I have recently moved to the area and this company has brought me much comfort as a first time home owner. The response time is quick and they come out to look at/ fix whatever is needed in a timely manner. The owner is very nice and never makes me feel like a bother for the small things since I still lack a good bit of knowledge when it comes to my hvac unit. The cost is also very reasonable!

My Unit broke down on a Fri, I called Richard, he came right out and assessed the problem. A crew was here on Tues (Monday was Labor Day) I so much appreciated how quickly this happened! The crew showed up exactly the time they had scheduled, very efficient and answered any questions I had. They worked hard and long. Definitely would recommend ALL American HVAC. WOULD GIVE 6 STARS!!Friday night, 6pm we get back to our house on EI, walk upstairs to oppressive heat and humidity. Going into the weekend, I realized we are going to be stuck and its going to be terrible. I called three places and no one answered any of them... I didnt leave a message and just accepted the situation. Then my phone rang and it was Richard from All American HVAC. I told him the issue and he said Im just headed home but Ill come and see if I can fix you up. 20 minutes later, he was here. Climbed into the hot attic and found the source of the problem - fried relay! 30 minutes later we had AC back on. For good measure he checked the freon and texted me to say that it was good! Every business owner should take a lesson from these guys... they now have us as customers and we will give their name to anyone that asks OR DOESNT ASK. All American is now our GO TO for HVAC Everything - Service Contract being sent!Its sad nowadays that people dont want to work hard or do anything extra. Super impressed, super happy and problem solved in literally 1 hour!

Our guests advised us the night before that the AC was struggling. When I called All American HVAC the following day, Richard said they were busy but he will try his best to squeeze us in the afternoon. He came as promised and was responsive. He replaced the capacitor, fixed the leak & recharged the freon. We did not get the chance to shop around, we just needed someone who could fix the AC ASAP. All American did just that.

Outstanding experience. Rick was the best. Problem after normal business hours, but this did not slow him down. Diagnosed the problem immediately and made the appropriate repair in very little time. I could not be happier with the quality of his work.

My AC went out on a wednesday afternoon and my house got up to 88° in my house. I have a home warranty but they couldnt get a technician to my house until the next Monday. I called Richard on thursday for help and after explaining my situation and the troubleshooting steps ive taken, he made a suggestion to try and if it didnt work he would come out as early as that night or the following morning. I followed his advice and was abke to fix my ac myself. Instead of paying $85 for my warranty service fee, or the $115 fee Richard would have charged to come out, I spent $30 and fixed my ac myself.I am in disbelief by the great service Richard provided and will be referring everyone I know to him and his business. He genuinely cares about helping

I am so glad that I called for a second opinion! They came out and looked at my ac and I was told from a previous company that there was a cut in my flex and it would be $1200 dollars! All American came out looked and took pictures and it was just my air filters needing changing! If I would have trusted the word of the other company I would have paid so much more. Thank you All American for caring for the consumer and doing quality work!!!

Absolutely great experience! We arrived to the beach on a Friday to find our AC not working and they were able to come out within a hour of calling. Unfortunately it was a broken compressor but they had us a new outside unit installed first thing Monday morning. Excellent communication throughout the whole process as well. Highly recommend.

I came home from work Friday to my AC frozen up and no air was coming out of the vents. I called American HVAC first thing Saturday morning, Richard was at my house 1 hr later. He gave me a diagnosis and said he would work on finding the parts we needed. He let me know later that day, he found the blower motor and would try to come out Sunday to replace it. He then came ON A SUNDAY to fix our AC. I am so grateful for their speedy service! Especially on a hot weekend.Ashley & Bob.

The heat pump package system at my in-law went out in July 2023. Call out one company to take a look at the unit, was told the unit was leaking refrigerant. The unit was a 15-year-old Goodman. They suggested it should be replaced with an estimated price a little over9 thousand dollars. A friend of mines Suggested to give All American HVAC a call. They replaced his unit about three years ago. Richard came out, took a look at this system, and suggested replacing it as well. Gave me an estimate for a little over 6 thousand. But they could not replace it until next week. I could not wait that long. The current unit was not blowing any cold air, and there were two elderly people and two small kids in the house. So, Richard got the unit working enough to make it to the next week. But the Lord worked it out a day later they called me and told me they had a unit and could install it the next day. So, instead of waiting 5 to 7 days, I only had to wait two days. David and Tyler came out on Friday afternoon to install the unit. They did a great job. They stayed late to make sure everything was working as it should before leaving. They did a fantastic job and a great price.!!!
