Out of all of the places I called in Houston for a quote, I chose 5 Star Plumbing for these reasons…They are fully licensed and insured (a must), they are extremely experienced, highly skilled, quick to respond, and have very competitive pricing.Everyone I spoke with at this company was extremely kind and courteous, from the sweet lady who takes the initial call and information, to the gentleman who comes to complete the work. I couldn’t believe how quickly everything was taken care of. I also appreciated that he showed up at exactly the time he was scheduled and also that the invoice was exactly as quoted with no additional or unexpected charges.After doing a random search for plumbing companies, I am so very pleased that I found this one. I called yesterday , and spoke with a nice lady Linann and she made us an appointment for one of their plumbers to come fix a leak in our kitchen sink and James was right on time today and 5 Star Plumbing company gave us a military discount ,like they said they would when I asked Linann, the receptionist , if they would give us a military discount, since my husband was in the army years ago. It only took the plumber James a few minutesto get it fixed and the fixed leak also has a 1-year warranty. This company is living up to their name as a 5 Star Plumbing rating Company, I m so glad to have found a plumbing company that I can trust, we are seniors and need help with things my husband use to be able to do, but now we need professionals.Thanks again James , it was so nice to meet you !
