Empire Electric company is a great company, I just used them for the first time. I had a problem with a breaker in my panel and outlets In my kitchen, garage and bathroom that were not working. Daniel M and Blake C were the electricians that did the work. They were very thorough, very courteous and work together as a great team. They explained everything and answered all my questions. ( I asked a lot) They made a great suggestion with lights that were not working in my bathroom to rewire and use LED bulbs instead of the old fluorescent ones. I was very satisfied and happy with the electrical service they provided in my home. Empire Electric have become my new electricians!

I have been in the electrical construction business for 50 yrs. From apprentice to Project Executive for the oldest electrical contractor in the USA. With that said Empire was great from the initial contact, updates, altering the schedule for my connivence, and ultimately the install. Scott and Adrian were courteous and explained to me a few options which from my experience made sense. They knew I preferred not to have any wiring/conduit exposed so they brought in a 3rd person who was smaller and could fit in the attic space. I highly recommend Empire and will use them in the future. Their pricing was also very fair for the work performed.

Sean R. and Eric P. Showed up on a Friday, (probably thinking it was an easy service call) This house was built in 72 with aluminum wiring, rewired in 2018- no telling what you’ll find… We had a short that kept throwing the circuit breaker. I have a good working knowledge of home wiring but could not identify the culprit. After testing all outlets and switches, Sean went into the very low attic- (crawl only) and started tracing wiring, it all seemed hopeless but he was positive and determined that he could find the issue…. After tracking the wiring he came out happy that they had discovered a faulty junction box located in the attic- they isolated the issue and problem solved. Without Seans positive attitude and determination, I think this problem would have been more difficult to find ($$$). KUDOS to him and Eric for spending a Friday for such a difficult endeavor.

Jared and Jeff did the actual installation and trenching for a new outdoor circuit. Their work was outstanding—friendly, professional, and efficient. I cant recommend Empire enough. Scott and Danny were very timely and professional! They were sweet and personable and were able to identify the problem immediately. My breaker would trip whenever the stovetop and oven were on at the same time. Although they weren’t able to do much about the issue today (I’m a renter and it was out of their hands. It would’ve been a matter of rewiring or replacing the whole range), they were both very apologetic. It was good conversation on their way out and I hope I don’t have any electrical issues any time soon, but if I do, I hope they send Scott and Danny!

They have a great texting and photo messaging platform that allows them to give a very accurate estimate. And they were even able to schedule same-day service.Once on-site, Scott and Danny were awesome! They were fast and coordinated as a team. They also helped me out with a couple outlets that weren’t working. Once they finished, they explained thoroughly what they repaired/serviced. And they were more than fair with the price. This is was an emergency repair, but I plan on doing quite a bit electrically to the house so I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

This is my second time using them. The first time they did a very professional install of my charger for my Tesla. This time they did a long run to upgrade a circuit to my kitchen for a new stove. My house is a little more tricky than some, but I was very impressed with how quick and professional Scott and Danny were. They dropped the new line pretty well to the exact inch of where it needed to be. They then pulled the wire through with ease and did a professional install of the box for the new stove. I have been very impressed twice now. I also want to say that John (in the office) was very good and fair to work with on pricing the job to begin with. I would not hesitate to use Empire again.

Steve and Blake did a great job installing new lights on either side of my garage door. There was no electrical source on either side of the garage door so they ran electrical cable through walls, installed a switch inside garage. Their attention to detail was appreciated. They also trouble shooted a doorbell that only worked occasionally. They did a great job determining that the issue was the actual electrical cable. I appreciate the quality of their work. They also left everything clean.

Called five different electric companies They will not fix the meter jaws that JEA electric wants to changed.. These five companies want to upgrade the fuse box , which was not necessary according to JEA electric I called Empire electric they gave me a quote and the date they wii fix the problem. Empire electric was an honest company. I was blessed, otherwise I would pay thousands of $$$ for unnessary work. When Scitt and Danny completed the work they called me and post a receipt They told me to fill it out with my credit card info The payment went through and I print out my receipt, No problem... Thanks Empire electric for making my Day.. And saving me money!!!! I pray that every body will call you for their electric problems.

I have worked with Jon on major projects when a condo I manage had a latent defect causing the electrical panel for the building to be replaced. The panel is on back order and owners were being displaced because of the electrical inconsistency and safety concerns. They were supposed to be here at 8 a.m., at 8:30 I called to check on his arrival and was told there was a mixup and I hadnt been scheduled. I was told they could either come out sometime this afternoon or in the morning. I explained that since I work tomorrow wasnt good and I didnt want to stay at home all day today waiting for his arrival. They made the appointment happen this morning by moving other appointments around. From the experience I had with these two gentlemen, I believe Empire Electric is a great company with ethic and integrity. I am an electrical engineer, but I had to hire a license electrician to deal with a ripped off case from my local utility company. Mr. Thompson is definitely a true professional who knows exactly what we were expecting. Instead using scare tactic like some other companies, he gave an accurate and fair quote. Empire employees, the lead Scott with Danny as the helper did a great job installing the elector on my lanai. First they had to crawl through a 3 ft high crawl-space under my ho e and run the wires then hook up the breakers in the house to ru. 4 fans, 7 outlets and switches for fans and lights and install 2 motion light up on the corners of the lanai. It was high tech when house was built in 1973. Another company backed out the day before they were to show after waiting 3 weeks. Reason being that this wiring I had was Master Electrician level to disconnect. Call Empire by mistake but told them my problem anyway. They were out in less than 3 days to do the work for slightly less than other company quoted me for. I am sold on this company and will have them back if I ever need any electrical work to be done.
