    This is my second time using Mister Sparky, first time they replaced my panel and were absolutely outstanding and this time is no different. I had a GFCI that would not reset. Aaron had my problem resolved before he even came in the house. He unplugged the Christmas lights, and immediately reset the GFCI with no problem. He then took the time to explain the issues with how the lights were setup, all the power going though this circuit, and how to prevent issues in the future. Very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout, a great representative of an excellent company! Thank you!

    I called last minute for something and they came right by. They said there was a difficulty in fixing the light. But they did it in no time and the charge was reasonable. They were very polite I would definitely call them again. They changed the wall sconce.

    Mister Sparky came to give us a quote to have an interlock installed for our generator after another company never got back to us with an estimate. Our set up isn’t exactly ideal.The technician that came out, Daniel, contacted their master electrician and gave him the dimensions and photos of our set up. Within 10 minutes he said it could be done and at an affordable price.I’d HIGHLY recommend Mister Sparky

    I cannot express how thankful my family is for Mr Sparky! Tony came out at 9 pm and did everything he could to make sure my family was comfortable overnight before my repair could be finished in the morning.     Due to excessive rain and a broken conduit our service cable shorted. We were without power.Brandon responded within 2 hours to assess and quote the job.The next day a service crew arrived and trenched in a new cable during a monsoon. Daniel and Anthony worked miracles in downpouring rain all day. We were up and running in a few hours. The best service and response time anywhere in North Florida. We called everyone in the book, they are the best!Thank you guys for everything !

    I was trouble shooting old style screw in fuses without much luck getting my outlets going at my office and most electricians told me it would be after the election 2 weeks away they could see me. Damon Tabron came to the rescue within 24 hours and was very friendly and informative. I always like to understand the work and he was happy to explain everything. Karen who I believe scheduled the service was also very friendly and professional. I’m usually underwhelmed by service these days but this company blew me away! They are top knotch and I highly recommend them! Thanks Mr. Sparky!🙏😀Update 9/19/24 Mr. Sparky saves the day again but this time at my house. Brandon Hoeffer came early and patiently waited for my wife to get home. Brandon quickly figured out the outlets were not working because of a GFCI much further away from the outlets that were not working and boom everything was good. He did not even charge us for the visit! This is unbelievable and guess what I am moving and if I have an electrical issue I will only call Mr. Sparky! I highly recommend this company extremely professional well run business!

I chose to go with this company after my estimate was completed. The next morning 8 Aug 2023 Brandon and Shawn arrive prompt, courteous and enthusiastic on an extremely hot morning. They begin to start running wires through my attic. (also an heat advisory was posted as well.) and if any homeowner has been in a attic during a heatwave it is not fun. Brandon and Shawn displayed a high skill level and completed the job expeditiously. They did an OUTSTANDING job, quick and efficient. I highly recommend this company and any electrical services they provide.     Daniel Ripa, our tech, made the inconvenience of a service upgrade much more pleasant than it would have otherwise been. Upping our service to 200 amps to accommodate an EV charger resulted in significant scope creep which drove the cost up much further than anticipated but you get what you pay for and we paid for excellent service. Looking forward to JEA and Federal rebates to help absorb the cost!

    I hired Mister Sparky to retrofit / replace my overhead kitchen light at my house. I was so thrilled with their punctuality, excellent customer service, and reasonable prices that I talked my boss into doing the same for all the lighting at our office. Since then, weve used them a couple of other times for small jobs and remain extremely satisfied with their services.     They did everything they said they would do. I was pleased that they came back after I paid to repair the drywall. My experience is that after you pay you have a hard time getting them back but not with Mister Sparky!

    Hired Mister Sparky to install some outlet in the attic. The customer service was okay but did a terrible job. I was expecting the wire extension from the power source to the outlet be clean and staple along the beams. Except I got a job where the wires were hanging loose. It’s the attic and I won’t go up there often. For professional service I expected cleaner install. Will probably not use for future projects.Update: after initial review, Donna from office called me to fix my initial install. Mike came back and redid the job correctly. Thanks for fixing the issue. Changing the review since this company clearly stand by their reputation on a job well done and customer satisfaction.

    I needed an electrician within one day, on a Saturday, to remove a light fixture and hang a new one. I called Mr. Sparky and got someone for first thing Saturday morning (no extra charge for a Saturday)! My technician was Sean (I think) Ganno. He is a professional, experienced and personable young man with an attention to detail. He called before he arrived, was right on time and did a beautiful job. I have had a lot of electricians through the years but I will never call any other company in the future!!!

    Hired Mr. Sparky for an 80% rewire of a 1954 house. Ron and team were professional, timely, and trustworthy. Ron would call every day and let me know any updates or changes to estimated completion and listened patiently to any questions or concerns, resolving everything to high standards.     After using contractors the last 25 years for multiple rentals and properties, I will always use Mr Sparky for electrical work. They have very fair pricing but honestly it’s their technicians that are the best. Tony has came to my houses several times. He always explains what the issue was in an easy way to understand and the offers multiple solutions. Does a great job of cleaning up afterwards and consistently leaves the place better than when he came and strives to make sure we were totally satisfied. I can honestly say I have never had a better experience than I did with Tony from Mister Sparky!!     Billy did a amazing job installing the level two charger and surge protectors. He also fixed the front outdoor electrical outlet that was barely hanging on the stucco.     I can not stop talking about how good these guys are. Today I had Ricky stop by and troubleshoot some of my electrical outlets that just quit working. Didn’t take him more than 20 minutes it seems and they were heading back out the door! I was fixed! I can’t express enough how much professional and friendly he is. He called before he arrived, was very timely about his estimate of arrival, and fixed our electrical fuses that were overheating, which caused our A/C fan to blow.Mind you, the A/C blown fan motor took 5 days total to fix, from call to full repair (a separate company).While our dispatch agent, Brittany, did a wonderful job of helping us get this problem fixed the very next day, about 17 hrs later! Great turn around, very prompt answering of phone, very kind and was able to answer every question we had! After five very hot days, it was nice to have this issue resolved with the care and attention you both showed.Thank you Brittany and Ron! The Maxwell household really appreciates you all!     Mr. Sparky sent a young man out to do a whole house rewire for me. His name is Cole. At 1st I was skeptical because I felt like he may have been lacking experience in certain areas but I soon found out that he was very knowledgeable and did the most fantastic job for me that I could imagine any electrician doing. He was responsive. He was respectful. He was very good about communicating which is very important to me and Im sure it is to all customers. He is extremely mature for his age. Cole communicates more effectively than most people i know. He was able to problem solve on my project in a way that far exceeded my expectations. I walk away from this entire experience feeling datisfied that i received excellent work at s reasonable price. My project was a whole house rewire with panel replacement...a panel was added in the garage..... underground burial of high voltage line....completely removing all the old wiring and old boxes. The job was performed in a timely manner and he and his helpers did a wonderful job I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Sparky.

    Travis and Tim arrived early and got right to work. The service call was orchestrated between my wonderful landlady and their office. They did a great job and more than cleaned up after themselves. They replaced an aging sub panel in the garage and got electric to two outlets that have not worked since I lived here. The last electrician who came out to do that job told me he was going for supplies and never came back! These guys trimmed the back of the hedges they had to work behind.Travis and Tim were very polite and professional.     Very pleased with my service from Mr. Sparky. Perhaps I was lucky, but they were able to schedule a technician for the next day, which was great given how busy contractors are these days. They installed a new Tesla wall charger, diagnosed and repaired a faulty circuit, replaced four receptacles and deleted some exterior devices. The whole process from scheduling to paying the invoice was as easy as it could get. The technician was on time, clean, conscientious, competent and fully prepared. I did sent an email with detailed pictures and descriptions of the problems to the person that scheduled my repair, which ended up being very helpful for them to bring what they needed and minimize the need for a run to the supply house. They technician said they keep try to keep commonly stocked items on their trucks, but obviously they can only stock so much. Anyway, I highly recommend Mr. Sparky for your electrical service needs.

    Called Mister Sparky of First Coast after calling other electricians. We needed a commercial job done for an urgent care. Tony came out on time was fair, honest and affordable and got the job done quickly before we opened. They were the only company that offered on site quotes for a reasonable fee.     I actually Googled several electrical companies because I needed one familiar with fireplaces. Mister Sparkys reviews looked good, so I called them. Brian was the first Technician that came out. He was very professional, assessed the situation and said that it was certainly a job they could handle. A second appointment was made to complete the job. The guys arrived within the window of time we agreed upon. They completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. Tony and his partner were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will certainly add Mister Sparky to my list of go to contractors.

    The technician Jeff Johnson was courteous and friendly. He was knowledgeable and explained everything and answered my questions. The office was also great because they called to let me know they had taken my phone # down wrong and that was why tech had not called when on his way. They let me know he was almost there.     Our technician, Cole, with Mr Sparky was very professional and knowledgable. He addressed my safety concerns for things that we knew were problems and found others that we didnt know about that were fire hazards. He also did an installation of under the cabinets lighting and discovered I still had aluminum wiring that needed replacing going to the stove. I was very happy with his service and attention to detail and understanding my concerns with the electrical safety in the home. I will be using them again in the future to do some other work we want to have done.
