Outstanding job and customer service!! We had many plumbers out to see our main water line break- no one could seem to figure out where the leak was coming from. I received a phone call from Kim who told me that she could handle this job from start to finish and thats exactly what happened! We called them to deal with a tree root in the sewer line .They were very helpful and I got an appointment for video scoping within 1 day. I got a quoted price , very reasonable compared to other companies. They had to dig up, rip out and replace a portion of the sewer line. The crew were friendly and accommodating. I purchased a new Paypak pool heater earlier this year and, unfortunately, it had a manufacturer defect. Youngs happens to be an authorized repair facility for Raypak and was called in. The problem was not simple and the service techs involved were just amazing at diagnosing the issue while working with Raypak to get the parts needed. Ended up being a 2 part problem. They came out multiple times working the issue until it was resolved. These techs were courteous, on time and extremely knowledgeable about what they do. I highly recommend Youngs!

This service was provided through a home warranty company. By far, it was one of the best experiences weve had. Not all of our service calls have gone as smoothly as this one. The company called to verify the issue and got us in the same day! The technician (I believe his name is Ryan) arrived as promised and was efficient, knowledgeable and open to answering any and all questions we had. All this, considering we were his last job for the day, and he was looking at a lengthy drive back to office, especially having part of that drive at peak traffic time. When our sewer line backed up and needed replacement, I had just come home from the hospital following a bout with Covid. I was in quarantine and stayed isolated. Kim had someone there almost immediately to fix the problem. She then took over the project which required digging up our family room floor to replace the pipe. She was phenomenal! She determined what needed done and had her crew start immediately. Her crews were also terrific. They came on time, were considerate of our property and fixed the problem in just two days! They cleaned up so well you wouldnt know they dug up our floor. Kim was a strong advocate for us with the insurance company and handled everything. They were one of three plumbers I had come out to quote me on both of the toilets not flushing in my 2BR 2BTH rental condo. 1 never showed. Youngs had the same diagnosis (toilet replacement due to age) as the other plumber but because my tenant said Youngs serviceperson had a better personality, I went with them. After the job was done I went to the property to inspect the job and it was done very well. The tenant said they cleaned up well after the toilets were installed. My experience as a landlord dealing with them over the phone from the diagnosis to job completion was pleasant and problem free. I recommend them and have already scheduled them to do work on my personal residence.

Youngs were great to work with and they did a beautiful job on replacing a broken sewer line in my basement putting a new line in to the city drain line. It was a huge job and a big mess but they turned a bad situation into a great experience. They were respectful and neat as they worked in my yard and home and left no mess at all. When asked his advice about the kitchen faucets handle that fell apart, he old us to contact Moen because they offer a life-time warranty on the parts. We ordered and received the parts and again through 2-10 Warranty Youngs Water and Sewer was contacted. Plumber fixed the faucet saying that he had experience fixing that model of faucet. We are extremely pleased with their service and their communication via texts regarding the appointments! We highly recommend Youngs Water and Sewer.

However, when the service guy who happen to be very young guy from Youngs Water and Sewer shown up at door. Within 20 minutes, a broken part was replaced, and toilet is fixed. The assessment and performed work was EXCELLENT. The replacement of my Water Heater required two people. It is in a tight spot and took much time and patience. Joey and Harry were diligent and as they performed the task in less than ideal conditions, they were not bothered by me watching closely. In fact, they were happy to explain everything they were doing and WHY they were doing it, explaining how this tight spot required things to be done a little different, why it was taking a little extra time. I was very happy at their diligence and moreso, with their eagerness to explain to me the steps each one was taking.Each one also confirmed and verified the work the other did, working extremely well as a team.If I need any type of plumbing work in the future, I will only call Youngs Water and Sewer. If the others who work for this company are HALF as diligent as Harry and Joey, I will be a very satisfied client.

Water heater broke and I need a new one put in. Plumber came out took several days to install it and then when he installed it it was done incorrectly and failed to pass inspection. He came back a second time and was still not able to get it in correctly.Youngs water and sewer came out and did a wonderful quick and professional job. PROBLEM: The refrigerator line for the ice maker that runs from my under my kitchen sink to the back of the fridge had somehow acquired a leak.SOLUTION: Joey from Youngs Water & Sewer came to my home. When he pulled out the fridge, we found that there were multiple pinhole leaks in that line. He could have just repaired each one, but I asked him if he could just replace the whole entire line to prevent me from having this issue again. I knew it would be a major challenge, because he would have to run a new line from under the kitchen sink (which is not only on the other side of the kitchen, but on a different wall, as well), all the way to the refrigerator, with the stove & cupboards in the way. Definitely not an easy task, because honestly, how do you feed a line from under a sink to the corner of a conjoining wall, then make the line turn left & continue to feed it behind stove and cupboards? Thankfully, I didnt have to figure that out. That was Joeys job. LOL!Now that you know the background, HERE IS THE GOOD STUFF YOU WANT TO KNOW:Joey worked continuously from the time he arrived at my home, until the job was 100% completed. His method of tackling this daunting task was both strategic and meticulous. He started to clean everything up, but I like things a certain way, so I told him I would take care of the clean up. The important part for you to know is that he would have cleaned everything up & put everything back under the kitchen sink, had I not have told him that I prefer to do that part myself.Joey never ever complained, even though he knew this would be a harder way to go than just a simple patch up the problem & leave type of repair.I also had an occasion to speak on the phone with Stephanie, Terry & Yvonne, who work in Youngs Water & Sewer office. Each one of them treated me like a very valuable customer & beyond that, they treated me like a personal friend, even though I never met them in person.FINAL THOUGHTS:If you should ever need a plumbing company, please feel confident that Youngs Water & Sewer will treat you like you are their most valued customer. I live in Lakeview, and Ive never had a plumbing issue at my current home. Last Thursday, I noticed that my kitchen sink was draining very slow and started to smell, almost out of nowhere. Soon, the water wouldnt go down at all and I looked on google for a plumbing company. I called youngs water & sewer and spoke with the owner. She understood my problem and was able to have a plumber at my door within the hour. The plumber who showed up was very knowledgeable and removed the pipes, cleaned them, used a machine to snake out the drain, and told me how I could prevent this problem from happening in the future. Great communication, service, and technician(s). I will be using them again should I have any problems in the future.

I had a leak under the sink in my kitchen which was caused by the dishwasher technician. I was matched with Youngs water and sewer through my warranty company. Ryan who came to fix the issue was very capable and was able to fix the issue. He knew what he was doing. He shut off the water supply so he can access the hard to reach space under the sink. He replaced the valve so its easy to operate it. After turning on the water back on, he made sure the dishwasher can also be run assuring there are no leaks.This is not the first time I have used the Youngs. Their staff is very professional and knowledgeable.

Instead of breaking ceiling to find leak source, he patiently checked entire bathroom and said that we may have to experiment to find the leak source. First he tried caulking two small places where caulking wasnt perfect. He said he would keep coming back till he finds the source. Thanks to his expertise, he indeed had found the problem on the first try. After that bit of caulking, never leaked again.
