Texas plumbing is a professional company. Ruben, Hector and Daniel took their time to ensure the repair was completed correctly. They were helpful and thorough on explaining the repair process. They took the time to show me where the leak was coming from and what type of repair they were completing. I would recommend them again and look forward to working with them again. They were all very polite and understanding with my concern. They demonstrated integrity and they were knowledgeable. I am satisfied customer with Texas plumbing.

We have a tankless water heater which stopped working after several blackouts in a day. The controller didn’t have power coming into it. When the tech came, he found out that the power switch tripped during one of the outages, and didn’t charge for the visit. You can’t buy this level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail. I have used other service providers that didn’t have a workflow process like this company. From scheduling to the follow up calls/texts on techs ETA, and the visit of the technician, everything was above par. They are on my speed dial now.

I am well pleased with the result, and the installation team worked very hard in a very hot attic!

We had Texas Quality Plumbing install a garbage disposal just shy of 4-months ago. We ran into issues this week as it stopped working. Called TQP and they sent out a tech next day. Ended up needing to replace the new disposal. TQP replaced the disposal same day at no cost. We have used TQP for years—two water heaters, a natural gas leak (diagnoses and repair), and disposal. They are consistently responsive, helpful, fair priced, and stand behind both their work & products.

They were disrespectful and awful.I was so blessed 🙌🏽 to have found Texas Quality Plumbing. He explained that a water leak would be reflected in the meter reading activity when no water was turned on. Therefore the finding was negative for a leak. Freddy provided information and estimates for both services. I would consider contracting with Texas Quality for any of the services that I am considering. When they did the second section of the drainage they were equally as efficient and did a great job. I had Texas Quality Pluming replace 50ft of drain on the side of my house. After the initial replacement, they came out and tried to clean out another section of the drain which was not replaced and was being problematic. They spent over three hours trying to get it open but could not. So they honored a previous quote for replacing this other section. Once they replaced this additional section, there was an issue with the slope of a third section. Long story short, they said they would replace this third section without any additional cost. Even though it turned out that the slope was fine and the yard now drains, this is going way above and beyond what any other company would have done. I will not do business with any other company other than TQP. Outstanding company, customer service and overall results. I could not be happier.
