    Always been there for us every time we had an issue and we have had lots of issues over the last 20+ years. Our house is more than 80 years old with old house problems. Mr. Chavez has never given us anything but great prompt dependable service and always for very reasonable price. I don’t ever write reviews. Truthfully this is my first, but felt I had to this time for Chavez Plumbing and their great service.

    Great job installing a workable gas connect for our generator! Very professional. They went out of their way to make sure the device was properly done. It works well! Thank you!Later called to have new toilet installation and replacement tubes in clean outs on the sewer. Great job! Very diligent workers and very professional also very reasonably priced!     Called Vickie to help me find out where this leak was coming from and she had sent over her guys to find where it was coming from and they found it and fixed it! Super fair pricing and everyone I spoke to was super nice just amazing people. Will be using them from now on with any of my residential needs and any commercial needs I may need in the future.     Mr Chavez came to my house to assess the problem. He listened to my concerns and offered feedback with a couple of solutions. After choosing the option best suited for me, he scheduled the repair for the next morning. His crew showed up on time and completed the work within 3 hours. They were so quiet you would not have known I was having a 50 gallon water heater installed in my upstairs attic! They also cleaned up any mess they may have made. I’d highly recommend Chavez Plumbing!

    Aaron and Caesar came out today to unclog our bathtub and sink drain. Not only were they not late, but the office even called to ask if it was OK if they came an hour early! Upon arriving, Aaron listened attentively to my explanation of our experiments (including attempts to clear the clog ourselves using a drain bladder) and my deductions about where the clog must be, and he immediately realized which part of the line he needed to snake out. He and Caesar worked efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and charged a reasonable price, including a senior discount for my old dad.This is the latest in decades of good experiences weve had with Chavez Plumbing—clearing drain and sewer line clogs, fixing toilets, installing faucets, replacing burst attic pipes with PEX, installing a grab bar, and replacing a water heater. The water heater job was complicated by our choice to switch from gas to electric, but Julio Chavez himself coordinated the work with his electrician associate and had his own men expertly remove and replace a door frame to acommodate the larger electric water heater. It seems theres no challenge that Chavez Plumbing cant handle! Highly recommended.

    These guys are great. I had a behind the wall leak, they came out, quicky figured it out, fixed it, cleaned up, and snaked a shower that slow drains. I expected to pay a grand, it was only $270. The two plumbers were very nice, put on booties over their shoes, and did a nice job with the sheetrock.I’ve used them several times over the years and been impressed with how reasonable they are relative to their skills.

    I have used Chavez Plumbing Inc. exclusively for several years. I was saved from a company at the beginning that wanted to fix a leak by tearing out an entire wall in my home. Something told me to seek another opinion and I chose Chavez Plumbing. Fortunately for me Chavez Plumbing found it to be a fairly simple fix with no demolition required.I have been using them since for all concerns; some significant problems and some just routine wear and tear.Chavez Plumbing has skilled workers and can be counted on whether fixing what exists or installing the new inside or out.
