I am not one to write a review, but I am so impressed with Primary Plumbing Services. Their customer service is top notch! This company not only has great plumbing technicians but I am also very impressed with the logistics of making this company run. Stacy is on top of things, I always get a call back when I request information. This company has done small jobs and large jobs and am very happy with their services. If you want a plumbing company that is professional, organized, friendly, reputable, Primary Plumbing Services is the one to call.

We are a Home Renovation Company and have only used Primary Plumbing Services because of the professionalism and quality workmanship. I was impressed with their operation from the very beginning. We serve high end homes, and my customers are also ecstatic with their work. I recently received a call on a Sunday from a friend/sub-contractor wanting the number of my plumber because he had a plumbing emergency from his elderly parents. I followed back the next day and he said he was very happy with the plumbers (Andrew) work. He said he was on time, clean and did the work on a timely manner.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Primary Plumbing Services TEAM from Ruben, Alex, Stacy, Andrew, Hugo and the rest of the plumbers.

I had emergency work that needed to be done because my sewer line was collapsing. I got quotes from other plumbers and they were basically trying to rob me. These guys came in, saw the work that needed to be done, calculated it, sent me the contract, and were on the job the next day. As far as I know the work is done right and clean. I would hire them again for the expedient delivery.

Primary Plumbing is 5 stars across the board. They are your ideal family ran business and treat their customers this way and based on my many experiences with their employees, I know they treat them as family. They do an amazing job. Im in the restaurant business so a lot of our issues happen after hours and on the weekends, however, with Primary, you can always be sure that they will be there in a flash to help you with your problems. Amazing experiences with these guys, time and time again.

Primary Plumbing has been my plumbing company for years. They are professional, reliable and their prices are more than reasonable. I own a few homes and they have done everything from installing new pex-pipes in one house to installing an entire second bathroom in another also new valves under kitchen sink and simple things like installation of toilet mechanisms in a condo. One other professional feature of high valueis, estimates without charge. This is what I expect from a great company. Overall I have been very impressed with ALL of the entire staff, starting from the top, Mr Munos, Stacy the secretary and Hugo one of the great plumbers. They are not only very knowledgeable of the profession but also very kind and friendly. Needless to say that I will continue to use this company for all my plumbing needs and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.

We had a leak at our water meter and had the city come out to look. Found out the break was at the meter but on our side of the service.We have had Primary work on our commercial projects before and this being on first plumbing issue at our home, they did an awesome job! Its wasnt an immediate issue so didnt expect it but they took care of us and came out the same day and fix the issue. Being it Houston it is hot so respect to the workers!

I have called 3 plumbers and all said they would show up and don’t. I called primary plumbing and bam lady says hey we have someone going to your area we will be there. Hugo showed up and talked to me about options and he fixed my ac drain problem that was clogged and needed a new drain pipe. Professional good price and great job. This will be my company to go to. Primary was recommended by two friends now I know why.

I broke my water line between the meter and my house on a Saturday morning. These guys had a plumber at my house within 2 hours. Work was performed well and promptly. Price seemed fair. Will definitely call them for future needs.
