Wow! Tyler and Harold did a great job repairing a faulty breaker at my house. Each step was expertly communicated in language I could understand and all costs were presented before the project began. This is the first review I’ve ever done, but I had to. I picked them not because of their price. I received lower quotes for sure but their reviews were scary and I didn’t want to have a bad experience. So I picked David Gray, who accommodated to my work schedule. I had one day off and the work was going to take two separate days and instead they sent two crews who handled the panel change and the upgrade to 200 amps. They went above and beyond to accommodate. Also, Andrew K. and his crew were super talented and organized. I will use them for any other electrical work that I may need. Sometimes going with a low cost quote doesn’t mean you are getting a deal. Better to have professionals handle all this type of work. For a day before a holiday (thanksgiving) they were awesome.

Because the den is the hub for my internet and cable, the situation required immediate assistance 🙃 I contacted David Gray late that night and was able to obtain an appointment for the next day.Tyler Westberry arrived within the time slot provided. He was kind and professional. He had alot of patience with me and my daughter. He was very knowledgeable. My daughter googled everything he said 🙄He restored the power to the outlets. Additionally he mentioned I needed a new circuit box. He took time to explain and show me the reasons why.I found him.to be honest and the prices worthy of the quality service I received. I am a real customer of David Gray Plumbing and Electrical.I called David Gray Electrical for the installation of a recirculating over the stove vent.I would like to say everything went well. It did not. That is the best part of this review.No job involving people will ever go absolutely perfect; even when the job is a simple in and out, one time perfect. There is still something that can be found wrong.My job was simple, and a few things did in fact go wrong. I am glad to say that I am very pleased with the professional appreciation given to me by the entire team at David Gray. After the completion of my project, I expressed my concerns and to my surprise I was met with customer humility and appreciation; yes, even to the point of the company saying to me “Yes, we can and will take care of you, our customer.” They did to my surprise; they sent me a refund check for some of the installation cost. That folks, is something that is missing in American Businesses Today. Fairness, curiosity and kindness and true professionalism. Irma flooded out street 6 weeks prior to the service call. Un-beknown to us, she penetrated our main electrical service line that runs under our off grade house with water. This caused flickering of the lights whenever any appliance was used. The electrician who arrived on the scene from David Gray tested both ends of our electrical service line and diagnosed the problem. He quickly isolated the problem and explained the solution. Within a few hours his apprentice was under the house running a new and safe service line. I would have these guys out again. They were clean, efficient and friendly.

They were respectful but also friendly. This was my first experience with this company. I hope to not have to use any electrician again but when I do I will call them again.

It was the observed holiday(December 26th) yet they still responded quickly with an appointment. The technician arrival window was only 4 hours (1-5) not an entire day, and I received a text message with a photograph of the technician when they were enroute. The technician Tim and his coworker (I dont remember his name) asked questions to assess the problem, listened to what I explained,quckly identified the issue and explained the solution. At this point I was given a quote and was asked to sign to agree to the work being done. They worked carefully and were very respectful of my property, they showed me the outlet that was burned up and explained how it happened. They were very knowledgeable, took the time to answer my questions, and were very professional. They arrived on time and the job was complete with my kitchen put back together within an hour. The pricing was fair and the service was excellent. 10 out of 10, I definitely recommend this company and will hire them again for the electrical projects in my home.

Great experience with David Gray Electric, they installed ceiling exhaust fans in my bathrooms. Tim & helper (sorry I forgot his name) were polite, informative, on time & prices were fair. They cleaned up & did a great job.
