We recently contacted Weathervane as our AC stopped working and hot weather was on its way. We initially contacted the company that had serviced the unit for the previous homeowners and were told the unit needed to be replaced as it couldn’t be started back up due to faulty/ locked up compressor. Weathervane came to the house quickly, further diagnosed a broken wire, hooked the switch and wiring back up that the previous company disconnected and was able to get the AC operational. We appreciated the fact that Weathervane not only provided quick service, they also took the steps to look further, properly diagnose and correct the underlying issue.The AC is nearing the end of life and needing to be replaced in the future, Weathervane provided a competitive quote for replacement while making considerations for future efficiency improvements later down the road.Great customer service , technical expertise and a company that has earned our trust!

Actually I would rate them a 10 star , they had to replace the motor in my furnace they had to search 2 to 3 different places to get the top recommended motor for my furnace which I absolutely appreciate prices were fair, I even signed up on their protection plan for maintenance on my furnace hot water tank in central air and that is ridiculously cheap $20 a month thank you to the two guys that were at my house you were awesome I would recommend you too everybody. He spent time validating the issue, explaining it to me, testing that the fix worked, and providing me additional guidance on general furnace maintenance. I have a home warranty and weathervane was able to come out the same day I submitted my service request. They called to schedule within an hour of the dispatch and then were at my home within an hour of that. I will be using Weathervane again in the future!

Jeff and Cameron came out to my house to check my central air. Jeff was the head technician and Cameron was in training. They both was very courteous, friendly, and professional. As Jeff being the head technician he was very knowledgeable and very thorough and fixed the problem with my central air within minutes. My unit was installed by a different company and I dont believe they adjusted the belt correctly. Within minutes the service technicians had my A/C blowing colder and with more force than it did when it was first installed a year ago. Jeff adjusted the belt correctly and they checked the thermostat as well as the unit outside. Jeff explained everything to me in layman terms and answered any questions I had; they did a wonderful job. I put in my service request the evening before and the next day they were there to service my A/C. Before leaving they checked my thermostat again and made sure that the A/C was working correctly and efficiently. The representative from the company called to schedule the appointment and she was very pleasant as well. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for your A/C and HVAC needs.

They came out a year ago and fixed my furnace. They told me that I would most likely need to replace it in a year (it is very old!), and they were completely right. It lasted 13 months. So I used them to replace both the furnace and AC unit this month. They did an excellent job. The installers were very polite and also knowledgeable. The owner also came out and explained what they were doing in detail, which was very helpful. I highly recommend them.

We are extremely happy with Weathervane! Tyler and his team did an amazing job with installing all the new equipment. As a matter of fact if Tyler would have not come and inspected our old Furnace/AC and educated me regarding different products out there, we would have made a huge mistake. I had few vendors come out and give me quotes and inspect our old Furnace/AC and not all of them were forthcoming with accurate information, except Tyler. Also, I had been so sick for so long and I had no idea, why I felt nauseous or why my eyes were severely swollen all the time. Well, Tyler found mold in on of the filters (FYI other vendors did not even bother looking), so now we have all new equipment with the Air purifier and I am healthy. I cannot thank Tyler enough for doing an exceptional job and really caring about Customers. Thank you Tyler for taking care of us!

My AC went out at an extremely hot time a few weeks ago. Refrigerant was leaking and it was extremely expensive to fill it back up because it was refrigerant that was old and being phased out. The AC unit was 20 years old and it wasnt worth it. I decided to get a new unit and it only took a week. They put some refrigerant in at no extra cost to get me by. Patty (office girl) also got someone out to my place a day earlier than expected and for that I was very grateful. My condo was up to 85 degrees and my dog was panting non stop. They did an outstanding job.

We are lucky because we live super close to the Howell location. The few times we have needed them, theyve been great to deal with. The service is fast, the workers are respectful and knowledgeable, and they are responsive. They offer financing in certain situations which is great for families with tight finances. As long as I live in this area, theyll be my HVAC company of choice. I think they have a couple locations so Ill likely be with them a long time.

I have been using Weathervane for about 3 years now for all my HVAC needs and they always provide excellent service. Recently I had an urgent issue with power shutting off to our pool equipment room and below freezing temperatures. Tyler came out almost immediately and not only diagnosed but also fixed the problem which turned out to not be an HVAC issue. That is correct, he took the time to fix an issue that had nothing to do with the HVAC systems which saved me from haven costly frozen pipes. Thank you Tyler and Weathervane. Job well done!

Ray was very thorough when diagnosing my 27 year old A/C unit and he provided me with several options on moving forward. Chris and Randy replaced my old A/C unit with a new A/C unit at my summer home in Lake Chemung Outdoor Resort. Chris and Randy were both very knowledgeable and great to work with. They answered all of my questions and they did a great job with the installation of the new A/C unit and the removal of the old A/C unit. The entire Weathervane team was great to work with and I will be calling them for all of my future heating and cooling issues. I highly recommend calling Weathervane if you have any heating or cooling issues.

Ive used Weathervane for many years and I am very happy with their service. The technicians are courteous and professional.It happened once that one of the technicians tried to convince me to replace some pipes that were perfectly fine, but I dont think this technicians behavior is a reflection of the quality of service that Weathervane is used to give.

I called when the ignitor decided it was done. Of course these things happen after regular hours. The dispatcher was very courteous and within an hour, a professional technician was here. We had heat in no time. I would call again for service.

My home warranty company, American Home Shield, sent Weathervane out for a cracked heat exchanger eval. Another local company yellow tagged my furnace, shut it down, and told me I had multiple cracks in my heat exchanger. While going through AHS, Weathervane came in, did a full inspection, CO test, and all came out looking good - no visible cracks and no CO. I was impressed with the tech and thankful I didnt cave with the other company for a new furnace. Good work, Weathervane!

I am so thankful for Weathervane Heating and Cooling. I found them through my home warranty company. And although i am not happy with my home warranty company because they dont want to cover antything and have been very hard to work with, I am happy they sent me to Weathervane. So happy with them that i did not go through the warranty company this time We just paid on our own and I am glad we did. There was a leak in my Geo Thermal unit that no one could find, two other companies looked. But Tyler, from Weathervane FOUND it! Like a needle in a haystack and he found it. I am so happy to finally have this fixed. Cannot say enough about your company! Thank you Thank YOU! We ran into an unexpected failure of our AC unit and called on Wednesday to schedule diagnosis. Thursday morning Tyler arrived and gave us the grim diagnosis but he did so professionally and quickly. He gave us all the information we needed to make a quick and educated decision. He was able to locate a unit for us immediately and have Andy come out same day within the hour. Tyler arrived right before 9 am and by 4pm we had the entire new unit installed and up and running. They were both friendly and helpful throughout the entire experience. Would definitely recommend them!
