He was able to get us back on track so swiftly, which was a godsend since the utility company had turned off our gas! The only delay was waiting for Houston to come inspect the work. After that, we found out that our water heater required a replacement. Instead of delaying us, Scott was able to get a new water heater installed the very next day! Our issue with the old kitchen disposer began and Pedro promptly arrived to assist. In no time, he had a new disposer installed. However, upon realizing it wasnt the brand we preferred, we requested a refund for the unit. After discussing with Pedro and Levi, they agreed to refund us for the incorrect disposer and replaced it with our preferred brand, the InSinkErator Evolution Compact 3/4 HP disposer, without any extra labor charges (we purchased the InSinkErator unit ourselves). Recently, Pedro revisited and successfully completed the job to our satisfaction. A big thanks to this incredible team for their understanding and cooperation. Scott, my plumber, was incredibly friendly and efficient. he courteously gave me a heads-up call 30 minutes before he arrived, and was swift and tidy when replacing my old hot water heater with the new one. initially, i had a bit of a bumpy start with the plumbing service, as there was a lack of follow-up after they diagnosed the issue with my current hot water heater. i found myself reaching out to the company daily to get an update. there was some confusion over whether the necessary part had been ordered, largely because the staff member responsible for ordering parts was temporarily unavailable due to moving. however, all of this was resolved when todd stepped in, clarified everything, and promptly scheduled the installation of my new hot water heater. scott, my plumber, definitely made the whole experience worth it in the end.

Should you ever need a plumber, i would strongly suggest reaching out to this company before anyone else. jay and eduardo were not only highly skilled and professional but were also wonderful to interact with. i was dealing with a problematic kitchen drain and unfortunately, i made the error of contacting three other firms before calling this one. these other companies proposed costly and unnecessary solutions like replacing pipes that were still in good condition and installing an unnecessary pump. they failed to correctly identify my problem and kept me on a wild goose chase for weeks leaving me without a functioning kitchen sink. the issues seemed to pile up and the invoices just kept increasing. however, when i reached out to this company for a free quote, jay and eduardo arrived the same day, identified the problem with my kitchen sink accurately, and offered a solution that did not involve tearing up my floor or replacing my drain pipes. it felt like a huge burden was lifted from my shoulders that day and now ive got a fully functional kitchen sink again! on top of that, their fees, especially for hydrojetting, were more reasonable than the other companies id contacted. every penny spent with this company was worth it. i wish i had called them sooner. i could have saved a lot of money and time and avoided so much stress. if i could give them more than 5 stars, i absolutely would. they come highly recommended!

This included stepping over to our neighbors lawn (with their approval) to check if the problem had spread that far. jay even stuck around for a half hour after he was done to have a chat with the city sewer truck and then rang later that same day to ensure everything was resolved properly. i wholeheartedly endorse him, his assistance was outstanding, he really went above and beyond and the cost was an excellent value.
