    I cannot begin to say how much I appreciate the great customer service that was provided by Mr. Jose Mendoza Plumber for Kintex Plumbing. This young man was professional, effective, efficient, knowledgeable, caring, and customer centric! He answered all of my questions and repaired my drain issue in less than 10 minutes! I will definitely be requesting Mr. Mendoza for all my warranty plumbing work! I truly hope that his Boss will be recognizing this young man for providing outstanding customer service!     I had a leak under my bath tub drain (the shoot) , the tech came out and was young but super knowledgeable. I have had multiple in death conversations regarding the project and others and was amazed at how knowledgeable he was. I was very impressed. He managed to repair the leak. I have a previous contractor come out and quote me 5k to rip out the tub in order to make the repair. Thank god I got a second opinion. José was able to make the repair for only $195.00 ! And avoiding having to remodel the whole bathroom. Shame on that previous contractor. I would highly recommend Kintex Plumbing

    Weve had two 2 different plumbers come out to our place for 2 different jobs. Both times, the plumbers were very nice and very efficient. They were knowledgeable and answered all questions/concerns I had.The first plumber fixed multiple leaks we had and the second replaced our disposal. One of the leaks required material to be replaced and our plumber ran to Home Depot and back in a very timely manner. The second plumber happened to have a replacement disposal with them, so he just ran down to his truck for the new one.Very satisfied with the work both of them did!

    Very happy with the work. Javier sent me a text 45 minutes before his arrival. He cleared the line in no time and left no mess. I was assigned to Kintex thru my home warranty so I was skeptical from my past experiences. They even came out on a Saturday, that was a huge bonus for me!

    Kintex Plumbing was referred to us as a recommended contractor by our home warranty provider to repair a leak from an upstairs tub into a downstairs closet. They worked with us and our warranty provider throughout the process, which took a few days. Were quite pleased with Kintex Plumbings work and their technician, Brandon, for providing great service!

    Once again great service from Jeffrey and Kintex plumbing. His work was professional a year ago and again today. We got to reminisce about our dogs and his last visit.     Kintex Plumbing was used by my home warranty provider to come fix my garbage disposal. They communicated well about appointment time and were very proactive around rescheduling due to the impact of Hurricane Beryl - and kept in touch until we got power back. They diagnosed the problem quickly and were quick to remove the blockage. Would use them for any other plumbing needs. Tech was very friendly.

    Hinted Plumbing did an awesome job. I went through my warranty company for an issue I was having at my home. I was scheduled for Friday three days from today.     Kintex Plumbing via my home warranty, came out to assess and fix a plumbing issue I had. They came and assessed the issue, fixed the issue all within a matter of 30 minutes or less. They were very professional and courteous. They treated me and my property with the utmost respect.     Silvestre was so kind and knew exactly how to fix my stiff handle on my tub. Im sooo glad to be able to finally use my hallway tub again! Reason for my 4 stars is only pertaining to the constant cancelation of my appointments,that becomes a pain when having to turn water off or work around daily routine. Also please be more clear on the time you will show up. Otherwise, they did just what was needed👍🏾😁

    Jose was dispatched from Kintex to diagnose an issue with our gas water heater. He explained the problem and recommended a solution. The system needed to be replaced. He was scheduled a few days later and explained what needed to be done. Very professional, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. It was at least 102* in our attic that day, but he and a helper worked to resolve our issue and we are happy with the results. Jose explained everything he needed to do and again when finished to be sure we understood what was done. WE ARE VALUED CUSTOMERS and will use Kintex whenever we have plumbing issues!

    Ranceis was amazing. He went above and beyond of what he had to do. Excellent troubleshooting and cleaning both sink issues we had. He had to clean the attic AC drain and he did a fantastic job. I never write reviews but the main reason is he cut himself a big gash in his arm. He didn’t even tell me about it. He wasn’t one of those “look what happened to me. Look what I did for you…blah blah”. Nope. He was humble and never mentioned it. Never complained. Explained and educated me on why it happens and what I can do to prevent it. Thank you!!

    Had a window of 1-5pm. He arrived at 5:13pm and was complete with the job at 5:49pm. Although he was late for his window he did complete the job in a timely manner. We couldn’t communicate with him due to a language barrier but that didn’t stop him from doing his job. All in all very professional. He called his coworker after the job was complete to submit payment and off he went. 4 out of 5 stars due to him missing his window and no communication was had.

    I had a serious plumbing stoppage that affected two showers and a whirlpool tub. Kintex’s technician provided five star service.     Kintex was assigned to me as a result of my home warranty policy. I find them to be very responsive and professional, despite the language barrier, which we work through. Scheduling through customer service is easy and they are accommodating. My only issue is the times Ive had to have replacement fixtures, they are way less in quality than what has been in place. The options seem to be bottom of the barrel builder quality. Probably not the fault of Kintex as that is probably what the home warranty contract stipulates they must use. I dont know for sure. Even with that, I have been able work through to satisfactory resolution. The technicians that have been in my home have been prompt, courteous, neat and very efficient with their work.
