I had a clogged sink that I had already tried a 25 foot auger/snake a few times and was having no luck. I finally gave up and called them for help, they came out and used a nice heavy duty auger/snake with a much longer reach and were able to knock out my clog. It was pricey, but its not something I was able to get done myself without more knowledge and better equipment, believe me... I tried and just couldnt get it. Thank you Eric, you were super nice and professional!
