I returned home from out of town late at night to find my AC, appliances, and lights were either not working or faltering. I called Burbank around midnight, spoke to a real person, and arranged a service visit for the following morning. They came out and did a fantastic job tracking down the source of the problem and making sure it was repaired to the highest standard. Will absolutely use them again.

It is refreshing to know that some businesses just do the right thing. Burbank is one of those businesses! I lost power on several outlets in my garage and was totally stumped as to why since the breaker was not tripped. I called Burbank Electric and Richard guided me over the phone to the GFI which was located in back of my freezer. I reset the button and the power to all outlets was restored! We had our main breaker tripped during Memorial Day weekend so we made an emergency call to Burbank Electric and Richard went out of his way to come at very short notice! He found what was a faulty breaker installation and fixed it right away. My name is Garry I am a disabled veteran and a few weeks ago. I lost my power suffering from PTSD. I went out to try to repair it and all I did was make it worse. I tore everything up. It seem to be beyond repair Burbank electric came out and fixed everything and got me back up and running perfectly the great thing about it was I had no funds to pay them and they took care of me And donated their time to help me out. These guys were great. They went well beyond the call of duty. He is a veteran and he knows what we all have gone through as veterans and he reached out to help a veteran in need. I would recommend these guys for any job. And they are well worth their money and if I had the means to pay them, I would consider them top level on any pay scale. They were great..

When looking for a contractor, you want a company that not only shows up when they say they will, but also completes the job quickly and on time. The workers should also be competent and courteous. I recently had my electric panel replaced by Burbank Electric and Im extremely impressed with their service. Richard, the owner, even took the time to call and text me to make sure I was satisfied. Other companies should take note of the amazing service provided by Burbank Electric; I requested quotes from four different electric companies and only two showed up for quotes, but Burbank was by far the most impressive.

These guys are amazing! More specifically, Mr. Burbank himself is a down right good man. My home had random power outages, and one by one appliances just stopped working. Mr. Burbank came out and within 30 mins had it figured out. We had to replace our exterior power pole, these guys had us fixed up in no time! This is the first time we have needed an electrician and they were very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. Every place I called was either too busy or did not have the parts on hand. Saw Burbank Electric in my neighborhood working at a neighbors house and they immediately called me back and told me they would come by when they were done. Burbank Electric is a very professional company. They take pride in the services they provide. They arrived on time and their work was excellent. We had this work performed many times in prior homes and they did the best work of all our jobs. The amount of work we had done was extensive, everything from dedicated circuits to LED recess. The end result, Burbank made the lightning inside our house functional with beautiful effects. They are not inexpensive, but the quality of their work and service makes their pricing a value. I requested a quote through one of those websites that helps you find local service providers. Burbank Electric responded within the hour. We set a day/time for the estimate which was the next morning. I was surprised when Richard, the owner showed up promptly at 9am. He assessed what needed to be done and I had my estimate in about 5 minutes. I could tell he knew what he was talking about because I had a few estimates pre-pandemic to relocate and replace the electric panel to bring it up to code. I had another estimate schedule so I told him I would call him back and let him know. I live in a home that was built in the 1930’s so the walls are not made of traditional drywall. Richard didn’t seemed intimidated within the task of cutting through the wall to flip the panel moving it out of the kitchen cabinet. He said the cut out would be covered completely by the panel. After thinking about it I canceled the other estimate and called Burbank Electric to accept the estimate which was emailed to me that afternoon. On the date schedule for installation Austin showed up at 7:45 am and stay in the truck until approximately 8 am. He started dismantling the panel and said Richard would be here in about an hour. Richard arrived just I was told and the installation was completely in about 8 hours. Although they encountered a little troubled with getting the panel to fit in the initial cut and had to make it larger; I am very please with the results. I would definitely use Burbank Electric again. They get top marks for prompt response time, professionalism, making minimal mess, cleaning up after themselves, sticking to the estimate given, not adding any hidden fees, and for doing a great job. All those things were very important to me as I was unable to get input from my husband who is currently still in the hospital. Thank you Richard and Austin for a job well done.P.S. Austin I’m still waiting for my before and after pics.

I was in a bind after I drilled through a dryer cable which took out the power to the house. I contacted Burbank from a recommendation from a different electrician. Lost power a year ago when a tree fell on the mobile home. I fought almost the whole year with the city trying to get the power back on. Another company tried but seemed unable (or unwilling) to take on the challenge even though they told me they could get it back on for nearly the whole year. The day I called Burbank Electric, I tried 4 others before them and none answered or even returned my call. Richard, from Burbank, answered my call the first time and was confident he could get it back on. I was skeptical. He came, gave me an estimate and told me he could get the power on. He did the work on a Friday (7/2) and, after a holiday weekend and a tropical storm, power got turned on. He did exactly what he said he would do and he followed through. He even followed up with me after his work was done to see if JEA was going to restore the power.Burbank Electric is very highly recommended and I will call them again in the future if electrical work needs to be done.12/1/2021 - Called Burbank Electric again for some electrical issues. The rental house next door was tripping the oven breaker constantly. Richard ran a new wire (50 amp instead of the 30 amp that was there) installed a new 50 amp breaker. Problem solved.At my house, installed a new permanent power outlet for the garage door opener ( it was ran by the installers to an outlet controlled by a switch), then 2 new breakers so my lights would work on a switch, then got an outlet working that’s been tripping a breaker for almost 5 years.No surprise everything was done above my expectations. The garage power is outstanding and the tenants are very happy they can cook again. Thank you Richard. Again!

Actually, my name is Elaine Davis and this is my sons google account. I dont have any accounts so that should tell you that I dont usually review businesses because Im usually not impressed. I needed several projects completed, but I was nervous about hiring anyone because a few years ago, I had a bad experience with a different company that didnt come back after I paid them for a job. This time, I only mentioned one thing I needed done, just to see how it would go. First, I just want to say that the person who was sent out was amazing! He did so well that I added another job. He was very amenable, unfazed, and pleasant about the unexpected, added work. Then I added a third project. Again, he was amenable. In all, I had 6 things that he completed! I am EXTREMELY happy about this company and the tech that they sent out! He was knowledgeable, fast, friendly, professional, clean cut, very agreeable and good-natured. Little things matter to me. I noticed that he was very good about cleaning up. He picked up all the trash associated with the jobs. He asked about disposal of the old fixtures and items. I love that he cleaned up!
