    It started with free water testing through Home Depot. Instead of taking the sample and mailing it in, I called for an on-site appt.My sales manager was Jason T. He provided a great service and educated me along the way. I purchased both the water filtration and the drinking water system.My installation crew was Nikolas and Dan. They were both equally professional, nice, patient with my questions and thoroughly explained the systems, and again, educating me along the way. I purchased the additional filtration with the mineral plus for the drinking water.I would only want either one of them for future service or maintenance.Water is important to our daily life. Highly Recommend water filtration.

    We just moved and have a well for the first time. CGC has been so incredibly helpful in teaching us about our water system! Liz is always so pleasant and helpful on the phone, and Jordan was knowledgable and friendly in person. He explained our system, showed us how to maintain the filters, and was patient with all of my questions! Highly recommend them!!

    CGC does a great job. I am a member of their Conway Club so I get 25% off everything; labor, salt, filters, and more. I get my heavy salt bags delivered by a nice man who carries them in the basement for me. I get my Reverse Osmosis and other water filters changed and my softener cleaned. They filter and soften my very hard water the best it can possibly be. CGC sends me text reminders for when services are due and deliveries are scheduled. I donā€™t know how I lived without them.

    Iā€™ve had many water treatment systems over the years, and this system is better than all the others. Not only that, but the service and the people who work here are excellent. Truly, they are so kind and professional. My system had a problem, and without hesitation they sent a technician out right away. The parts that needed to be replaced were replaced at no charge. Rene Q and Jordan made sure my system was fixed , and went above and beyond to be sure we were taken care of.

    Original post:2019IGGY was great explaining what we needed to Better our water filtration. Tested everything and then showed up our options. Great salesman without trying to push things that we didnā€™t need. Great follow up calls prior to the installation day. And the installer Ryan was also a very nice guy very professional and installed our new tank in a way that wouldnā€™t take up more space in the basement where our old system was previously installed. Would recommend these guys to anyone.Adding to post: 2023We had an issue with our pressure tank and they came out fixed. It made it look better than a dead before and itā€™s always great customer service. Devon did. Great job installing it

    This was the best experience Iā€™ve honestly ever had with a company. Not only was Jeremy on time and super efficient but he also recommended the best options to help me save money and prevent issues in the future. He was so kind and so accommodating as well as great with communication. I have always had great experiences with this company and 10/10 recommend, however, Jeremy blew things out of the water and not only fixed the problem but he also elevated the service!     Service Tech Will was extremely polite and accommodating! Having had a new system installed in 2023, when we tried to change the filter the whole system shifted. Rather than risk breaking something we called for service. Not only did Will explain that the shifting was normal he took the time to move the system around so the filter would be easier to access. We couldnt be more pleased with the service we received!

    Installation of my water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water setup was fast and easy. Kinetico/CGC customer service is very responsive. The water softener also de-chlorinates all the city water in my house, which furthers extends the life of all my appliances. Culliganā€™s water softener was more expensive and didnā€™t de-chlorinate, which made the choice of kinetico very easy.

    I heard the radio ad on the Bob Dutko show about having great water for the home so I gave CGC a call. I spoke with the customer service department and they were extremely friendly on the phone and got me a date for a sales rep to come to my home. I had Ed the sales rep come to my home and test my water. Even tho it wasnt bad I wanted the best water I can get. He got me the best equipment they had from Kinetico. Going over what was going to be installed in my home was easy. I then had Wesley come out to my home to install the Kinetico equipment. He gave me a call with a eta and that was awesome. Not only did he show me what he was going to do but also asked me were I wanted the equipment installed at. The process was Fast and Easy. After installation was done he cleaned up all of the empty boxes and made sure to answer all of my questions and give me a crash course on how the Kinetico system works. Overall this was the best decision I had made to improve the quality of my familys health and drinking water. CGC will have a customer for life. Thank you CGC for looking out for my family and I.

    Its barely been a week since the install but were definitely enjoying the benefits of the water treatment system. Showers and hand washing water feels silky smooth.     The CGC Team worked together with us not only to resolve our full house water softener complete installation that required new plumbing in a matter of a few hours, but also took the time to upgrade another under the sink unit that was not part of the original order. Theyā€™re very focused on customer satisfaction. Their product cost came in much lower than expected while providing the ā€˜latest and greatestā€™ available product. The inconvenience weā€™ve had to endure from our power outage resurgence caused from restoring the power will not ever happen again with their kinetic energy unit that operates on its own without electricity.     I would definitely recommend CGC. My water softener quit working so I gave them a call. Mark came out to my house the next morning and ran through all my options. I never felt like I was being pressured into anything. After quoting me a very fair price for both a softener and a reverse osmosis system I decided to pull the trigger. They were able to get Jack out the next day to do the install. Jack was on time and did and excellent job in a timely manner. When he left everything worked perfectly. Jack was great to deal with. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

    Not only did I get a quick response and appointment for the next day, the customer service agent was kind and showed me how to bypass my tanks and softener so I would have water for toilets and sinks. What a relief! When Jordon, the tech, arrived he was polite, patient and knowledgeable of my system. He made sure I was aware of how everything worked including instructions on changing the filter with regular and advanced bypass, relieve the the pressure in the filter tank and shaking the salt tank to break up any bridging between the salt and water (brine) in the tank. We recently requested a Service Call and Rene Quiroz was the Service Tech that came and ran all that he was going to do and what I needed to improve or to update my system, since it was 23 years old. We appreciated all his expert opinion, and we agreed to upgrade our system. In all the 23 years of their service, we have had no complaints with our service with CGC Water Treatment & Plumbing. We are looking into the upgraded system.

    I called them because they were the Kinetico authorized dealer closest to me. The person at the counter was friendly and helpful, They stocked the K5 replacement filters I needed and kept a history of past purchases and visits.Setting up an appointment for diagnosing excessive salt usage by the home filtration system was easy. I was advised when a timing in the schedule was necessary and the technician called when he was about 5 minutes away.The technician Rene was also friendly and did not hesitate to explain things as he found issues. Unfortunately my system was 20 years old and Rene recommended a new system because parts were no longer made for the old system. The cost of the call would be applied against the purchase price of the new system if I chose CGC to do the replacement.While on the premises, Rene agreed to look into a small leak in the boiler part of the basement. He diagnosed that the boiler was also 20 years old and again recommended replacement. It seems both systems were installed when the house was built.I asked that he email me the quotes for both replacements in writing, which he agreed. There was no aggressive upselling. I was the one who asked for the quotes. Rene apparently tapped into his tablet all the details and his tablet spit out the quote.

    We sprang a leak under the kitchen sink that we noticed on a Saturday morning. My husband couldnt stop the leak and had to shut off the water to the whole house. A short time later we got a call from the office that enabled my husband to bypass the leak and turn the water to the rest of the house back on. William T still came out and fixed the issue.
