Words can’t explain how grateful I am for Matt and his team. Their work is unmatched. I purchased my forever home knowing that it was a fixer upper, and understanding that it had a very small kitchen that needed some major work. I called my high school friend, Matt, who is the owner of this amazing company, and he responded immediately with a walk-through & consultation. He then put me in touch with Kamila who helped design my dream kitchen and living room. Once the design was completed, Matt and his team were incredibly efficient with the demo and rebuild process. Him and his team were communicative with every single step. I am so grateful for Rainier, Inc. for giving me the home that I love! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

When looking for a design and contractor duo, look no further than Rainier Inc. and Level Up Design. Originally, we had planned to try to and find subcontractors ourselves and plan out the work for our full home interior renovation, but that became a massive undertaking and quickly became overwhelming with our current schedules. We had no experience picking the correct matching pieces in design, figuring out functionality for each space, and no clue on what order to do what with construction.These 2 companies work very well side by side and is almost preferred for any project you do. They were able to match our budget perfectly and the styles we wanted. Picking hardware, colors, etc. can be daunting, but Kamila and the Level Up team were able to narrow down options for us to choose from based on our overall requirements.Rainier Inc and Level Up were both always communicative throughout the project and gave us personalized updates weekly throughout the scope of work. Even once the project was completed and we were able to move back in, they are still coming back to fix minor things here and there to make sure we are 100% satisfied with the outcome. If we were ever unsatisfied with something, Rainier immediately corrected any request and that is a huge compliment in today’s world. Making their customers happy!Great customer service from both teams and we will be using them again on our next phase of project on the exterior of our home!!1000% RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We met with and interviewed several contractors before making a decision for our kitchen remodel. From our initial visit with Tripp, to our follow-up meeting with Matt and our eventual relationship with Brad as project manager, there was one common thread. There was a bond between them and eventually between us. Honesty, transparency and integrity are incredibly important when engaging in a personal or business transaction. This group has all of that.In short, they were real. Genuinely decent young men who set realistic expectations and followed through on them. They listened to what our goals were and provided us with assistance in making the right choices for each of the components that make a well organized and attractive kitchen. They took the time to explain what was to be done and why certain adjustments and changes from the original plan were necessary. There were a few bumps in the road of course, as is the case with any construction project, but each one of those was resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Each of the subcontractors that came to our house also had an obvious bond with the Rainier Team. There was a high level of skill involved with several of the craftsman who helped us to bring our kitchen project to a reality. These Guys Rock!I used to work as a subcontractor doing flooring for Rainier and they were my favorite people to get work from. Everything from their amazing communication to their amazing work ethics these guys set the bar high. Since I left the remodeling trade I have called on them many times for projects on my home and referred them to family and friends for their needs as well. These guys deliver above and beyond my expectations every time I see their work. I wish I could give them a higher rating. If you have a project that needs a star team, look no further than Matt, Tripp, and Brad.

After purchasing a home in Atlantic Beach, my husband and I knew we needed professional help to completely renovate and update the large, all-original 1980’s build. We decided on LevelUp Design LLC for the interior design work, who already had a great relationship with a certified building contractor, Rainier Inc. This proved to be the perfect combination we needed to transform our home. After establishing our design goals and direction, we met with the Rainier team: Matt Lenk, Tripp Warwick and Brad Power, to discuss the process of demolition and re-construction. We had no idea what to expect, but immediately knew that we had made the right choice to go with Rainier. Matt, Tripp and Brad were friendly, down to earth and easy to talk with. Their planning process, from big ticket items to the smallest details, was very thorough and helped avoid potentially costly change orders later. We were relieved and confident to be in their good hands.From the beginning, a very active, open and easy line of communication was established. Shannon and Corey from the Rainier office staff were great to step in, as needed, to take calls and relay messages and information. It was important for us to be kept current on every detail throughout the process and the Rainier Team exceeded our expectations in that regard. Our home renovation took place when getting materials and labor was sometimes difficult, but we always knew about potential issues in advance; there were no surprises and down time and delays were controlled and kept at a minimum. They also had a great group of skillful and competent sub-contractors, each with an excellent work ethic. From securing materials through final installation, they were managed closely and extremely well. Our property was always treated with respect; work was done skillfully, and the jobsite was always left clean and organized at the end of each day.We can’t thank the Rainier Team enough for their professionalism and reliability. We would recommend them unconditionally; they are a premier contractor you can trust. They are always there, always ready, with smiles on their faces, a friendly word and the commitment and willingness to work until you are completely satisfied with the results. The Rainier team is exceptional. We have done so many remodeling projects thru the years - Ranier is heads and shoulders above anything we have experienced. Highly professional. Incredibly capable. Easily (very!) accessible. There every step of the way delivering the highest quality outcome. We had one small glitch - they were onsite to address it within ONE hour. We started work with Level Up Design (brilliant, creative, with exceptional execution skills!!!!). Kamila of Level Up brought in her partner, Rainier Construction. Their partnership, process, professionalism, and flawless execution - got us to our amazing new kitchen, on time, in budget and 10000% better than we could have ever imagined. I just cannot say enough good things about Rainier Construction and Level Up Design. I wish I knew them years ago!

Let me start off with saying that I’ve had both good and bad experiences with renovations before but the experience I had with Rainier is a whole different level of amazing! Every single expectation and positive experience I’ve had before was blown out of the water by these guys. Everyone is involved from the owner, Matt to project managers Tripp, Brad, and Corey to Shannon in the office. Day one of my renovation and talking with Matt he mentioned how strongly he feels about transparency and accountability, which right away I knew that I was in good hands. They follow up their words with actions. Brad was my project manager and I mentioned to him that I was blown away by how amazing this has been and he commented that this wasn’t even them firing on all cylinders and being slow for them. I already want to use them for when I have my next project done and I cannot stress enough that you don’t want to use any other business after a Rainier Experience because it will feel underwhelming even when it’s good. You want a business that respects you, your time, home and has pride in their work? Rainier is that.
