I called Just Drains for a clogged main sewer line between the house and septic tank. They sent a tech the next morning and he cleared the main but suspected a damaged pipe. A camera inspection confirmed it. We set up an appointment for 3 days later (drain was usable while waiting) and they dug out and replaced the damaged section of pipe. Left the job really clean. Couldnt be more satisfied with their service. All the techs were knowledgeable, professional and just really nice guys. Good price too. Wouldnt hesitate to call them again if needed.

I want to highly recommend Just Drains Sewer & Drain Service for an outstanding job. These are top professionals, and what is most important is that no detail is too small for them to help out. I had a difficult, multi-unit plumbing issue that without their expertise, would not have been possible to fully correct. The stayed the course and ultimately solved a number of issues that were unknown to all parties involved. Will definitely call on them again for any plumbing issues. I had the pleasure of meeting Danny yesterday when he came to figure out what was going on with my drain. He was very knowledgeable and nice. He didnt give up until the problem was fixed. Very professional and knew exactly what to do. I would 100% recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Also, Im sorry I didnt get the womens name with whom I spoke with on the phone. She was extremely nice and very quick to call, get things scheduled and checked back with me the very next day to see how things were.

We had Just Drains coming as our sewage backed up and flooded the basement. Just Drains provided us amazing 6-star services and we are so impressed by their work!! We called Just Drains and they responded immediately. They came to check out and cleared the blockage the next morning, which was a huge relief. They then offered three options, priced differently, including replacing the old pipes with PVC ones-the ultimate solution. We took that step. Just Drains did a fantastic job!!! We have never seen more professional and efficient plumbing services than Just Drains in our life! They are extremely friendly (kind to kids and our dog), knowledgeable and explaining everything and each step clearly! There is no cutting corners in their work! They are hardworking and efficient and installing everything fast! They are very careful and have eyes for details, not leaving dirt on our main floor when moving old pipes out which had the disgusting blockage.They put cloths on the path from the basement to the house entrance, and eventually removed all garbage. They charged a very affordable price for their marvelous work. I thought the basement would be dirty after they cut old pipes and install new ones. Such a pleasant surprise to find they cleaned everything!! I cannot say how happy and satisfied with their work! Their professionalism is first-rate and the way they deal with customers is even more impressive!!! Thanks so much to Alan, Danny and Nicholas! You guys are the most amazing plumbers I have seen!!

I was faced with a rotted water heater in a crawl space that was also leaking. It was just ready to go. Called these guys to help my mother with a few plumbing issues around the home. I was weary cold calling a plumber because of how expensive it could get. A true Godsend Danny and his son Alan were. They snaked the kitchen sink, replaced a toilet part and unclogged two other drains for better than 1/3 of the price of what other companies could have easily charged. Very nice, honest people, not to mention 30+ years experience. Not the kind of business you find these days. 5 stars highly recommend !

They answered my call right away and the guy on the phone understood my problem. I was dealing with another company and having recurring clogs every few months. Just Drains owner Danny came to my house the same day. He cleared my drain and spotted a small problem that was causing the problem. He didnt charge me any extra for the modification and just asked me to call again if I ever have a problem. I havent had a clog since. I liked that these guys cared about my problem rather than ripping me off like other companies Ive dealt with in the past. Great company !

I recently had them out to find a blockage in an underground drain pipe that I have in my yard, which drains out from a sump pump in the house. They sent a camera through and found the spots where the clogs were using a sensor above ground that let them locate the spot where the camera got stuck without having to make random cuts into the pipe. They opened the pipe and cleaned out the roots which had grown through in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again for future drainage issues.

I have called 8 plumbing companies and it took me a month to finally except one that I can trust who was going to be honest with what needed to be done and that company is Just Drains Sewer & Drain Service. All the other companies kept telling me I needed a whole new sewer line and to move the clean out outside because it would be better. This would have cost me 14000.00 dollars other companies said 12000.00 some said 10,000.00 and so on. This is insane. Just Drains inspected my whole entire pipes and showed me everything. Not one Crack in my pipes. Now they are perfect. The price was exceptional and I was so happy they helped me. Thank you so much Danny and Nick. I would definitely recommend this company.

I would recommend them to anyone. I called and Danny was at my home in less than 30 minutes. Not only did he fix everything, but he thoroughly explained why it happened and how to prevent it from happening again. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very affordable. He even taught my son the “3 second rule” when flushing the toilet to ensure enough water gets pushed through. He now counts out loud while he holds the handle down 😊

My sump pump stop working Tuesday and my basement started to flood. I called my usual plumber, however, they were not able to send someone out until the next day. I saw Just Drains and decided to give them a try. I called and spoke to Alan. I gave him the information and said he would call me back in 5 minutes. He did and had a team out within the hour. Danny and Nick arrived at my home. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They replaced my sump pump quickly, adjusted it to the correct level so my sump pump would not run constantly. Very quick, and very reasonable! I believe I have found my new plumbers!!! I would not hesitate to have them come back again.
