We required a full sewer line repair, and the team promptly got started. By afternoon, everything was back to normal operation. The team was extremely friendly and made sure to tidy up after completing the job, leaving it just as it was when they arrived. Preston arrived with his assistant Shaun and asked about my plumbing issue. He then proceeded to remove some tile flooring to access the pipes. After locating the problem, he assured me it was fixable and got to work on it. Preston accomplished everything necessary to restore my pipes by replacing the one leading into the subfloor and ensuring the condensation water was properly draining outside. The work area was spotless when they finished and everything was put back in its place. The entire process was completed in just a few hours, which was quicker than I anticipated. Now, everything is functioning as it should thanks to Sullivan Brothers Plumbing. Great job!

Shaun is simply outstanding! He came out to assist me with a blocked sewer. When I contacted him again for a clogged floor drain a few days later, he showed up at 8pm on a Saturday night to bail us out in Houston. He took the time to explain what he was doing and even taught me how to handle such situations in the future. You can find good service, but Shaun provides exceptional service, consistently going above and beyond. I would recommend him to anyone in need of sewer or drain help. Hes highly professional and responsive! A perfect 10/10!

Ive had the pleasure of calling on these skilled plumbers for help with two separate plumbing issues. One issue was a straightforward three-way leaky pipe replacement. Despite it being the end of their working day, they went out of their way to come and fix it so I could get my water supply back up and running. The other issue involved a damaged bathtub faucet that necessitated a completely new faucet and the sweating of all new pipes into the existing copper ones. These guys, whether it was Preston, Trenton, or Shaun, truly went the extra mile. There were no shortcuts; when you call them for a job, they commit and ensure its done correctly the first time. Big thumbs up to Shaun at Sullivan Brothers Plumbing. Over a short period, I reached out to him for assistance for three different customers. Each time, Shaun and his team were extremely proactive and swift in assessing and tackling the problems. The first job involved replacing a sump pump, the second task required a sewer camera due to inadequate equipment by a previous inspector, and the third was the most challenging. This particular client had a clogged and damaged sewer due to baby wipes, with nearly 50 wipes being extracted from the main sewer line. My client, a single mom and veteran, had to temporarily stay at a hotel while the issue was being fixed. But Sullivan Brothers Plumbing was on the scene within an hour of the backup occurring! Their service is truly outstanding and the team, without a doubt, is top-notch. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services!

The plumbing service was top-notch! I recently acquired a fridge, and the delivery team refused to install it because I lacked a shut-off valve behind the appliance. I reached out to a plumber and they dispatched Greyson, who was simply the best. He demonstrated vast knowledge of his work, was extremely polite, and empathetic to my situation with the delivery team. Despite the heavy rain, he remained a delight. He supplied the required shut-off valve, only for the team to return and still refuse to install it because of my copper lines. I got in touch with the plumber again, and they sent Preston, a second technician who was swift and skilled! I can confidently say I am now a lifelong customer!

Five stars simply dont do justice! If I could, I would give Sullivan Brothers Plumbing a hundred stars!!! They came to our rescue in a situation where we felt utterly helpless. We own a rental condo, and right in the middle of a guests stay, the water heater broke down! This is every remote owners worst fear! Sullivan Brothers Plumbing, along with several other plumbers, were all booked solid for the coming week. We were in a pickle. However, after hearing our predicament, Sullivan Brothers Plumbing managed to fit us into their schedule the very next day! They replaced the entire water heater in just a few hours! We are eternally grateful to Trenton, Bryson, and Shaun and will always rely on them for our plumbing needs! We also plan on recommending them to other condo owners in our community!

Additionally, he resolved an issue in my upstairs bathroom, which had a leaky tub spout due to excessively high water pressure. He skillfully reconstructed the pipe and installed a new spout. Bryson was a lifesaver, as he identified that my water pressure was 120 psi, double the standard pressure, which could have led to a pipe explosion at any time. I was immensely grateful when he quickly and effectively fixed all the issues. Now, there are no more leaks and my water pressure is at a safe 50 psi, providing me peace of mind. Bryson and his assistant, Shaun, did an outstanding job. Brysons 30 years of experience as a plumber was clearly evident. His ability to quickly identify and diagnose the problem, along with providing an effective solution, was impressive. He took the time to explain the problem, its cause, and the best resolution, which I truly appreciated. I encountered a water leak in my kitchen. i reached out to two plumbing services but got no response, and that was before 4 pm. i tried another plumber who couldnt come for another 3 hours. then, i recalled a homeowners suggestion of a particular service. right away, someone picked up the call and they dispatched a plumber, preston, within an hour. preston promptly pinpointed the issue and suggested a dual solution to make sure it wouldnt occur again. he was detailed and comprehensive, even showing me photos of his work. just a genuinely nice guy. he also pointed me to a top-notch restoration service who arrived the following morning. ill only be relying on this plumbing service from here on out as they were more affordable, quick to act, and extremely proficient.

Preston is the most knowledgeable and top-notch plumber ive encountered. over a holiday break, i faced an urgent situation and had to reach out to another plumber as preston was on a well-deserved break. the other plumber couldnt complete the job and left me with another issue. but as soon as he could, preston came in and not only rectified the issue but also offered to do more work to tidy up my basement. he left the basement even cleaner than when he arrived. Thanks to preston and trenton!! you guys are simply the best in houston!

Our new home had a leaking water heater hose that transformed into a gushing fountain within a day. With it being Sunday and us lacking the necessary tools, we shut off the water and frantically sought assistance. We dialed Sullivan Brothers Plumbing and left a message. In under two hours, greyson returned our call. He arrived within half an hour, giving us a heads up that the rates would be higher due to it being a Sunday. He was efficient, spending less than an hour on the job and even offered to inspect some additional concerns we had. He looked into an odd leak on our kitchens external wall and suggested it could be a burst pipe. He proposed to return on Tuesday morning to mend it, helping us avoid the higher Sunday rates. As promised, greyson returned on Tuesday, spent around 90 minutes, and had the pipe fixed. Despite my initial reservations based on past reviews, we encountered no issues. We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from greyson, and the price was reasonable. We are pleased with the work done by Sullivan Brothers Plumbing.

I started noticing water backup in my master bathroom while showering, and in no time, the situation worsened with water AND sludge erupting from the sinks. my usual plumber directed me to sullivan brothers plumbing as it appeared to be a drainage issue. i reached out to them on an early weekday morning, and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call back within an hour, informing that a service person, preston, was en route. preston was at my doorstep in a matter of minutes, he quickly identified the issue (roots interfering with our drainage pipe), and resolved it in less than half an hour. now thats what i consider stellar service. i wont think twice before contacting them for any plumbing crises, and i will surely put in a good word about them to my friends and family.
