Last year I tried to approach some electrical companies to get help but there were some conditions like representative would come first to see a problem and estimate which was not for free.Finally I hit a good company which is GNH electric. They send electrician Doug who promptly fixed a problem and the charge was decent. This year I needed an electrical panel to be replaced and I called this company again and asked for Doug to do job. So, he did it wonderfully! It took him about eight hours and some time to install the panel and check every braker to work properly. I will absolutely call the GNH should any problem arises and I highly recommend electrician Doug to do the job if someone needs quality performance and reliable expert as he is.

Im a contractor and I reached out to GNH to see if they could hook me up with a generator for a new house were building for a client. The girl who booked my appointment (Jill) was friendly and helpful. The electrician (Doug) walked the job with me and my client. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only was he able to help us with size recommendations, but based on his knowledge of local codes, he suggested the best placement as well. My client was impressed and so was I. Also, the prices are very competitive and we intend to move forward with GNH.

I had two technicians come out. They called me and said they were running a little early which was perfect because I had several errands to run and they gave me a 4-Hour window. They were very professional and honest. They gave me a quote on the spot and told me to contact the office if I wanted to schedule an appointment to have everything fixed in my house. I enjoy the price on the quote and Im looking forward to doing business with them.

Professional, prompt, and a quality job!Ken and SanTonio arrived on time to our new construction condo. We had multiple issues for them to tackle and they addressed them like seasoned pros. I take pride in my work and appreciate the same commitment to excellence from others, especially when they’re working in my home! Wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.....actually already scheduled for more work, after our household items arrive.

Found out the previous homeowners had some illegal wiring done, Doug Allen came out, took a look at the problem and was very open and transparent with the work needed, permits and cost. Doug is a great technician with great customer service! I will give you a call whenever I have any electrical issues pop up.

These guys went way above and beyond! They showed up on a Saturday and did not shy away from helping me trouble shoot locating a fishtape stuck in a conduit. Doug was more than professional! This was a hard job and he rose to the occasion. They showed up on time. He has a great electrical mind. Not only do I highly recommend but i would used them again in a heartbeat!

I highly recommend GNH. I had a small residential job handled and the first 3 companies I called couldnt schedule for a a whole week out. My irrigation was on the tripped circuit so my grass would be long gone by then. I called GNH and they were able to come out the same day I called. Doug was professional, explained what he would do and how much it would cost. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and did it for a very fair price. Friendly...Fast...Fair, Ill call them for all my electrical problems in the future!

Your men Doug & SanTonio did a very good job with putting up my ceiling fan & they were very Efficient & I like the work that they did . I would recommend them to any of my friends for electrical work . On a scale 1–10 I would rate them a 10. Bottom line they really satisfied me at this time & I thank them for their service .

Ken and Santonio came to our house in St Augustine Thursday 1/16/2020. They finished the electrical part of setting up our new washer/dryer combo. Also updated an outlet.They made sure the machine worked. Both men were professional,friendly and polite.I have the business card and will call them in the future.

Look no further, these are the professionals you want and need. I have used GNH twice now and have been thoroughly impressed each time. First time, they literally saved us from a travesty after dealing with a terrible electrical company (B&G) who left us without hot water for 2 weeks while we had a 4 week old child at home. GNH came and installed out new, amazing tankless hot water heater with no issues. Just last week, I hired them again to install driveway and pathway lighting along with some security cameras. Again, outstanding job. We come home daily and admire the work as the sun sets. As an active duty military family, we felt so wronged by B&G but found some angels with GNH. We are very thankful!

On 04/16/19 I had my A/C replaced and the company used two guys from GNH electric to put in the new thermostat. The main guy (I talked so much didnt ask his name, sorry) was so professional and very educated not only with electrical issues but degrees and life situations that I was amazed! I always ask questions which he answered with such knowledge we actually got into personal issues. He was around 38 single dad and if I was anyone in his family I told him I was proud of him as a person and in dealing with servicing people. He went beyond what he was there for, helped & explained a couple of little things I needed done. He deserves to have his own business because of the person he is. I am sorry I didnt get his name but rarely do I have such a professional person come in to fix something. Thank you for taking the time to explain like you did. If I ever need anything electrical done in the area I will call and ask for him...if he hasnt moved on to something hell be happy doing in his life.His associate was very nice too.G. Reyes

Their technician, Brett, and his helper showed up to fix an issue with the 220v outlet for our dryer. Made quick work of the shoddy wiring that was present and did it all for a much lower price than I was expecting, all in a half hour. Highly recommend!
