make sure the work was performed correctly. When I was able to stop by a few days later, everything looked great.     After receiving a no call, no show from David Gray Electric, I called Bolt Electric on Tuesday May 31st. Heather was the sales rep and she was knowledgeable, personable, and very thorough in the questions she had for what I wanted done. She scheduled Lucas to come look at my house the very next day on June 1st. Not only did he arrive earlier than estimated to my house, he informed me of something that the inspector missed when I purchased this house back in February, which could have literally burned my house down. I went home to check it out and lo and behold he was absolutely right, my electrical panel was discolored from heat damage. The price I was quoted for a new electrical panel alongside repairing a short in a circuit in my house was more than fair, and they sent Mark to my house June 2nd to perform the breaker box change. Then Alex come to fix the short, and his work was superb, he left absolutely no trace that he was even there because he was so clean. In addition, they took care of the permit, which is something many companies will jack the price up on and overcharge their client for. I would absolutely, 100 percent recommend this company to anyone.  From the customer service rep, down to the work performed A+.

    Bolt Electric is amazing! Sean and Cameron came out and replaced our breaker box as an upgrade to the one we had, and every unforeseen issue that popped up they took care of. Went from a simple 5 hour install to a 13 hour one due to those issues. Hunted through every outlet when some of the new breakers were constantly tripping. Even came back within an hour of calling the office when one tripped later on in the day and wouldnt stay on! Between the prompt responses, thorough work, great pricing, and good communication with us well be going back to them for every electrical need we have.

    Lucas and his team are amazing! They gave us the best quote for installing our whole house generator. We also had them do some electrical work inside involving our outlets-they made sure to be specific in their repair explanation so that our home warranty would cover part of the repair. They are attentive and professional-they make their customers a priority and that is very hard to find these days. I cannot praise this company enough-if you are in need of ANY electrical work-look no further. I am a huge researcher and I can promise you I have already done all of the work to find this diamond in the rough.

    I needed maintenance on my generator. Tommy came, and he is fantastic, the best service I have every had.. Explained everything he was doing, what I needed to do, routinely, and how to do it. He also set me up to only need 3 steps to convert from street to generator power, and back again. He also walked me through doing this several times, I now have no concerns if the power goes out, he made it so easy. I will definitely request him again for my next maintenance, he is fantastic.

    Its hard to have trust in a vendor that comes to our homes to solve any problem we have little of no knowledge of. How do I make informed decisions. Well, Wayne from Bolt electric resolved our problems successfully and professionally and won my trust by explaining every detail of what was wrong and his recommendations for repair.We had a new oven installed but we found that there was no power to the oven, so I had to call an electrician. I called Bolt electric. Their electrician, Wayne, found the problem but in doing so he discovered that the electrical panel was not only out dated but that some of the wires showed burning at the ends. He suggested that it was time to upgrade the panel. I believe it was unsafe and did need replacing.Bottom line, the price was in line with other estimates Ive received. Along with adding 2 dedicated lines for my garage workshop, the panel was installed neatly and just what I needed to be done. Ill be a return customer if I have a need for an electrician.

    I called Bolt Eletric to get the alumin-cron procedure done on my wiring because I have aluminum wire and you cannot get insurance in Florida with aluminum wiring. Bolt electric came in on time and completed the process in a professional timely matter. The technicians were outstanding.     I’ve know Lucas Thomas going on now probably in the ball park of 10 years and to call him my go to electrician wouldn’t do him justice. He’s more then my electrician he’s now become a family friend and is like my brother. I no longer ask him for a price when it comes to any repair I just tell him to take care of me and he does. He shows up on time, is clean cut and respectful and most important he’s not a salesman. He’s an honest upfront electrician that makes great recommendations for safety and functionality purposes. He recommends items and when I say no he’s not pushy or gets mad like other companies I’ve used, he just says ok and makes sure I understand these items are important and should get fixed in the near future. I trust him with my family’s safety 110%.

    They installed a level 2 charger in my garage for an electric car. When the electrician first came out to take a look at the project, I had not purchased the charger yet. He had me call the company, and he talked to them, electrician-speak about the unit, to make sure he would have what he needed. When he returned to install it, he had noticed on his first visit that I did not have surge protection on my electric panel, (and he fixed that).
