From the office receptionist, project estimator and Jacob and helper, everyone was very friendly and professional. Jacob and his helper (sorry I do not remember his name) showed up early and went right to work converting my fuse panel to circuit breakers. Work was completed in a timely manner and area cleaned up to perfection. I have used them in the past and was impressed with there knowledge and friendly demeanor. Highly recommend this team for your electoral needs!

My living room lost power. I could not figure out why, no circuit breaker was tripped. This was the only company that could come out the next day and the only company whose Service representative didn’t come off as rude over the phone. My home was serviced by Dennis and Gabe. They were on time and very personable. They were able to explain to me what the problem was in a way that I could understand. The problem was that an outlet had gone bad, while figuring out the problem they also discovered a few loose wires and fixed those as well. They resolved the issue in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be recommending this company to any friends or family that require electrical work.

We live in a home built in 1959 and our service needed to be upgraded to 220 with fuse box replaced with breakers. They were very professional and worked hard and steady, very organized! Before leaving they had us check all outlets and a couple did not work due to bad electrical work by amateur. They traced it all down and repaired them all, very impressive.The price was great and they came when scheduled!

Lightning struck our house and set the attic on fire. We were told to contact this company. They responded very quickly. Got us partial electricity back to our house so we were able to clean up. Even helped us figure out our next steps and how to go forward. After the demo of the damaged areas of the house were cleaned up and secured.They came back out and repaired the electrical damage. Professional, courteous and fast. Definitely recommend.

Jacob, Chris and Gabriel were a pleasure to spend the day with working on our remodeling job. They showed up 20 minutes early. Looking good and ready to work. Complete professionals!!! So respectful, and knew exactly what to do. Jacob even looked at my panel box and explained in detail what I had expected. It was too old and dangerous. I couldnt be more satisfied. Just recently I had a technician come by to fix an electrical issue I was having with an outlet in my kitchen. John Starz sent Technician Austin, who was very professional, but also very personable. He came in to do the job, but made a point to inform me of what his plan of action was based on the information he was given before arriving to the job. I really appreciated the time taken to not just explain what his plan was, but also that he had an alternate plan in case the issue wasnt what he initially thought it may have been. Most importantly, he willingly and plainly answered my questions in a way that did not at all seem condescending. Overall, the most knowledgeable and personable tech Ive dealt with in some time. I would definitely call them again for any future electrical work I need to have done.

These gentlemen had to replace all the wiring in a house that was damaged by Florence. They did a great job charged a fair price and I have new issues with any of their work. The electricians were polite respectful and left everything clean. They did a great job and I would not consider using anyone else for any electrical issues I have. Thank you!

Had a few residential calls to John Starz and all three times John Starz arrived on time, did quality work for a fair price. After my AC repairman found the problem to be electrical on my heating and air unit, I called 4 electricians. I am lucky this company picked up, took down my information, and sent a technician out immediately. He was an extremely professional, polite, and pleasant young man. He jumped into work mode immediately and had my AC unit working in minutes. He showed/explained exactly what he had fixed and the problem he had found. I’ve used this company for both a business I help manage and my personal home. Every time I have been met with helpful workers to address our needs. They installed lighting for our business sign so it wouldn’t be so dark at night. Thankfully the situation at my house was able to be resolved over the phone. My Christmas lights shorted out the circuits on the outside of my house. They talked me through the situation until I got everything back up and running again. They are my go to for electric repairs.

Friday evening E&J electric canceled a service call and rescheduled for after the weekend leaving our rental with electrical problems in the kit house area. I have been using this electric company for several years now. The owner really knows what he is talking about. His crew is knowledgeable, dependable, and if they make a mistake, they make it right. I cant say enough good things about this company. In a time where its hard to find a company to show up,.do what they say they will, for the price they say they will.... This company absolutely will. I wholeheartedly recommend them and wont use anyone else.
