Hi: I had 2 young men from Lins Electric here today. Showed up in time , sent a text they were on their way. Polite and friendly . Hung 4 lights and a ceiling fan and helped me pick out a light post for front and back yard for the future. Ethan had just gotten married yesterday but smiled and did a perfect job. Thus is the second time I have used Lins and I’m just gonna say they do things so much better than a handyman ( sorry those doing that). They also cleaned up after everything and took away the trash. Many places I have used now don’t… thank you young men for doing outstanding job at my house today. I want you for my future jobs…. ( there are 2 lights on front porch just like the one in back porch).

Do yourself a favor and hire Lin’s to do your electrical work. They wired a new construction tiny home for us and were wonderful from start to finish. Cameron and Keith were awesome. Changed out one outdoor and four indoor outlets in less than 45 mins. We’re punctual courteous and reasonably priced.Came out a second time and changed my bathroom ceiling fan, and fixed a couple of wall outlets in 30 mins. Awesome work!

Just had another wonderful experience with Lin’s electric. We’ve actually been doing business with them since 2018 but I never thought to write a review. We’ve met several members of the team but I can say, from Lin to Don to the gentleman that worked on our home today, James (? Hope I got that right) and Keith, it’s always been such a pleasure working with these guys.They always do good work, give fair pricing and we always have a good experience scheduling. They are always patient about explaining the work they are doing too, which I really appreciate as a homeowner. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend Lin’s to anyone looking to have electric work done.

Lins Electrical was contracted by the company that installed my a/c unit to complete some work that had to be performed on my breaker panel. However, there was some confusion as to what was to be done. My hats off to Ray and his assistant Elijah for their patience to wait prior to proceeding until I was able to contact a technician with the a/c company to explain to them the actual work order. Ray and Elijah then proceeded to complete the work. During their entire stay they were patient and accorded themselves in a professional manner, explaining what they did and answered all my questions. Even though it turned out to be a relatively small work order, I appreciated how they handled themselves.

Ive used Lins for about 6 years now -- everything from a whole house electrical update and remodeling a 1968 home to laying electrical to a boat dock and front entrance gate. They are 100% reliable, honest, fair and extremely responsive. My dock electrical was damaged by Ian and I saw the damage on Saturday. I sent an email on Saturday and a crew was here Monday at 9 a.m. Incredible!

Steve and Darrin did an amazing job installing our new electric panel and running the electric for our pool heater. There was a simple miscommunication and they came back and addressed it with no problems. They also cleaned up after themselves which is a big deal for me—I hate when contractors leave their mess. They will be our go-to for any future electrical projects.

Even after a major problem with the actual job since there was no 220 line ever run to the dryer, Lin and his team put one in which required a lot more than he expected before he started the job. The crew is top notch and very accommodating. I have never worked with an electrician but after this, will never work with another one. Solved those and got everything repaired even though the job took a lot longer than planned. Even had to wait out a few downpours in the garage before he could finish. Helped me troubleshoot another electrical issue during that time so I am scheduling him to come back in a few weeks and fix that too!The owner even stopped by to bring extra supplies that were unexpectedly needed due to the new issues that popped up so that Brandon could keep working.Very happy with my experience with them!

Lin is amazing - I hired him to come out and fix some broken receptacles in the house, then I remembered my pool pump needed his help too - he took it all in stride, let me run to Lowes real quick to get a replacement timer and I was able to get 3 things done in one service call vs. three. GREAT work, great man, tons of experience and very easy to deal with. Ill never use anyone else. You wont either, once youve tried him.

HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend LINS for HVAC work. First off the persons who answer the phone are wonderful- they actually take the time hold a conversation. I called other HVAC companies in town and either didnt get a call back or was told they were booked out to November, felt like it was an imposition to talk to me. Not with LINS.. they actually listened and were pleasant on the phone.Our service tech, Scott, was fantastic and very thorough in diagnosing the issue with our furnance. He didnt try to upsell us or tell us we needed a new furnance.. took extra time to find the the issue .. He even had to take apart some of the pvc pipes to find the source of the clog.. birds nest! Everything was put back together with care and high quality work.Definately get your HVAC serviced here and when it comes time to purchase Ill be buying my furance and a/c from LINS.

Everything went well. The only thing I was a bit surprised at was that the electrician did not wear a mask. I realize many people are vaccinated, but we are still in the midst of a pandemic, so I was a little surprised he did not have a mask. Otherwise things went great, he finished in less time than he expected to. Panel replaced in about four hours, rather than the estimate of six hours. The estimate I was given was $1500, It wound up being $1800. Once I see the receipt I will call to find out why so much more

Lin’s Electric went above and beyond for us!!! We sold our house and had already moved away...like, 1000 miles away! The buyers of our house did a walk-they and found that a whole section of our house was without power. We freaked out since the buyer wouldn’t close until the electric was fixed. I called Lin’s Electric and they were able to send an electrician over to the house the same day we heard the bad news from the buyer (which was also the same day we were supposed to close!). Lin’s Electric fixed the issue on the same day, and they took video evidence of the newly working rooms so we could send it to the buyers! They helped us close ON TIME and worked hard to get us the video before the closing deadline. I cannot thank Lin’s Electric enough for working so diligently to help fix this problem! Weve had to use these guys twice recently, or both experiences were exceptional. When the cold weather kicked in this winter we started turning on the heat and we had a breaker start tripping with frequency. The home is 30 years old and it was simply worn out (I guess). I had expected them to maybe pitch replacing all the breakers, but they didnt. If its not broken, dont fix it - they said.For my wifes birthday I recently replaced our aging electric range with a gas range. The clock and thermostat require a 110 hookup, but the electric range had a 220 hookup. So, I needed this converted. They again called when they were on their way, arrived and handled our needs quickly and professionally. We intend to keep using Lins Electric as needs arise.

Good people. Skilled at what they do.I had them perform a safety inspection, tear out some old circuits, and install some new receptacles. John and his crew identified a 220V (hot) wire that was not properly terminated by the previous homeowners electrician. The wire was tucked away behind some pool equipment and just sort of left there. I hate to think about what might have happened if the safety hazard had not been found. Needless to say, I am furious with my home inspector and the homes previous owner. Do yourself a favor and hire real electricians (such as Lins Electric) to do your work.
