Ive used Hexagon Plumbing on two separate issues now and they have been great both times. The first time Jorge came out and the second time Thomas came out. I recommend both of them, they fixed the issue fast and didnt try and sell me more than what I needed like a previous company has. I will be recommending them to everyone that needs a plumber.

We called hexigon plumbing to do the rough in on our project. We talked to Kelsie over the phone who was very helpful. She had the guys out very quickly. The guys that came out were very professional and spoke very well with my customer. I highly recomend this company and we will continue to use them in the future.

I used Hexagon Plumbing to install bathroom fixtures for our apartment-garage that I was turning into an office. George is a top-notch professional. He made sure his crew got everything done correctly. If we ever had an issue, he would personally get it resolved. The work was completed back in May and I have had no issues. I would recommend Hexagon Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services.

First off, I have no problems with their work performed, its great and I would have continued using them for my rental properties; however I do wish the pricing was more clear and communicated effectively.I had a water heater installed on a rental property of mine which came with a warranty. So when the tenants called with issues with no hot water in the home, I called Hexagon back out to check the water heater since they provided a warranty on it. Unfortunately, the issue was with the gas line so no work was performed.Now, on previous calls for other work to be done and estimates, I had been charged roughly $100, with the amount to go towards any work performed. This time I was sent an invoice for $165, $150 for coming out and $15 for parts.If I had known that to call them out to check on a warrantied item would have cost me $165 I would not have called them back out. They do not have a standard pricing guide and refuse to provide one. I wish someone would have at least mentioned to me what their call out fees would be or how they would be charged based on the outcomes of the heater assessment. It makes no sense to me that the charge is only $100 for someone to come out and assess and provide a quote for work to be done, but $165 for someone to come out and assess a warrantied item.Again, no problems with their work and I would have continued using them had I not felt uncomfortable with the way pricing and communication is handled.

Incredible!!!!! I called to schedule an appointment to unclog a drain. Soon as I called they were on there way. Arrived within the hour and was done in an hour. Total 2hrs. Very friendly. Made my wife and kids feel safe. Awesome all around. Thank you

Hexagon Plumbing were heaven sent to my family. We are forever grateful. I reached out to Mayor Turner and Ted Oldberg from ABC 13. My husband has Cancer, Congestive Heart Failure, Diabetes many health conditions. We have really feel behind financially. Hexagon took really great care of us. We didn’t have hot water due to the gas inspection. Within 1 day Hexagon made sure everything was up to code and we had HOT WATER THE SAME DAY!!!! Travis our plumber was outstanding he explained everything to my husband as he were working. Thank you Hexagon and everyone involved during this difficult time. You still took care of my family ❤️❤️

George York and Hexagon Plumbing are our super heroes!! When the Texas freeze of Feb 2021 hit and pipes began to burst and the ceiling fell, they answered their phones personally & promptly and came to our rescue right away. (Everyone else sent us to an overflowing voicemail box and returned calls gradually over the next few days.) On arrival, George and Tyler knew exactly what to do and fixed the plumbing problem immediately in the freezing dark of night. They explained what had happened, why, and what we need to do (and what we should expect) in the next few days. I cant thank them enough for their quick and effective response, and for the friendly, understanding way they calmed us down from our panicked sense of disaster. They are now our PLUMBERS FOR LIFE!
