I recently had a significant problem with my primary shutoff valve requiring replacement. Chase was the plumber assigned to me from Logans Speedy Plumbers LLC, and his service was outstanding. This issue arose during the night, and Chase responded to my call despite it being outside of his working hours, assuring me he would address the problem first thing in the morning. True to his word, he arrived early and resolved my problem efficiently. However, the situation took a further unfortunate turn when the main valve for the entire building failed. Despite this not being part of his initial job, Chase chose to extend his assistance. While he couldnt replace that valve due to it being under the property managements purview, he ensured the building continued to have water. Throughout the ordeal, Chase remained cool and composed, offering reassurance and guidance every step of the way. He even accompanied me to the hardware store to select the appropriate hoses and adapters to temporarily restore the buildings water supply. Overall, Chases commitment to his job surpassed expectations.

Douglas and his team instilled in us the most confidence. After further discussions, they returned to conduct a more in-depth investigation. In the end, we chose them. They did a remarkable job, ensuring minimal intrusion, prompt service, and immaculate cleanup. What we appreciated most was Douglass readiness to consider our queries and apprehensions, rather than dismissing them outright. Despite the $10k nightmare, they managed to make the situation as bearable as it could be in Howell Township.

Douglas from this plumbing service came to my rescue when my navien combi unit broke down unexpectedly. I reached out to Douglas, and he was quick to respond. He dedicated considerable time to try and get it back to working order. Sadly, the unit was beyond repair. Douglas discussed the various options available to me and in a short while, he installed a brand new unit. He even took the time to adjust the pipes, making them look more visually appealing. I would definitely recommend this plumbing service to my friends and family. The cost was reasonable and Im satisfied with the work Douglas did!

The gentleman who arrived, lets call him mason, was quite pleasant, but I wasnt initially satisfied with the service from Logans Speedy Plumbers LLC. However, they managed to turn things around! mason identified the root of our plumbing problem, but couldnt address it directly due to an electrical issue. The first guy, douglas, suggested removing the toilet which cost $300, only to find no issue there. He then inspected the drain out back and informed me that a return visit would be needed to unclog the drain, costing an additional $170. I was left wondering why he didnt check the drain before suggesting the toilet removal. Unfortunately, the experience with douglas left me wary, as it seemed he was pushing for unnecessary work only to later admit he couldnt resolve the issue and a second visit was needed. However, Im willing to use the services of Logans Speedy Plumbers LLC in the future, as long as douglas is not the plumber assigned. On a positive note, I appreciate that the company did not charge me the extra $170 for the second visit. Everything is in order now, so theres no need for further communication. And just for clarity, the service was booked under our business name, but I was the main contact.

We recently decided to upgrade our half bath to a full master bath. mason from Logans Speedy Plumbers LLC came out and did an excellent job setting up the new supply and drain lines, as well as the vent lines for our new shower and the existing sink drain. He also professionally installed a new shower base and a 3-piece surround for us, all within a brief time frame. mason was polite and displayed a high level of professionalism. Other plumbing services quoted us triple the price, claiming the job would require two or three people and a full days work. However, mason managed to complete the task single-handedly in just a few hours. Not only did he perform the job as promised, but he also went above and beyond by replacing some old galvanized pipes with pvc and installing pex pipes for the supply instead of copper. We are more than satisfied with the service provided in Howell Township and extremely pleased with the outcome.

Originally, i was a bit frustrated when logans Speedy Plumbers LLC told me a plumber would arrive by 4.00, but then delayed. However, gregory, one of their plumbers, contacted me to confirm hed be swinging by to inspect the situation. The pump in question was fitted by a different plumber earlier in june. gregory pinpointed the issue as a loose clamp, and then he took it on himself to repair it, run a test, and secure the pipe. gregory was incredibly polite and hes a true asset to your Howell Township team. Mason and douglas did a fantastic job on clearing out our old, cast iron pipes! Its great being able to use our washing machine once more. These guys were super courteous and meticulous. I spotted a leaky, crusty supply valve the day after they left. I gave Logans Speedy Plumbers LLC a call and gregory, the manager, had them back at our place within a few hours, even though it was late on a Friday, to replace both valves. Their service was above and beyond, leaving us very satisfied. Weve found the plumbers well be using in Howell Township from here on out. Highly recommended!

I carelessly poured the whole cup down my kitchen sink, which clogged up not only the sink but also 20 feet of pipe. No matter what I tried, including different types of drain cleaners like Heat crystals, Heat liquid, and Green Goblin, nothing seemed to fix my error. Thats when Logans Speedy Plumbers LLC came to my rescue. The team, Mason and Chase, are both highly skilled and knowledgeable. They quickly responded to my call and arrived promptly. Not only did they sort out the grease-clogged pipes, but they also spent some extra time explaining a few things about how to prevent such incidents in the future.
